Summary The Meijerink, van der Vorst type incomplete decomposition uses a position set, where the factors must be zero, but their product may differ from the original matrix. The smaller this position set is, the more the product of incomplete factors resembles the original matrix. The aim of this paper is to discuss this type of monotonity. It is shown using the Perron Frobenius theory of nonnegative matrices, that the spectral radius of the iteration matrix is a monotone function of the position set. On the other hand no matrix norm of the iteration matrix depends monotonically on the position set. Comparison is made with the modified incomplete factorization technique.  相似文献

The energy supplied to the Fröhlich vibration system in a living cell may condense in certain normal modes provided the coupling of the vibration system with a heat bath is nonlinear. The strong coupling of a coherent vibration system with a heat bath causes reduced energy condensation; high frequency modes are not excited and the energy condensed in the lowest frequency mode is smaller than the energy condensed in a system with weak coupling. The vibrations are polar and generate an electromagnetic field. The electromagnetic field mediates a long range interaction between the Fröhlich vibration systems; the interaction depends on the intensity of the generated electromagnetic field, and, therefore, on the energy condensed in the vibration system. The systems with strong coupling with a heat bath have weak interaction forces, which may be attractive as well as repulsive. The effect of coupling with a heat bath on interaction between the Fröhlich systems is a new contribution of this paper. The coherent vibration systems are assumed to be excited in protein molecules in cellular membranes. Protein phosphorylation may cause the strong Coulomb coupling of vibration systems with a heat bath and may have a fundamental effect on energy condensation.The work was supported, in part, by grant COST 244.  相似文献

A pair of coupled classical oscillators with a general potential and general form of coupling is investigated. For general potentials, the single-frequency solution is shown to be stable for small excitations. For special potentials, such system remains stable for an arbitrary excitation. In both cases, the stability does not depend on the form of coupling. Transition to the instability regime follows from the way how nonlinear potential entrains the energy transfer between the oscillators. Relation between the existence of multi-frequency quasi-periodic or periodic solutions and the instability of single-frequency ones is discussed.  相似文献

4-Chloro-3-nitro-2-quinolones 3 obtained from the 4-hydroxy quinolones 1 by nitration and chlorination, reacted with sodium azide to the 4-azido derivatives 4 which cyclized on thermolysis to yield the furoxanes 5 . Nucleophilic substitution reactions of 3 led to the 4-amino-, 4-fluoro- and 4-alkoxy-3-nitroquinolones 7, 8 and 9 , respectively. With thiols either 4-thio-3-nitro- 10 or 3,4-dithioquinolones 11 were obtained depending on the basic catalyst.  相似文献

We consider the parameterized problem, whether for a given set  of n disks (of bounded radius ratio) in the Euclidean plane there exists a set of k non-intersecting disks. For this problem, we expose an algorithm running in time that is—to our knowledge—the first algorithm with running time bounded by an exponential with a sublinear exponent. For λ-precision disk graphs of bounded radius ratio, we show that the problem is fixed parameter tractable with a running time  . The results are based on problem kernelization and a new “geometric ( -separator) theorem” which holds for all disk graphs of bounded radius ratio. The presented algorithm then performs, in a first step, a “geometric problem kernelization” and, in a second step, uses divide-and-conquer based on our new “geometric separator theorem.”  相似文献

Present article is devoted to the pursuit of excitation spectra and of thermal dependencies of emission spectra of photoluminescence of pure samples of AgCl during the preparation and/or annealing in argon, air, oxygen or HG1.
