Some Characterizations of Hereditarily Indecomposable Banach Spaces

In this paper we first discuss the relations between some G-M-type spaces, and the previous eight kinds of G-M-type Banach spaces are merged into four different kinds. Then we build a Generalized Operator Extension Theorem, and introduce the concept of complete minimal sequences. Some sufficient and necessary conditions under which a Banach space is a hereditarily indecomposable space are given. Finally, we give some characterizations of hereditarily indecomposable Banach Spaces.     

一类不可分解Banach空间上线性算子的谱性质

给出一类不可分解的∑_e~1型Banach空间上线性算子(不一定有界)的谱结构,并讨论这种空间上生成C_0群或C_0半群的线性算子的有界性、特殊的谱性质和谱结构,还给出这种空间上闭算子是有界算子的一个充分条件。

指出《例说循环论证之谬误》中的第二个例子并非循环论证,并给出例子说明相关问题中更有可能产生循环论证之处。

有界线性算子的性质(gy)

定义了四种新的谱性质:性质(y),性质(gy),性质(by),性质(gby),从而再次推广了Weyl型定理,并探讨了这四种新性质同Weyl型定理及其推广性质之间的关系.     

算子的左本质谱与Browder本质谱

设算子S和T拟相似,应用算子谱的精密结构的分析,证明了Browder本质谱σB(S)的连通分支与σB(T)的某些子集的相交关系以及左本质谱σle(S)的连通分支与本质谱σe(T)的某些子集的相交关系,给出左本质谱σle(S)的连通分支与σle(T)相交的充分条件和充要条件.     

商不可分解Banach空间上线性算子的谱

This paper discusses the special properties of the spectrum of linear operators (in particular, bounded linear operators) on quotient indecomposable Banach spaces; shows that in such spaces generators of Co-groups are always bounded linear operators, and that generators of Co-semigroups satisfy the spectral mapping theorem; and gives an example to show that the generators of Co-semigroups in quotient indecomposable spaces are not necessarily bounded.
