多片导模法蓝宝石晶体的缺陷研究

使用导模法(EFG)生长了多片a面蓝宝石晶体。显微拉曼光谱结合电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)测试得出晶体的气泡中可能存在含S化合物。晶体表面明显的生长条纹主要与温度、生长速度的波动以及模具的加工精度有关。化学腐蚀分析表明晶体位错密度在4.2×10⁴ cm^-2,未存在小角度晶界缺陷,双晶摇摆曲线半峰宽(FWHM)为70.63″。由于采用石墨保温材料,晶体中存在F心与F⁺色心。晶体在400~3 000 nm波段透过率高于80%,空气中退火后可减弱色心吸收。本文研究结果可为蓝宝石晶体缺陷形成理论研究提供参考,也可为导模法蓝宝石工业生产技术改进提供借鉴。     

The protective effect of electroacupuncture on the renal cortex of SHRs: A metabonomic analysis

Hypertension affects multiple organs in the body during the development of the disease. The antihypertensive effect of acupuncture has been confirmed. How the protective effect of electroacupuncture on the renal cortex of the spontaneously hypertensive rat (SHR) is achieved has not yet been determined. The purpose of this study was to understand the impact of electroacupuncture on the blood pressure of SHRs and the impact on metabolites in the renal cortex, looking for potential differential metabolites and then proceeding to the next step of exploratory research. The experimental animals were divided into four groups: control group, model group, electroacupuncture group and losartan potassium group. Electroacupuncture on bilateral Taichong (LR3) and Zusanli (ST36) lasted for 3 weeks, and the renal cortex was collected for metabonomics research. UHPLC–MS was used to analyze the changes in the metabolic spectrum of renal cortex tissue. The results showed that electroacupuncture can significantly reduce the blood pressure of SHRs. A total of 12 metabolites changed significantly in the comparison between each group and the model group.The possible mechanism is that the primary bile acid biosynthesis, bile secretion, tryptophan metabolism and other metabolic pathways affect the renal cortex.     

Development of an enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay and immunoaffinity chromatography for glycyrrhizic acid using an anti‐glycyrrhizic acid monoclonal antibody

In this work, a new monoclonal antibody specific for glycyrrhizic acid was prepared and characterized. A hybridoma secreting an anti‐glycyrrhizic acid monoclonal antibody was produced by fusing splenocytes from a mouse immunized against a glycyrrhizic acid–bovine serum albumin conjugate with the hypoxanthine–aminopterin–thymidine‐sensitive mouse myeloma cell line (Sp2/0‐Ag14). Subsequently, an indirect, competitive enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay for glycyrrhizic acid was developed using the monoclonal antibody. In this assay, we detected an effective measuring range of 78.12–2500 ng/mL. Both intra‐assay and inter‐assay repeatability and precision were achieved, with relative standard deviations lower than 10%. In addition, glycyrrhizic acid levels in both formulated Chinese medicines and biological samples were determined with high sensitivity and efficiency. We then successfully developed a reliable immunoaffinity chromatography to separate glycyrrhizic acid completely from its parent medicine. These methods will contribute to further research investigations to better understand the interactions of glycyrrhizic acid with other drugs in the complex system of traditional Chinese medicine.     

Cartesian Closed Extensions of Subcategories of CONT

In this paper we give a uniform way of proving cartesian closedness for many new subcategories of continuous posets. We define C-P to be the category of continuous posets whose D–completions are isomorphic to objects from C, where C is a subcategory of the category CONT of domains. The main result is that if C is a cartesian closed full subcategory of ALG _⊥ or BC, then C-P is also a cartesian closed subcategory of the category CONTP of continuous posets and Scott continuous functions. In particular, we have the following cartesian closed categories : BC-P, LAT-P, aL-P, aBC-P, B-P, aLAT-P, ω -B-P, ω -aLAT-P, etc.     

碳税政策下时变需求依赖库存与价格的供应链协调模型

研究由一个供应商和一个零售组成的二级供应链系统在碳税政策下的协调问题.对于市场需求率为时变函数且依赖于当前库存水平和销售价格的情形,建立分散式和集中式供应链决策模型.比较两种模型得出供应商和零售商合作能够提高供应链的整体利润但是也会产生更多的碳排放.分别利用批发价格契约和两部收费契约协调分散式决策模型得出供应链协调的条件.最后通过数值算例验证理论结果并分析碳税单价对供应链在两部收费契约下实现协调的影响.     

二维过渡金属硫族化合物在超级电容器中的研究进展

近年来, 过渡金属硫族化合物(TMDs)作为一种新兴的二维材料, 因其独特的层状结构及电学特性成为超级电容器电极材料的理想候选者之一. 本文介绍了二维TMDs的常用合成方法, 阐述了钼基、 钨基和钒基等TMDs在超级电容器中的研究进展, 分析了形貌、 尺寸和改性方法等因素对TMDs材料电化学性能的影响, 并对TMDs在超级电容器领域的工业化应用和挑战进行了总结与展望.     

“十五”期间力学学科重点项目概况与分析

"十五"期间是国家自然科学基金委员会经费快速增长的时期,同时也是力学科学处的经费和资助项目数快速增长的时期.本文对这5年中力学科学处的基金重点项目申请、资助情况进行分析,对今后重点关注的问题给出建议和措施.     

Si-rhodamine based water-soluble fluorescent probe for bioimaging of Cu+

A Si-substituted rhodamine based water-soluble fluorescent probe bearing a tetrathia-azacrown was designed for fluorescence imaging of Cu⁺ with substantial affinity and selectivity.In physiological condition,the developed probe with outstanding water-solubility exhibits ultrahigh sensitivity to Cu⁺,ensuring the reliable fluorescence imaging in vivo.
