Using reverse thinking of the aggregation-induced emission (AIE) principle, we demonstrate an ingenious and universal protocol for amplifying molecular motions to boost photothermal efficiency of fibers. Core–shell nanofibers having the olive oil solution of AIE-active molecules as the core surrounded by PVDF-HFP shell were constructed by coaxial electrospinning. The molecularly dissolved state of AIE-active molecules allows them to freely rotate and/or vibrate in nanofibers upon photoexcitation and thus significantly elevates the proportion of non-radiative energy dissipation, affording impressive heat-generating efficiency. Photothermal evaluation shows that the core–shell nanofibers with excellent durability can reach up to 22.36 % of photothermal conversion efficiency, which is 26-fold as the non-core–shell counterpart. Such a core–shell fiber can be used for photothermal textiles and solar steam generation induced by natural sunlight with green and carbon-zero emission.  相似文献

We report a simple method for the photothermal welding of nonwoven mats of electrospun nanofibers by introducing a near‐infrared (NIR) dye such as indocyanine green. By leveraging the strong photothermal effect of the dye, the nanofibers can be readily welded at their cross points or even over‐welded (i.e., melted and/or fused together) to transform the porous mat into a solid film upon exposure to a NIR laser. While welding at the cross points greatly improves the mechanical strength of a nonwoven mat of nanofibers, melting and fusion of the nanofibers can be employed to fabricate a novel class of photothermal papers for laser writing or printing without chemicals or toner particles. By using a photomask, we can integrate photothermal welding with the gas foaming technique to pattern and then expand nonwoven mats into 3D scaffolds with well‐defined structures. This method can be applied to different combinations of polymers and dyes, if they can be co‐dissolved in a suitable solvent for electrospinning.  相似文献

$\gamma $放射性内污染修正均匀冗余阵列编码成像中,为了进一步减少使用最大似然估计(Maximum Likelihood Expectation Maximisation,MLEM)算法进行编码图像重建的伪影,并且提高重建的效率,本文提出了基于差分曲率的各项异性扩散小波图像降噪(Anisotropic Diffusion Wavelet Image Denoising based on Differential Curvature, 简称ADWIDDC)算法, 结合MLEM算法得到了改进的应用于编码成像的MLEM-ADWIDDC算法。该算法首先采用MLEM算法对探测器得到的投影数据进行图像重建,再利用互补成像方法消减近场伪影,最后采用ADWIDDC算法进一步降低图像伪影。模拟结果表明,对于131I源呈圆环分布的编码图像,以重建算法运行时间为195 s为截止条件,MLEM-ADWIDDC算法能够更好地去除伪影,重建的$\gamma $放射源图像纹理也更加清晰;对于131I源呈“CDUT”分布的编码图像,以重建图像信噪比达到5.10 dB为截止条件,本文的MLEM-ADWIDDC算法运行时间为98.36 s,比仅采用MLEM算法消耗的时间缩短了49%。  相似文献

The (R)-BINOL·SnCl4-catalyzed formal (3+2) cycloaddition between 3-substituted indoles and benzyl 2-trifluoroacetamidoacrylate is a direct, enantioselective method to prepare pyrroloindolines from simple starting materials. However, under the originally disclosed conditions, the pyrroloindolines are formed as mixtures of diastereomers, typically in the range of 3:1 to 5:1 favoring the exo-product. The poor diastereoselectivity detracts from the synthetic utility of the reaction. We report here that use of methyl 2-trifluoroacetamidoacrylate in conjunction with (R)-3,3′-dichloro-BINOL·SnCl4 provides the corresponding pyrroloindolines with improved diastereoselectivity (typically ≥10:1). Guided by mechanistic studies, a one-flask synthesis of enantioenriched indolines by in situ reduction of a persistent iminium ion is also described.  相似文献

In our ongoing search for new bioactive fungal metabolites, four previously undescribed oxazole carboxylic acid derivatives (1–4) for which we proposed the trivial names macrooxazoles A–D together with two known tetramic acids (5–6) were isolated from the plant pathogenic fungus Phoma macrostoma. Their structures were elucidated based on high-resolution mass spectrometry (HR-MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. The hitherto unclear structure of macrocidin Z (6) was also confirmed by its first total synthesis. The isolated compounds were evaluated for their antimicrobial activities against a panel of bacteria and fungi. Cytotoxic and anti-biofilm activities of the isolates are also reported herein. The new compound 3 exhibited weak-to-moderate antimicrobial activity as well as the known macrocidins 5 and 6. Only the mixture of compounds 2 and 4 (ratio 1:2) showed weak cytotoxic activity against the tested cancer cell lines with an IC50 of 23 µg/mL. Moreover, the new compounds 2 and 3, as well as the known compounds 5 and 6, interfered with the biofilm formation of Staphylococcus aureus, inhibiting 65%, 75%, 79%, and 76% of biofilm at 250 µg/mL, respectively. Compounds 5 and 6 also exhibited moderate activity against S. aureus preformed biofilm with the highest inhibition percentage of 75% and 73% at 250 µg/mL, respectively.  相似文献

酸催化剂在化学反应和化工生产中具有重要的作用.传统无机酸,如H2SO4,H3PO4和对甲苯磺酸等具有较高的催化活性,但是存在污染大、设备腐蚀严重以及催化剂不能重复使用等问题.固体酸具有酸性强、易分离、环境友好以及稳定性和重复使用性好等特点因而近年来越来越引起人们的关注.其中,SO42--MxOy固体超强酸(如SO42--ZrO2,SO42--TiO2和SO42--SnO2等)因具有很好的催化性能而备受关注.相比SO42--MxOy,S2O82--MxOy具有更强的酸性和稳定性而成为研究的重点.如何克服固体超强酸本体的低比表面积和孔容,增加其比表面积和催化活性是固体超强酸研究的热点.超声吸附法可保证所制介孔固体酸活性组分均匀分散,以及大的比表面积和更多的酸性位点.因此采用超声吸附法制备了一种新型介孔固体酸S2O82--Fe2O3/SBA-15.相比S2O82--Fe2O3本体、B酸和文献报道催化剂,负载30%Fe2O3的S2O82--Fe2O3/SBA-15在环氧苯乙烷甲醇醇解的探针反应中显示出很高的催化活性,反应收率为100%.S2O82--Fe2O3纳米粒子的纳米效应和SBA-15介孔结构的协同作用使S2O82--Fe2O3/SBA-15具有高催化活性.相比S2O82--Fe2O3本体,采用超声分散技术制备的S2O82--Fe2O3/SBA-15固体超强酸具有典型的介孔结构、大的比表面和孔容,并且表面富含酸性位点.并且吡啶红外分析S2O82--Fe2O3/SBA-15表面富含L酸和B酸.环氧苯乙烷甲醇醇解探针反应表明,Fe2O3负载量为30%时,S2O82--Fe2O3/SBA-15的催化活性最高,优于S2O82--Fe2O3本体和已报道的布朗酸和路易斯酸等催化剂,将醇底物拓展(ROHs,R = C2H5-C4H9),S2O82--Fe2O3/SBA-15的催化活性也优于S2O82--Fe2O3本体.同时,S2O82--Fe2O3/SBA-15具有很好的重复使用性能,连续使用七次,反应收率在84.1%以上.总之,具有高催化活性、好的稳定性和经济性的S2O82--Fe2O3/SBA-15具有广阔的应用前景.  相似文献

The concise total syntheses of the bis(pyrroloindolines) (?)‐lansai B and (+)‐ nocardioazines A and B are reported. The key pyrroloindoline building blocks are rapidly prepared by enantioselective formal [3+2] cycloaddition reactions.
