利用α-环糊精(α-CD)与含有聚乙二醇(PEG)链段的聚合物Pluronic F127的超分子作用制备水凝胶.该物理交联水凝胶的交联点包括α-CD与PEG链包合物堆积形成的微晶区和聚合物疏水链段聚集区.优化水凝胶组分,得到具有较低固含量和较短凝胶化时间的体系用于胰岛素的负载和释放研究.通过X射线衍射(XRD),扫描显微镜(SEM)对水凝胶结构进行表征.通过紫外分光光度计监测胰岛素的释放过程,结果表明,水凝胶释药时间约为65 h,且释放曲线较为平缓.细胞毒性实验结果表明该水凝胶材料对细胞生长无明显抑制作用.小鼠体内释药实验结果表明该水凝胶载体对延长胰岛素的释药时间有一定效果,可作为多肽类药物的缓释体系.  相似文献

Zn and Co multi-doped CeO2 thin films have been prepared using an anodic electrochemical method. The structures and magnetic behaviors are characterized by several techniques, in which the oxygen states in the lattice and the absorptive oxygen bonds at the surface are carefully examined. The absorptive oxygen bond is about 50% of the total oxygen bond by using a semi-quantitative method. The value of actual stoichiometry δ is close to 2. The experimental results indicate that the thin films are of a cerium oxide-based solid solution with few oxygen vacancies in the lattice and many absorptive oxygen bonds at the surface. Week ferromagnetic behaviors were evidenced by observed M–H hysteresis loops at room temperature. Furthermore, an evidence of relative ferromagnetic contributions was revealed by the temperature dependence of magnetization. It is believed that the ferromagnetic contributions exhibited in the M–H loops originate from the absorptive oxygen on the surface rather than the oxygen vacancies in the lattice.  相似文献

通过水热法在氟掺杂氧化锡(FTO)导电玻璃基底上制备了垂直生长的二氧化钛(TiO2)纳米棒阵列, 以TiO2纳米棒阵列为模板采用电化学聚合法, 原位制备了TiO2-聚三[2-(4-噻吩)苯]胺(PTPAT)纳米核/壳结构的复合薄膜, 相比于纯PTPAT薄膜, TiO2-PTPAT复合薄膜显示出更好的电致变色(EC)性能. PTPAT薄膜在600 nm波长下的对比度为28%, 在1100 nm波长下的对比度为60%, 其褪色时间为3.86 s, 着色时间为5.52 s; TiO2- PTPAT复合薄膜在600 nm波长下的对比度为43%, 在1100 nm波长下的对比度为79%, 其褪色时间为3.35 s, 着色时间为4.43 s, 表明核/壳复合结构薄膜的光学对比度和响应时间性能更加优异. 将PTPAT薄膜和TiO2-PTPAT复合薄膜作为电致变色层组装成固态EC器件, 基于复合薄膜的器件具有更好的循环稳定性和更高的耐受电压. 复合薄膜在保持PTPAT薄膜原有的EC性能的基础上, 由于有序生长的纳米阵列结构的引入增加了薄膜的比表面积, 为电致变色过程中离子的掺杂和脱掺杂提供了更多有序通道, 从而加快了离子扩散速度. TiO2阵列的引入也改善了聚合物薄膜与透明导电电极之间的界面结合情况, 从而提升了器件的稳定性.  相似文献

为筛选环境友好的新型双子表面活性剂,以水杨酸为原料设计合成了5个羧酸盐型双子表面活性剂EODPN1-EODPN5[2,2'-(1,2-CH2CH2-二-O-)-二-(4-CnH2n+1COPhCOONa),n=5,7,9,11和13],并通过核磁共振波谱仪(NMR)和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)等对目标产物进行了结构表征。 探究了EODPN作为表面活性剂的性能,并利用Gibbs表面吸附方程,通过理论计算得到相关热力学参数,结果表明,目标分子具有优异的表面活性,临界胶束浓度(CMC)值低(最低达0.4 mmol/L),表面张力性能优良(最低达29.74 mN/m),单位面积表面吸附量(Γ)高(最高达3.37×10-6 mol/m2)。 通过改变疏水基烷基碳链的长度,优化了EODPN的表面活性和自组装能力,筛选出EODPN4为最佳的表面活性剂。 借助EODPN4能与铜离子稳定结合,实现了表面活性剂含量的检测。  相似文献

在金电极表面,用无金属可见光诱导原子转移自由基聚合(MVL ATRP)的方法制备聚丙烯酰胺@氧化石墨烯/纳米钯复合物修饰电极(Au/PAM@GO/Pd)。采用电化学循环伏安法(CV)、交流阻抗法(EIS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能量色散X射线光谱法(EDS)对Au/PAM@GO/Pd电极进行表征,结果表明在金电极表面成功制备了复合物。利用Au/PAM@GO/Pd电极作为电化学传感器,该传感器能成功地检测溶液中的乙醇。在最佳条件下,利用差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)该传感器检测乙醇的线性范围为1.0×10-8~1.0 mol/L,检出限(S/N=3)为1.3×10-9 mol/L,线性相关系数为0.996。  相似文献

Atomic-layer MoS_2 ultrathin films are synthesized using a hot filament chemical vapor deposition method. A combination of atomic force microscopy(AFM), x-ray diffraction(XRD), high-resolution transition electron microscopy(HRTEM), photoluminescence(PL), and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) characterization methods is applied to investigate the crystal structures, valence states, and compositions of the ultrathin film areas. The nucleation particles show irregular morphology, while for a larger size somewhere, the films are granular and the grains have a triangle shape. The films grow in a preferred orientation(002). The HRTEM images present the graphene-like structure of stacked layers with low density of stacking fault, and the interlayer distance of plane is measured to be about 0.63 nm. It shows a clear quasihoneycomb-like structure and 6-fold coordination symmetry. Room-temperature PL spectra for the atomic layer MoS_2 under the condition of right and left circular light show that for both cases, the A1 and B1 direct excitonic transitions can be observed. In the meantime, valley polarization resolved PL spectra are obtained. XPS measurements provide high-purity samples aside from some contaminations from the air, and confirm the presence of pure MoS_2. The stoichiometric mole ratio of S/Mo is about 2.0–2.1, suggesting that sulfur is abundant rather than deficient in the atomic layer MoS_2 under our experimental conditions.  相似文献
