A new guidance law is proposed for interceptor missiles by using a differential game formulation with bounded controls. The interceptor is steered by the aerodynamic-lift control system and the divert-thrusters control system. By using game space decomposition, the parameter effects of divert-thrusters control system on homing performance are investigated. Under propellant limits and given the time constant of the divert-thrusters control system, the hit-to-kill performance requires the following conditions. Firstly, the maximum acceleration generated by the divert-thrusters control system is greater than a critical value. Secondly, the thrusters close after interception terminates. Thirdly, the operation time of the divert-thrusters control system is sufficient long to cancel the miss distance. These results are also demonstrated by a realistic ballistic missile-defense simulation program.  相似文献

In this Letter, the combined dispersion equation was solved by the sub-equation method. It is shown that the combined dispersion equation with the special parameters can be solved and many novel solutions will derived in terms of Jacobi elliptic functions, where some known solutions will be recovered when the modulus arrives its limiting value.  相似文献

In grey prediction modeling, the more samples selected the more errors. This paper puts forward new explanations of “incomplete information and small sample” of grey systems and expands the suitable range of grey system theory. Based on the geometric sequence, it probes into the influence on the relative errors by selecting the different sample sizes. The research results indicate that to the non-negative increasing monotonous exponential sequence, the more samples selected, the more average relative errors. To the non-negative decreasing monotonous exponential sequence, a proper sample number exists that has the least average relative error. When the initial value of the sequence of raw data of new information GM(1,1) model changes, the development coefficient remains unchanged. The segmental correction new information GM(1,1) model (SNGM) can obviously improve the simulation accuracy. It puts forward the mathematic proofs that the small sample usually has more accuracy than the large sample when establishing GM(1,1) model in theory.  相似文献

In this Letter, a new kind of Lamé functions are given. Based on the new Lamé functions and Jacobi elliptic function, the perturbation method is applied to the nonlinear equations, and many multi-order solutions of novel forms are derived. Volatility series (defined as the magnitude of the increments between successive elements) of five different meteorological variables over China are analyzed by means of detrended fluctuation analysis (DFA for short). Universal scaling behaviors are found in all volatility records, whose scaling exponents take similar distributions with similar mean values and standard deviations. To reconfirm the relation between long-range correlations in volatility and nonlinearity in original series, DFA is also applied to the magnitude records (defined as the absolute values of the original records). The results clearly indicate that the nonlinearity of the original series is more pronounced in the magnitude series.  相似文献

1–42 is the proteolytic cleavage product of cleavage of the amyloid precursor protein by β- and γ-secretases. The aggregation of Aβ1–42 plays a causative role in the development of Alzheimer’s disease. To lock Aβ1–42 in a homogenous state, we embedded the Aβ1–42 sequence in an unstructured region of Bcl-xL. Both the N-terminus and the C-terminus of Aβ1–42 were constrained in the disordered region, whereas the conjunction did not introduce any folding to Aβ1–42 but maintained the sequence as a monomer in solution. With Bcl-xL-Aβ42, we developed an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to compare the affinity of compounds for monomeric Aβ1–42. Bcl-xL-Aβ42 was coated on a microplate and this was followed by incubation with different concentrations of compounds. Compounds binding to Leu17-Val24 of Aβ1–42 inhibited the interaction between Bcl-xL-Aβ42 and antibody 4G8. The method can not only reproduce the activities of the reported Aβ1–42 inhibitors such as dopamine, tannin, and morin but can also differentiate decoy compounds that do not bind to Aβ1–42. Remarkably, using this method, we discovered a new inhibitor that binds to monomeric Aβ1–42 and inhibits Aβ1–42 fibril formation. As the structure of Bcl-xL-Aβ42 monomer is stable in solution, the assay could be adapted for high-throughput screening with a series of antibodies that bind the different epitopes of Aβ1–42. In addition, the monomeric form of the Aβ1–42 sequence in Bcl-xL-Aβ42 would also facilitate the identification of Aβ1–42 binding partners by coimmunoprecipitation, cocrystallization, surface plasmon resonance technology, or the assay as described here.  相似文献

Long-range correlations of five kinds of daily temperature records (i.e. daily average temperature records, daily maximum temperature records, daily minimum temperature records, diurnal temperature range and the sum of daily maximum and minimum temperature records) from 164 weather stations over China during 1951-2004 are analyzed by means of detrended fluctuation analysis (DFA). These five kinds of fluctuation series are found to be power-law correlated with scaling exponents larger than 0.5. Local changes of scaling exponents are examined and the spatial distributions of these different kinds of temperature records are similar except the diurnal temperature range (DTR for short) records. Furthermore, the differences of the scaling behavior among diurnal temperature records and other kinds of temperature records are discussed.  相似文献
