Facile preparation of new unsymmetrical curcumin derivatives by solid-phase synthesis strategy

Seventeen unsymmetrical curcumin derivatives were synthesized in good yield and purity by a facile solid phase synthesis strategy.     

Novel synthesis of o-naphthothiophenequinone derivatives via regioselective Diels-Alder reaction

A novel procedure to construct o-naphthothiophenequinones has been achieved from readily available o-benzothiophenquinones and N-dienes via Diels-Alder reaction-aromatization sequence as key steps. The absolute regioselectivity was established via Diels-Alder reaction of o-benzothiophenquinones with rich electron N-dienes.     

KMgF3:Ce3+,Tb3+纳米粒子中Ce3+→Tb3+的发光及能量传递

利用微乳液方法,合成了铈、铽共掺杂的氟镁钾纳米粒子,研究了体系中Ce3+→Tb3+的发光特性以及它们之间的相互作用,结果表明KMgF3:Ce3+Tb3+纳米粒子中存在Ce3+→Tb3+的能量传递过程,即Ce3+可以将吸收的能量直接传递给Tb3+离子,使得Tb3+的绿色发光强度大为增加.     

1-(2-羟甲基-1,3-氧硫杂环戊基)吡啶酮类化合物的合成

研究了1,3-氧硫杂环戊烷核苷类似物的合成. 以吡啶酮为碱基, 利用三甲基硅基三氟甲磺酸酯(TMSOTf)催化, 与1,3-氧硫杂环戊烷发生Vorbruggen缩合反应, 合成了一系列的保护的核苷类似物, 经过进一步脱保护或者还原得到目标产物. 并测试了合成化合物的抗菌活性, 发现该类化合物对革兰氏阳性菌具有中等抑制活性.     

Synthesis of zwitterionic 4-hydroxycoumarin derivatives through a unique reaction of 4-hydroxycoumarins with p- benzoquinone and pyridine

[reaction: see text] A unique reaction of 4-hydroxycoumarins with p-benzoquinone and pyridine was found, and through the reaction, six zwitterionic 4-hydroxycoumarin derivatives were synthesized. The structures of these compounds were determined by IR, MS(ESI), 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies.     

大黄素衍生物的合成及细胞毒性研究

以天然大黄素为母体, 经化学修饰得到一系列新的含氮衍生物6～14. 通过¹H NMR, IR, MS和元素分析确定了结构. 选择口腔底癌(KB)和乳腺癌(MFC-7)两种人癌细胞株, 采用标准MTT法测定了这类大黄素衍生物的细胞毒性. 研究表明大多数衍生物都有较强的抗癌活性, 其中位置异构体7a和7b的混合物表现出最强的活性, 与母体大黄素相比较, 活性分别提高了174倍(KB)和133倍(MFC-7).

An intriguing reaction of 4-hydroxycoumarins with 2,3-dichloro-5,6-dicyanobenzoquinone (DDQ) occurred in the presence of catalytic acetic acid in ethanol at reflux with the products being obtained in high yields.

Reaction of tanshinones with biogenic amine metabolites in vitro

The reaction of cryptotanshinone and tanshinone IIA with several biogenic amine metabolites involved in the pathogenic pathways of hepatic encephalopathy are investigated and eleven 1,2,3,4,-tetrahydrophenanthrene derivatives, 2–10, 14 and 16, are obtained. The probable mechanisms on reaction are discussed.     

山芝麻中的新三萜化合物
