A new electroanalytical method for vitamin B1 determination, based on adsorptive chronopotentiometric stripping analysis and non-specific adsorption onto mercury film electrode, was developed and validated. Stripping chronopotentiograms showed a single well-defined oxidation wave corresponding to vitamin B1 at about − 0.43 V in citrate buffer pH 6.0. The most important experimental factors affecting the monitored electroanalytical response of vitamin B1 were investigated and optimised. Under the optimal experimental conditions, linear response of vitamin B1 was obtained in the concentration range of 5–50 mg dm−3, with the achieved limit of detection of 1.64 mg dm−3, and the limit of quantitation of 4.97 mg dm−3. A mean recovery of 97.1% and relative standard deviations of 3.75% were achieved. The developed electrochemical procedure was successfully applied for the determination of vitamin B1 in pharmaceutical products. The results of the proposed method were in good agreement with those obtained by parallel HPLC analyses, confirming an accuracy of the developed method.  相似文献

In this study, we start from a multi-source variant of the two-stage capacitated facility location problem (TSCFLP) and propose a robust optimization model of the problem that involves the uncertainty of transportation costs. Since large dimensions of the robust TSCFLP could not be solved to optimality, we design a memetic algorithm (MA), which represents a combination of an evolutionary algorithm (EA) and a modified simulated annealing heuristic (SA) that uses a short-term memory of undesirable moves from previous iterations. A set of computational experiments is conducted to examine the impact of different protection levels on the deviation of the objective function value. We also investigate the impact of variations of transportation costs that may occur on both transhipment stages on the total cost for a fixed protection level. The obtained results may help in identifying a sustainable and efficient strategy for designing a two stage capacitated transportation network with uncertain transportation costs, and may be applicable in the design and management of similar transportation networks.  相似文献

One-pot anti-Mannich reaction of vanillin, aniline and cyclohexanone was successfully catalyzed by ionic liquid triethanolammonium chloroacetate, at room temperature. Yield of the obtained Mannich base was very good and excellent diastereoselectivity was achieved. Mechanism of the reaction was investigated using the density functional theory. The reaction started with a nucleophilic attack of aniline nitrogen at the carbonyl group of vanillin. The intermediate α-amino alcohol formed in this way was further subjected to protonation by the triethanolammonium ion yielding the imminium ion. Theoretically, the obtained imminium ion and the enol form of cyclohexanone can build the protonated Mannich base via the anti and syn pathways. The chloroacetic anion spontaneously abstracts the proton yielding the final product of the reaction anti 2-[1-(N-phenylamino)-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)]methylcyclohexanone (MB-H). The syn pathway requires lower activation energy but the anti pathway yields a thermodynamically more stable product, which implies that the examined Mannich reaction is thermodynamically controlled.  相似文献

The formula is used to determine fractional derivatives of variable order of two elementary functions. Abstract  

The mechanism of the formation of the active Pd(0) complex from trans-dichlorobis(diethanolamine-N)palladium(II) complex in the presence of strong base was investigated by using density functional theory (M06 method). Our investigation shows that in the basic environment trans-dichlorobis(diethanolamine-N)palladium(II) complex undergoes abstraction of the alcoholic proton, and coordination of alkoxide oxygen to palladium. The intermediate complex, in which hydrogen is coordinated to Pd, undergoes reductive elimination of HCl, yielding the catalytically active low ligated Pd(0) complex.  相似文献

We have studied the formation of BiMnO3 (BMO) nanocrystalline perovskite powder produced by high-energy milling of the constituent oxides. The crystal structure and the amount of crystalline and amorphous phases in the powder as a function of the milling time were determined with XRPD using Rietveld refinement. BMO perovskite formed directly from highly activated nano-sized constituent oxides after 240 min of milling and subsequently grew during prolonged milling. The morphology, structure, and chemical composition of the powder were investigated by SEM and TEM. A clear ferromagnetic transition was observed at T C ~66 K for a sample milled for 240 min and increased with milling time. The magnetic hysteresis behavior is similar to that of a soft ferromagnet. The magnetic properties of the obtained BMO powders were found to change as a function of milling time in a manner consistent with variations in the nanocomposite microstructure.  相似文献

A rapid and simple liquid chromatographic method with UV detection has been developed for the determination of hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ), cilazapril (CL) and its active metabolite cilazaprilat (CLT) in urine. Sample preparation for urine consisted of solid-phase extraction using styrene-divinylbenzene (SDB-2) cartridges. The chromatographic system was a Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column with a mixture of methanol and 10 mM phosphate buffer, pH 2.3 with gradient (20 to 60% of methanol) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL min?1. The detection was performed at the wavelength of 206 nm. Enalapril maleat was used as an internal standard. The detector response was linear in the range of 2.4–30.0, 1.6–15.0 and 1.8–20.0 μg mL?1 for HCTZ, CL and CLT, respectively. LOQ was determined to be 2.4, 1.6 and 1.8 μg mL?1 for HCTZ, CL and CLT, respectively. Both intra- and inter-day precision were within acceptable limits. The method has been applied to urine samples obtained from three hypertensive patients after intake of HCTZ and CL therapeutic dose.  相似文献
