北京自由电子激光(BFEL)装置于1993年底在10.68μm处实现了饱和振荡.输出激光能量为3mJ,饱和平顶宽度2μs.对应饱和振荡平均功率为210kW(宏脉冲),峰值功率约为20MW,比自发辐射高8个量级,单程小讯号净增益为24%,转换效率为0.45%,与理论预期结果相符.光束质量接近衍射极限.目前装置可工作于9-11μm.  相似文献

Yb:GdVO4晶体是一种很好的激光材料,但缺陷会对晶体的激光性能产生严重影响,开展对该晶体的缺陷研究有助于提高晶体质量。采用提拉法生长了面25mm×20mm,掺杂浓度为2%的Yb:GdVO4晶体;分析了晶体的结构及其对晶体解理性的影响;采用化学腐蚀法,以盐酸、氢氟酸为腐蚀剂,对晶体的主要晶面进行了化学腐蚀实验,通过其腐蚀坑形貌对晶体中的位错和晶界进行了研究;对晶体进行了高分辨X衍射实验,结果表明晶体中存在镶嵌块结构;开裂及散射颗粒也为晶体中较常见缺陷。分析了缺陷的成因并提出了预防措施。  相似文献

In situ derivatization of a variety of alpha-substituted aldehydes via reaction with chiral amines allows convenient and efficient determination of enantiomeric excess. (1)H NMR analysis of the imine diastereomer ratio can be conducted immediately after the aldehyde and amine have been mixed. 4,5-Dihydropyridazinones bearing an aryl substituent at the C6-position are important motifs in drug molecules. Herein, we developed an efficient protocol to access aryl-dihydropyridazinone molecules via carbene-catalyzed asymmetric annulation between dinucleophilic arylidene hydrazones and bromoenals. Key steps in this reaction include polarity-inversion of aryl aldehyde-derived hydrazones followed by chemo-selective reaction with enal-derived α,β-unsaturated acyl azolium intermediates. The aryl-dihydropyridazinone products accessed by our protocol can be readily transformed into drugs and bioactive molecules.

Polarity inversion of arylidene hydrazones to react with bromoenals via carbene organic catalysis is disclosed. The reaction enantioselectively affords 6-aryl-4,5-dihydropyridazinones and related drugs with proven commercial applications.  相似文献

Palladium-catalyzed three-component carboetherification of cyclic alkenes proceeded to give trans adducts exclusively with excellent enantioselectivity through a Wacker-type pathway. Due to the low permeability, high swelling capacity and good retardation properties, bentonite has been considered as the main component of buffer/backfill material for high level radioactive wastes repository all over the world. The adsorptions of metal ion were widely investigated recently. In this presentation, we provide an easy-to-use method to immobilize 8-hydroxyquinoline onto the surface of bentonite for the use of adsorption studies of La(III) from the aqueous solution. The effects of various parameters such as contact time, pH of the solution, ionic strength and metal ion concentration on the adsorption were investigated by the batch experiments. The biggest adsorption capacity is 41.7 mg/g, higher than the value reported by our previous work which is performed by the raw bentonite. Langmuir isotherm fits the experimental data well and the adsorption follows pseudo-second-order kinetic model. In summary, 8-hydroxyquinoline immobilized GMZ bentonite is an effective adsorbent for the removal of La(III) from aqueous solutions.  相似文献

The aromatic nitrogen atoms of heteroarylaldehydes are activated by carbene catalysts to react with ketone electrophiles. Multi-functionalized cyclic N,O-acetal products are afforded in good to excellent yields and optical purities. Our reaction involves the formation of an unprecedented aza-fulvene-type acylazolium intermediate. A broad range of N-heteroaromatic aldehydes and electron-deficient ketone substrates works effectively in this transformation. Several of the chiral N,O-acetal products afforded through this protocol exhibit excellent antibacterial activities against Ralstonia solanacearum (Rs) and are valuable in the development of novel agrichemicals for plant protection.  相似文献

The combined use of gold as transition metal catalyst and N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) as organic catalyst in the same solution for relay catalytic reactions was disclosed. The ynamide substrate was activated by gold catalyst to form unsaturated ketimine intermediate that subsequently reacted with the enals (via azolium enolate intermediate generated with NHC) effectively to form bicyclic lactam products with excellent diastereo‐ and enantio‐selectivities. The gold and NHC coordination and dissociation can be dynamic and tunable events, and thus allow the co‐existence of both active metal and carbene organic catalysts in appreciable concentrations, for the dual catalytic reaction to proceed.  相似文献

This paper presents the concept of a Dielectric-lined Multiwave Cerenkov Generator(DMWCG) producing high power millimeter waves, which is investigated with a two and one half dimensional( ) electromagnetic relativistic Particle-in-Cell(PIC) simulation code. It is showed that the DMWCG can operate in a lower diode-voltage regime with much higher radiation efficiency as compared with the usual Multiwave Cerenkov Generator(MWCG). The simulation work indicates both the downshift of the wave frequency in the presence of the dielectric liner and the existence of the optima for the permittivity of the liner as well as for the magnitude of the guiding magnetic field. The required intensity of the guiding field is reduced with the introducing of the liner. The radiation is generated at the dominant frequency of 31.5GHz. The power level of 1.5GW is achieved, with radiation efficiency up to 15%. The features of parameter dependency are presented. And reasonable explanation is put forward. In addition, the enhanced propagation of the electron beam is studied in the presence of the dielectric liner.  相似文献
