The gene encoding a versatile biocatalyst that shows high enantioselectivity for a variety of ketones, SCR (Saccharomyces cerevisiae carbonyl reductase), has been identified, cloned, and expressed in Escherichia coli. Two types of expression systems with high NADPH-regenerating capacities have been constructed. One is the tandem system, where the genes encoding SCR and GDH (glucose dehydrogenase) are located in the same plasmid, and the other is the two-plasmid system, where each of the SCR and GDH genes is located in separate plasmids that can coexist in one E. coli cell. Asymmetric reduction of ketones with the recombinant E. coli cells gave synthetically useful 20 alcohols, 11 of which were enantiomerically pure. The productivity of one of these products was as high as 41 g/L.  相似文献

We investigate the energy relaxation of intermolecular motions in liquid water at temperatures ranging from 220 K to 300 K and in ice at 220 K using molecular dynamics simulations. We employ the recently developed frequency resolved transient kinetic energy analysis, which provides detailed information on energy relaxation in condensed phases like two-color pump-probe spectroscopy. It is shown that the energy cascading in liquid water is characterized by four processes. The temperature dependences of the earlier three processes, the rotational-rotational, rotational-translational, and translational-translational energy transfers, are explained in terms of the density of states of the intermolecular motions. The last process is the slow energy transfer arising from the transitions between potential energy basins caused by the excitation of the low frequency translational motion. This process is absent in ice because the hydrogen bond network rearrangement, which accompanies the interbasin transitions in liquid water, cannot take place in the solid phase. We find that the last process in supercooled water is well approximated by a stretched exponential function. The stretching parameter, β, decreases from 1 to 0.72 with decreasing temperature. This result indicates that the dynamics of liquid water becomes heterogeneous at lower temperatures.  相似文献

Two new vanadotellurates, [HTeV(9)O(28)](4-) and [H(2)TeV(9)O(28)](3-) have been synthesized and structurally characterized as tetra-n-butylammonium (TBA) salts: TBA(4)[HTeV(9)O(28)]·2CH(3)CN [triclinic, space group P ?1, a = 16.7102(6) ?, b = 17.4680(7) ?, c = 17.9634(7) ?, α = 74.412(1)°, β = 67.494(1)°, γ = 74.160(2)°, Z = 2] and TBA(3)[H(2)TeV(9)O(28)] [monoclinic, space group P2(1)/c, a = 13.0013(5) ?, b = 19.157(1) ?, c = 28.453(1) ?, β = 97.222(2)°, Z = 4]. The results of the structural analyses indicate that the four O atoms that bridge two V atoms on the Te side are the most basic ones in the structure. The results of density-functional theory (DFT) calculations support this view.  相似文献

We discuss nonintegrability of parametrically forced nonlinear oscillators which are represented by second-order homogeneous differential equations with trigonometric coefficients and contain the Duffing and van der Pol oscillators as special cases. Specifically, we give sufficient conditions for their rational nonintegrability in the meaning of Bogoyavlenskij, using the Kovacic algorithm as well as an extension of the Morales–Ramis theory due to Ayoul and Zung. In application of the extended Morales–Ramis theory, for the associated variational equations, the identity components of their differential Galois groups are shown to be not commutative even if the differential Galois groups are triangularizable, i. e., they can be solved by quadratures. The obtained results are very general and reveal their rational nonintegrability for the wide class of parametrically forced nonlinear oscillators. We also give two examples for the van der Pol and Duffing oscillators to demonstrate our results.  相似文献

A series of protonated and methylated Anderson-type molybdoperiodates as well as the unprotonated [IMo6O24]5- have been synthesized and structurally characterized as tetra-n-butylammonium salts: [(n-C4H9)4N]5[IMo6O24] [monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 33.6101(3) A, b = 15.2575(1) A, c = 24.0294(2) A, beta = 126.9569(3) degrees , Z = 4], [(n-C4H9)4N]4[IMo6O23(OH)] [monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 9.5587(1) A, b = 24.1364(2) A, c = 18.2788(2) A, beta = 90.1562(5) degrees , Z = 2], [(n-C4H9)4N]3[IMo6O22(OH)2].2DMF [monoclinic, space group P21/a, a = 17.6105(4) A, b = 15.5432(5) A, c = 29.3316(9) A, beta = 91.475(3) degrees , Z = 4], [(n-C4H9)4N]4[IMo6O23(OMe)].3H2O [orthorhombic, space group Pbca, a = 17.0679(4) A, b = 25.6998(6) A, c = 20.7428(4) A, Z = 4], [(n-C4H9)4N]3[IMo6O22(OMe)2] [monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 10.4009(1) A, b = 14.6658(3) A, c = 23.5395(4) A, beta = 100.324(1) degrees , Z = 2]. In all of these compounds, the [IMo6O24]5- anion is protonated or methylated selectively at O atoms shared by two Mo atoms. The results have also revealed that the protonated Anderson-type molybdoperiodates readily react with methanol in a very selective manner, while the unprotonated [IMo6O24]5- anion does not react with methanol under similar conditions.  相似文献

A tetra-n-butylammonium (TBA) salt of [H(4.5)(Ta(6)O(19))](3.5-) was synthesized by reacting hydrous tantalum oxide with TBAOH. X-ray structural analysis of TBA(3.5)[H(4.5)(Ta(6)O(19))]·2THF·5.5H(2)O (THF = tetrahydrofuran) revealed that this compound consists of a hydrogen-bonded, rod-shaped tetramer of hexatantalate that is almost 30 ? long together with TBA cations and solvent molecules of crystallization [a = 20.6354(5) ?, b = 25.5951(7) ?, c = 37.2058(8) ?, α = 77.092(1)°, β = 86.177(1)°, γ = 88.683(1)°, V = 19110.9(8) ?(3), Z = 8, and space group P ?1]. (1)H NMR spectra showed that this tetrameric structure is maintained in solution.  相似文献

The methallyl moieties of [{(3-C4H7)2Rh}2(V4O12)]2– couple to yield 2,5-dimethyl-1,5-hexadiene in a selective manner by the action of P(OEt),3, while the reaction of [( 3-C4H7)2 Rh(acac)] with P(OEt)3 produces a mixture of organic compounds. The result shows that the vanadate support has a significant influence on the reactivity of organometallic complexes.  相似文献

Applying the higher-order averaging method, we study the periodically forced, standard Duffing oscillator. A package of the computer algebra system, Mathematica, recently developed by the author and a coworker, is improved and used to implement the tedious but necessary computations for application of higher-order averaging. We detect many types of subharmonic, superharmonic and ultra-subharmonic motions and their bifurcations. A theoretical exposition for a previous numerical observation of a superstructure of bifurcation sets is partly given. A numerical example is also presented and the theoretical predictions are compared with the corresponding simulation results.  相似文献

We apply an external feedback control technique to vibrating microcantilevers in atomic force microscopy. Here we have no difficulty in getting information on periodic orbits required for application of the external feedback control unlike controlling chaos since stable orbits are used as reference ones. This approach enables us not only to control vibrations of the cantilevers but also to measure the sample surfaces (surface topographies) simultaneously. The efficiency and validity of our approach is demonstrated by numerical simulations and a theoretical analysis with the assistance of numerical computations.  相似文献
