Nanoporous Na+-montmorillonite sulfonic acid was found to be an efficient and green catalyst for the synthesis of various 14-aryl-14H-dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes and 1,8-dioxo-dodecahydroxanthene derivatives by the reaction of aldehydes with 2-naphthol and 1,3-cyclohexanedione, respectively. This novel synthetic method has the advantages of high yields, short reaction times and recyclability of the catalyst, simplicity and easy workup compared to the conventional methods reported in the literature.  相似文献

A new series of N‐phosphinylureas 5b, 6a–7c was synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR, IR, and elemental analysis. The three‐dimensional structure of 5b has been determined by X‐ray crystallography. The crystal structure revealed the existence of four independent molecules. All structures form two chains with different arrangements and connect to each other via hydrogen bonds to produce two‐dimensional polymeric chains. The cytotoxicity of cyclophosphamide (a standard antitumor compound) and its nine analogues with formula R1C6H4 NHC(O)NHP(O)XCH2C(R2)2 CH2Y(X = Y = NH, R2 = CH3, R1 = H ( 5a ), CH3 ( 5b ), NO2 ( 5c ), X = O, Y = NH, R2 = H, R1 = H ( 6a , CH3 ( 6b ), NO2 ( 6c ), and X = Y = O, R2 = CH3, R1 = H ( 7a ), CH3 ( 7b ), NO2 ( 7c )) as well as phenyl urea were evaluated in vitro against three human tumor cell lines K562, MDA‐MB‐231, and HepG2. The results showed that most of the compounds have significant activity against the selected cell lines. Also, HepG2 cells were more sensitive to all the tested compounds than other cell lines. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Intelligent drug delivery systems are growing and changing too fast, these systems usually show a proper response at the proper time to one or several environmental factors. In the current research a biodegradable drug delivery system (pectin-g-PMA-co-PAAm) was designed and synthesized to release 5 aminosalicylic acid (5-ASA). The synthesized hydrogel is based on natural pectin and is in the form of simultaneous graft copolymerization of synthesized acryl-acid and acryl-amid. Using vinylized bovine serum albumin (VBSA) as cross linker agent is amongst important characteristics of this hydrogel. VBSA was synthesized through BSA modification with methylene-bis-acrylamide (MBA). In addition to having high water absorption, this hydrogel is pH-sensitive. In vitro tests under acid and base conditions of stomach show that this hydrogel is an appropriate option to release drugs through mouth. SEM analysis images show that synthesized hydrogel has a porous surface composed of nano and micro cavities.  相似文献

A improvement of the expansion methods, namely, the improved \(\tan (\phi (\xi )/2)\)-expansion method for solving the sixth-order thin-film equation is proposed. As a result, many new and more general exact traveling wave solutions are obtained including singular kink-type solutions. We obtained the further solutions comparing with other methods as Flitton and King (Eur J Appl Math 15:713–754, 2004) and Taha et al. (J King Saud Univ Sci 26:75–78, 2014). Recently this method is developed for searching exact traveling wave solutions of nonlinear partial differential equations. Abundant exact traveling wave solutions including kink and rational solutions have been found. These solutions might play important role in engineering and physics fields. Also the results demonstrate that the introduced method is powerful tools for solving the nonlinear partial differential equations.  相似文献

Trimethylsilyl iodide (TMSI) is introduced as an efficient reagent for the one-pot and direct transformation of carbamates of unsaturated β-aminoesters into the corresponding α-methylene-β-lactams and α-arylidene-β-lactams. The mild reaction conditions, excellent yields and easy work-up procedures make it a useful alternative to previously applied procedures for the rapid synthesis of β-lactams from easily available Baylis-Hillman adducts.  相似文献
