Triterpenoid saponin R1 as well as glucose and cane sugar have been isolated from the Chinese herb Anemone raddeana Regel R1 was identified as 3-O-[a-L-rharnnopyranosyl-(1-4)-a-L-arabinopyranosyl]梠leanolic acid by spectres copy and chemical transformations It is a new saponin,which was named as raddeanin B.     

Simultaneous Determination of Ramipril and Its Active Metabolite Ramiprilat in Human Plasma by LC–MS–MS

A selective, rapid and sensitive liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of ramipril and ramiprilat in human plasma using enalapril as the internal standard via one-step extraction with ethyl acetate under acidic condition. The analysis was carried out on a Diamonsil C₁₈ column (150 mm × 4.6 mm i.d., 5 μm) with a mobile phase consisting of 1% formic acid-acetonitrile (25:75, v/v) at a constant flow rate of 0.5 mL min^?1. The detection was performed on a triple-quadruple tandem mass spectrometer by selective reaction monitoring mode via electrospray ionization. Linear calibration curves of ramipril and ramiprilat were obtained in the concentration range of 0.107–107.0 and 0.262–105.0 ng mL^?1, respectively. The intra- and inter-day precision (RSD) values were below 8.2 and 4.8% for ramipril, 10.4 and 12.3% for ramiprilat, and accuracy (RE) were within ±5.5 and ±3.2%, respectively at all QC levels. The method was utilized to support clinical pharmacokinetic studies in healthy volunteers following oral administration of ramipril tablets.     

测汞仪直接测定食品中总汞

建立了食品中总汞快速准确的测定方法。使用测汞仪,采用样品直接进样法,对芹菜、大葱、鸡肉等10种标准物质中的汞含量进行了测定,结果表明,在0.2~100ng范围内线性良好,10种标准物质的检测结果均在标示值范围内。使用测汞仪直接测定食品中总汞含量,具有灵敏度高、快捷、不受前处理影响等优点,便于推广,适用于各类食品中总汞的快速测定。     

表面活性剂在原子吸收法中的应用

本文研究了阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(简称CTMAB),阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠(简称SDS),非离子型表面活性剂聚乙烯醇(简称PVA)、Tween-80以及抗坏血酸(V.C)、丙醇、丙酮等数试剂对Ca的增感作用。初步探讨了其增感机理,并选用增感作用最强的SDS作为增敏剂,拟定了0.04%的SDS存在下AAS法测定Al_2O_3中CaO的新方法。     

Characterization and Association Analysis with Litter Size Traits of Porcine Matrix Metalloproteinase-9 Gene (pMMP-9)

During alcoholic fermentation, the products build up and can, ultimately, kill the organism due to their effects on the cell’s macromolecular systems. The effects of alcohols on the steady-state kinetic parameters of the model enzyme β-galactosidase were studied. At modest concentrations (0 to 2 M), there was little effect of methanol, ethanol, propanol and butanol on the kinetic constants. However, above these concentrations, each alcohol caused the maximal rate, V _max, to fall and the Michaelis constant, K _m, to rise. Except in the case of methanol, the chaotropicity of the solute, rather than its precise chemical structure, determined and can, therefore, be used to predict inhibitory activity. Compounds which act as compatible solutes (e.g. glycerol and other polyols) generally reduced enzyme activity in the absence of alcohols at the concentration tested (191 mM). In the case of the ethanol- or propanol-inhibited β-galactosidase, the addition of compatible solutes was unable to restore the enzyme’s kinetic parameters to their uninhibited levels; addition of chaotropic solutes such as urea tended to enhance the effects of these alcohols. It is possible that the compatible solutes caused excessive rigidification of the enzyme’s structure, whereas the alcohols disrupt the tertiary and quaternary structure of the protein. From the point of view of protecting enzyme activity, it may be unwise to add compatible solutes in the early stages of industrial fermentations; however, there may be benefits as the alcohol concentration increases.
