Asymptotic nonlinear stability of a composite wave of two traveling waves to a chemotaxis model

In this paper, we investigate the asymptotic stability of a composite wave consisting of two traveling waves to a Keller–Segel chemotaxis model with logarithmic sensitivity and nonzero chemical diffusion. We show that the composite wave is asymptotically stable under general initial perturbation, which only be needed small in H¹‐norm. This improves previous results. The Analysis of Phenolic Compounds in Walnut Husk and Pellicle by UPLC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS and HPLC

Husk and pellicle as the agri-food waste in the walnut-product industry are in soaring demand because of their rich polyphenol content. This study investigated the differential compounds related to walnut polyphenol between husk and pellicle during fruit development stage. By using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-orbitrap (UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap), a total of 110 bioactive components, including hydrolysable tannins, flavonoids, phenolic acids and quinones, were tentatively identified, 33 of which were different between husk and pellicle. The trend of dynamic content of 16 polyphenols was clarified during walnut development stage by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). This is the first time to comprehensive identification of phenolic compounds in walnut husk and pellicle, and our results indicated that the pellicle is a rich resource of polyphenols. The dynamic trend of some polyphenols was consistent with total phenols. The comprehensive characterization of walnut polyphenol and quantification of main phenolic compounds will be beneficial for understanding the potential application value of walnut and for exploiting its metabolism pathway.     

流动注射化学发光检测盐酸异丙嗪

在碱性介质中,盐酸异丙嗪对luminol-KMnO4发光体系有显著的增强作用.基于此增强作用,建立了一种FI-CL检测盐酸异丙嗪的新方法.在最优化的实验条件下,盐酸异丙嗪的ΔICL强度与其浓度在7.0×10-9~9.0×10-7 mol/L浓度范围内有较好的线性关系.线性方程为ΔICL=35.19+1.19×10-10 c,相关系数r=0.998 4,检出限为4.9×10-9 mol/L.对7.0×10-9 mol/L的盐酸氯丙嗪标准溶液进行11次平行测定,其RSD为2.4%.盐酸异丙嗪加标回收率在89.1%~96.1%之间.     

Chaotic Oscillation of Saddle Form Cable-Suspended Roofs under Vertical Excitation Action

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the dynamic behaviour of saddle form cable-suspended roofs under vertical excitation action. The governing equations of this problem are system of nonlinear partial differential and integral equations. We first establish a spectral equation, and then consider a model with one coefficient, i.e., a perturbed Duffing equation. The analytical solution is derived for the Duffing equation. Successive approximation solutions can be obtained in likely way for each time to only one new unknown function of time. Numerical results are given for our analytical solution. By using the Melnikov method, it is shown that the spectral system has chaotic solutions and subharmonic solutions under determined parametric conditions.     

Enantiomeric separation of 2‐arylpropionic acid nonsteroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs by HPLC with hydroxypropyl‐β‐cyclodextrin as chiral mobile phase additive

The enantio‐separations of eight 2‐arylpropionic acid nonsteroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs (2‐APA NSAIDs) were established using reversed‐phase high‐performance liquid chromatography with hydroxypropyl‐β‐cyclodextrin (HP‐β‐CD) as chiral mobile phase additive for studying the stereoselective skin permeation of suprofen, ketoprofen, naproxen, indoprofen, fenoprofen, furbiprofen, ibuprofen and carprofen. The effects of the mobile phase composition, concentration of HP‐β‐CD and column temperature on retention and enantioselective separation were investigated. With 2‐APA NSAIDs as acidic analytes, the retention times and resolutions of the enantiomers were strongly related to the pH of the mobile phase. In addition, both the concentration of HP‐β‐CD and temperature had a great effect on retention time, but only a slight or almost no effect on resolutions of the analytes. Enantioseparations were achieved on a Shimpack CLC‐ODS (150 × 4.6 mm i.d., 5 μm) column. The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol and phosphate buffer (pH 4.0–5.5, 20 mM) containing 25 mM HP‐β‐CD. This method was flexible, simple and economically advantageous over the use of chiral stationary phase, and was successfully applied to the enantioselective determination of the racemic 2‐APA NSAIDs in an enantioselective skin permeation study. Tuning of Ti-doped mesoporous silica for highly efficient enrichment of phosphopeptides in human placenta mitochondria

Extraction of phosphopeptides from rather complex biological samples has been a tough issue for deep and comprehensive investigation into phosphoproteomes. In this paper, we present a series of Ti-doped mesoporous silica (Ti-MPS) materials with tunable composition and controllable morphology for highly efficient enrichment of phosphopeptides. By altering the molar ratio of silicon to titanium (Si/Ti) in the precursor, the external morphology, Ti content, internal long-rang order, and surface area of Ti-MPS were all modulated accordingly with certain regularity. Tryptic digests of standard phosphoprotein α- and β-casein were employed to assess the phosphopeptide enrichment capability of Ti-MPS series. At the Si/Ti molar ratio of 8:1, the optimum enrichment performance with admirable sensitivity and capacity was achieved. The detection limit for β-casein could reach 10 fmol, and 15 phosphopeptides from the digest of α-casein were resolved in the spectrum after enrichment, both superior to the behavior of commercial TiO₂ materials. More significantly, for the digest of human placenta mitochondria, 396 phosphopeptides and 298 phosphoproteins were definitely detected and identified after enrichment with optimized Ti-MPS material, demonstrating its remarkable applicability for untouched phosphoproteomes. In addition, this research also opened up a universal pathway to construct a composition-tunable functional material in pursuit of the maximum performance in applications.

Qualitative analysis and explicit traveling wave solutions for the Davey–Stewartson equation

In this paper, we use the bifurcation method of dynamical systems to study the traveling wave solutions for the Davey–Stewartson equation. A number of traveling wave solutions are obtained. Those solutions contain explicit periodic wave solutions, periodic blow‐up wave solutions, unbounded wave solutions, kink profile solitary wave solutions, and solitary wave solutions.
