The reversible addition of olefins to a phosphanylalumane, P−Al single-bond species, was investigated. The P−Al bond added to ethylene and relatively small terminal alkenes (propylene and hex-1-ene) at room temperature to give the corresponding alkene adducts. Heating the terminal alkene adducts released the corresponding alkenes and regenerated the P−Al bond, but no release of ethylene was observed even under vacuum conditions. The reactivity of ethylene adduct as a new saturated C2 vicinal P/Al-based FLP was also investigated. The ethylene adduct was found to undergo complexation with nitriles to give the corresponding nitrile adducts to the Al center, which retained the ethylene tether as in the case of the corresponding P/B-based FLP. However, the reactivity of ethylene toward CO2 and benzaldehyde differed from that of the P/B system giving the corresponding adducts. 相似文献

Abstract TiO2 and Pt have been intercalated in hectorite and H4Nb6O17. The height of TiO2 and Pt pillars was less than 0.8 nm and the band gap energy of TiO2 pillars was ca. 3.3 eV. Both hectorite/TiO2 and H4Nb6O17(Pt, TiO2) were capable of hydrogen evolution following irradiation from a high pressure mercury are (λ > 290 nm) in the presence of methanol as a sacrificial hole acceptor and the hydrogen evolution was enhanced by co-incorporation of Pt, although hectorite and hectorite/Pt did not show photocatalytic activity. Incorporation of Pt or Pt and TiO2 in the interlayer of H4Nb6O17 has resulted in enhanced photo evolution of hydrogen, however, TiO2 alone in the interlayer of H4Nb6O17 showed adverse photocatalytic activity. 相似文献

Dihydropyridazinones 4a , 4b , N‐substituted dihydropyrazoles 5b , 5c , 5d , and O‐substituted pyrazoles 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d have been synthesized starting from spirocyclopropanepyrazole derivative 2 . Treatment of 2 with α‐chloro esters, e.g., methyl chloroacetate, ethyl chloroacetate, isopropyl chloroacetate, and tert‐butyl chloroacetate, in potassium carbonate/sodium iodide system caused ring opening and subsequent C‐ or N‐attack nucleophilic substitution to give the corresponding dihydropyridazinones 4a , 4b and N‐substituted dihydropyrazoles 5b , 5c , 5d . The dinuclear copper enzyme, tyrosinase, activates O2 to form a (μ-η2:η2-peroxido)dicopper(II) species, which hydroxylates phenols to catechols. However, the exact mechanism of phenolase reaction in the catalytic site of tyrosinase is still under debate. We herein report the near atomic resolution X-ray crystal structures of the active tyrosinases with substrate l -tyrosine. At their catalytic sites, CuA moved toward l -tyrosine (CuA1 → CuA2), whose phenol oxygen directly coordinates to CuA2, involving the movement of CuB (CuB1 → CuB2). The crystal structures and spectroscopic analyses of the dioxygen-bound tyrosinases demonstrated that the peroxide ligand rotated, spontaneously weakening its O−O bond. Thus, the copper migration induced by the substrate-binding is accompanied by rearrangement of the bound peroxide species so as to provide one of the peroxide oxygen atoms with access to the phenol substrate's ϵ carbon atom. 相似文献

Secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) has a wide range of applications in Earth Science research, thanks to its high precision and sensitivity, and its capacity in direct insitu micromeasurement. The technique is operated in ultra-high vacuum (UHV) conditions, especially for the measurement of volatiles such as hydrogen, or the water content in nominally anhydrous minerals (NAMs). To minimize the water background and obtain accurate and precise water contents in NAMs (eg, olivine) critical parameters such as presputtering time, field aperture (FA), dynamic transfer on/off, and primary beam current intensity were investigated for a CAMECA IMS 1280-HR system. When the chamber vacuum reaches approximately 2 × 10−9 mbar, we set the DTOS OFF, raster size to 50 μm and primary beam current to 5 nA, and used 2000 μm FA and 170-second presputtering time. Consequently, an approximately 1.2 ppmw water background and 3.6 ppmw limit of detection (LOD) were yielded, from analyzing the San Carlos olivine. Meanwhile, the water content and homogeneity of a range of olivine minerals were characterized for potential use as reference materials for SIMS water content measurement. Olivine water content calibration curve was also established by comparing the Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) results with the SIMS-measured 16O1H−/16O− ratios. Accuracy and precision of water content measurement were estimated to be better than approximately 10% in this study. 相似文献

A versatile method for the synthesis of dibenzo[g,p]chrysene (DBC) derivatives based on regio‐ and stereoselective stannyllithiation to diarylacetylenes is described. This method affords a variety of DBCs possessing both electron‐donating and electron‐withdrawing functional groups. These twisted molecules take brickwork packing structures in single crystals. Thus, ambipolar carrier transport properties with mobility values of up to 10?3 cm2 V?1 s?1 in the amorphous state were achieved. Functional groups on DBC frameworks are considered to increase carrier mobility through the enhancement of intermolecular interactions in the brickwork packing structures. 相似文献

A highly sensitive determination method was established for catecholamines (norepinephrine (NE), epinephrine, and dopamine)
with high-performance liquid chromatography-peroxyoxalate chemiluminescence reaction detection. In this study, the method
was applied to mouse plasma, and it was determined that only 10 μl of mouse plasma was necessary for the selective and reproducible
determination of catecholamines. Studies were then conducted in acute cardiovascular effects of sodium nitroprusside, nicardipine,
captopril (angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor), candesartan, and olmesartan (type 1 angiotensin receptor antagonists
(AT1 antagonists)) by this method. Sodium nitroprusside and nicardipine elevated plasma NE concentrations significantly, whereas
the ACE inhibitor and the AT1 antagonists did not change plasma NE concentrations in anesthetized mice. These results suggested that angiotensin II-induced
