Aiming at the problem of unstable buffering process of electromagnetic buffer (EMB) under intensive impact load, a three-segment electromagnetic buffer is proposed. The inner tube and air-gap of EMB are divided into three segments. The finite element analysis and impact test results show that the resultant resistance force (RRF) curve has two hump-shaped peaks, which is the reason for the unstable buffering process. In order to stabilize the buffering process, a multi-objective optimization design method of EMB based on Nash game theory is proposed. Firstly, the optimization model is established by taking the two peaks of the RRF curve and the maximum buffer displacement as the optimization objectives. Secondly, the multi-objective optimization model is transformed into a game model by sensitivity analysis and fuzzy clustering. Then, a Nash equilibrium solution strategy of EMB Nash game model based on symmetric elitist information exchange is proposed, which integrates gene expression programming (GEP) surrogate model and genetic algorithm (GA) as an optimization solver. Finally, the Nash equilibrium of the game model is obtained. The results show that the smoothness of the RRF curve has been significantly improved, which proves the effectiveness of the game strategy.

根据非线性有限元法的基本理论,建立了火炮发射动力学的有限元运动方程,推导出单元耗散为向量和单元阻尼矩阵的计算公式。提出采用非线性弹簧-阻尼单元来模拟反后坐装置对炮身后坐的阻尼作用,并给出了该单元的刚度矩阵和阻尼矩阵。根据炮身的后坐过程的三个阶段,提出采用分段拟合的方法确定非线性单元的参数以模拟火炮后坐阻力-位移曲线。采用非线性有限元单元模拟后坐装置,能够较准确地描述炮身部分的后坐运动,同时在大简化了全炮模型的建立,为全炮的动力学仿真提出了一条新的思路。  相似文献

同几何分析(isogeometric analysis) 是当前工程分析的一种发展趋势, 有可能对计算机辅助工程(CAE) 产生重大影响. 同几何分析的思想是采用计算机辅助设计(CAD) 的几何语言, 如NURBS(non-uniform rational B-spline) 几何替代拉格朗日插值作为分析计算的基础. 这种看似简单的几何语言变化, 消除了困扰CAE 多年 的瓶颈问题, 开启了一条紧密联系分析、设计和优化的新途径. 本文论述了同几何分析的产生背景、理论、优 点及其在各个领域的应用. 系统总结了同几何分析在NURBS, T 样条基函数构建, 非结构化网格构建, 有效 积分方法, 曲面修剪技术, 网格细化等基础理论方面的进展, 以及在板壳问题、大变形问题、流固耦合、结构优 化、接触问题、生物力学、温度场和电磁场等领域的应用, 展示了同几何分析相对于标准多项式插值有限元法 的优势.   相似文献

In this paper, adaptive–adaptive robust boundary control is proposed for uncertain mechanical systems with inequality constraints. First, inequality constraints are taken into consideration, which are derived from the system or environment constraints on state bounds and control input bounds. Moreover, the original system with inequality constraints is transformed into a novel system with merely equality constraints by constraint reorganization techniques. Second, an adaptive robust control with a two-layer adaptive law is initiated. Here, the lower-layer adaptive law is used to overcome the (possibly rapidly time-varying) system uncertainty, which is bounded but unknown. Additionally, the adaptive law design parameters are chosen online by the upper-layer adaptive law, rather than according to the empirically set fixed values. Finally, the performance of the controller with uniform boundedness and uniform ultimate boundedness is theoretically and experimentally verified. The control strategy allows the electric cylinder-driven pitch system to achieve highly accurate and error-controllable motion within the motor drive capability.

柔性多本系统运动学动力学仿真通用软件可广泛服务于工程领域,基于Kane方程建立一种开发该类软件的一般算法,通过定义的辨识函数解决束识别问题,利用振型描述构件的弹性变形,建立了递推格式的运动学模型,提出了计算偏带度、偏角速度和运动微分方程系数矩阵的“0-1”法,最后给出的算例表明所建立的算法是可行的。  相似文献

讨论了应用有限元法进行车载炮摇架和上架静动态设计的方法,建立了摇架和上架的有限元模型,叙述了摇架和上架作为一个整体时的受力分析及单元类型的选择.通过静态刚度和强度分析,得到摇架和上架静载作用下的最大位移和应力,通过动态响应分析了解到其动态特性.由此找出了原方案结构设计中存在的问题及结构的薄弱环节,通过对结构的改进使其逐步达到设计要求.所提到的方法可推广到火炮其它部件的结构动态设计中.  相似文献
