Conductive hydrogels with ionic compounds possess great potential for the development of soft smart devices. A dielectric scarfskin is typically required for these devices to prevent short circuiting, leading to devices with lower stretchability than the hydrogel. Henceforth, commonly used dielectric materials, such as PDMS and Ecoflex, cannot be largely stretched. Hydrogel devices with ultrastretchability are required to accommodate hostile application environments. Herein, we propose a hydrogel fiber coated with a dielectric layer that can be stretched to over 2000% of its initial length. The fiber remains conductive when stretched to ~1300%. In addition, the core/sheath hydrogel fiber can be endowed with a variety of functional properties, such as electroluminescence (EL), photoluminescence (PL), and magnetic‐responsiveness, demonstrating scalability of the resultant fiber. The present work can pave the way for numerous next‐generation soft devices, such as smart textiles and wearable electronics. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part B: Polym. Self-assembled CdS architectures with flower-like structures have been synthesized by a mixed solvothermal method using ethylene glycol and oleic acid as the mixed solvent at 160°C for 12 h. The results of X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns, field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images indicate that the product exists as the hexagonal wurtzite phase and conatins of larger numbers of flower-like CdS architectures with diameters of 1.8–3 μm. The selected-area electron diffraction (SAED) pattern and the high resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM) image reveal that the grain has better crystallinity. The optical properties of flower-like CdS architectures were also investigated by ultraviolet-visable (UV-vis) and photoluminescence spectroscopy at room temperature. A strong peak at 490 nm is shown in the UV-vis absorption, while an emission at 486 nm and another strong emission at 712 nm are shown in the PL spectrum.   相似文献

The performance of dielectric elastomer(DE) transducers is significantly affected by viscoelastic relaxation-induced electromechanical dissipations.This paper presents an experimental study to obtain the rate dependent stress-stretch relation of DE membranes(VHB TM 9473) subjected to pure shear like loading and electric loading simultaneously.Stretching rate dependent behavior is observed.The results also show that the tensile force decreases as the voltage increases.The observations are compared with predictions by a viscoelastic model of DE.This experiment may be used for further studies of dynamic electromechanical coupling properties of DEs.  相似文献

We present a finite element method for dielectric elastomer(DE) transducers based on the nonlinear field theory of DE.The method is implemented in the commercial finite element software ABAQUS,which provides a large library functions to describe finite elasticity.This method can be used to solve electromechanical coupling problems of DE transducers with complex configurations and under inhomogeneous deformation.  相似文献

当前的虫害监控主要采用人工经验或翻阅相关资料等的专家分析方法,存在劳动强度大、非实时性和效率低等缺陷;设计并实现了一种基于WEB技术的可判断虫害程度森林视觉监控系统,给出了监控Web服务器、 CC2430 处理器模块、数据采集模块、通信接口和数据库的硬件设计原理,介绍了系统的软件功能以及实现步骤;将软件设计划分成服务器软件和客户端软件两种模块,采用视觉定位方法得到森林虫害区域的空间位置参数,获取深林虫害区域在标准坐标域中的坐标,实现对森林虫害程度的准确监控和判断;系统测试结果说明,该种系统能够对森林虫害程度进行准确的定位和判断,并且具有较高的准确度和效率。  相似文献
