Studied is the mesoscale behavior of plastic deformation and fracture of weld joints for austenic steels. Large-scale rotational modes of deformation in heat affected zones are identified with the first stage of formation of band structures; it is related to the “traveling neck” phenomenon in the base metal. The thickness of a metallic layer has been determined and the resistivity and spectral density of voltage fluctuations in thin titanium films with initial thicknesses of 5–100 nm, which were obtained by magnetron sputtering and intended for promising elements of the neutron optics, have been investigated. It has been found that a continuous metallic layer necessary for functioning is retained even in thinnest samples, and excess fluctuations of the layer resistance with the 1/f-type spectrum are observed. It has been shown that the method of measuring film resistivity can be used as effective express-method of determining the thickness of metallic nanolayers.  相似文献

The operator formalism of quantum mechanics is applied to the problem of reflection and transmission of non-relativistic spin particles at stratified media. Two basic numerical methods in optics of stratified media, the matrix method of Abeles and the formalism of Airy, have been thus generalized for non-relativistic spin particles. Such an approach provides numerical solution of the problem of interaction of a spin particle in an arbitrary state with a spin-dependent one-dimensional potential. Application of the generalized Airy's formalism to neutrons in magnetically non-collinear stratified media has been considered as an example.  相似文献
