一种改进的计算探测器校正因子的相关抽样方法 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
对于小尺寸探测器处于大块介质的情形, 在探测器的校正因子的Monte Carlo模拟中, 存在两个难题: 一是由于探测器尺寸很小粒子难以到达探测器并发生碰撞; 二是两个随机变量比值难以达到要求精度. 本文使用经过改进的粒子碰撞自动重要抽样方法, 再结合相关抽样方法, 解决了这两个难题, 并在MCNP-4C程序平台上加以实现. 除了粒子碰撞自动重要抽样以外, 还选用了其他3种方法: 直接模拟、区域分裂、强迫碰撞+Dxtran球分别与相关抽样方法结合, 对一个简化的探测器校正因子计算模型进行了计算. 实际计算结果表明, 相关抽样方法无论与哪种方法结合, 都起到了提高相关量计算效率的作用; 而它与粒子碰撞自动重要抽样结合, 比其他方法具有明显的优越性. 相似文献

Luminescent nanoparticles of silicon dioxide (SiO2) containing fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) with a particle size of 20 nm were synthesized using the Sol–Gel method (abbreviated
FITC–SiO2). FITC–SiO2 nanoparticles whose surfaces are modified (FITC–SiO2–S–CH2COOH) can emit strong and stable solid substrate room temperature phosphorescence (SS-RTP) on acetyl cellulose membranes.
When the original color-producing agent (R) in the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits for determination of alpha-fetoprotein
(AFP) was substituted with (FITC–SiO2–S–CH2COOH), the system maintained good FITC–SiO2 phosphorescence properties. Furthermore, the phosphorescence intensity enhanced markedly after the ELISA reaction. The relationship
between the phosphorescence intensity and the content of AFP obeyed Beer’s law. Based on the facts stated above, a new method
for the determination of human AFP by SS-RTP-ELISA (using the luminescent nanoparticle as marker) was established. The linear
range of this method is 0.040–16.0 pg of human AFP per spot (sample volume: 0.40 μL spot−1, corresponding concentration: 0.10–40.0 ng mL−1). The regression equation of the working curve is ΔIp = −6.289+18.075 mAFP (pg spot−1) (r = 0.9960, n = 6). The detection limit (LD) of this method calculated by 3 Sb/k is 6.7 fg spot−1 (corresponding concentration: 17 ng L−1). Compared to the ELISA method using a traditional color-producing agent, the new method exhibited a 34.8 times higher sensitivity
and a wider linear range. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of human AFP in serum. 相似文献

利用一种柔性二羧酸,辅以不同的双咪唑配体在水热条件下构筑了两例具有穿插特征的钴配位聚合物,{[Co(bimb)(L)]·H2O}n(1)和{[Co(bbix)(L)]2}n(2)(H2L=4,4'-(2,2'-oxybis(ethane-2,1-diyl)bis(oxy))dibenzoic acid, bimb=1,1'-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(imidazole), bbix=1,4-bis(benzimidazole-1-ylmethyl)-benzene)。单晶X-射线衍射研究发现配合物1为2D→3D 4-连sql拓扑构型的三重穿插网格;配合物2为3D 4-连66 dia拓扑构型的六重穿插网格。该结构分析结果表明作为辅助配体的双咪唑配体的构型对配合物的穿插特征有重要影响。另外,我们还研究了配合物1和2的热稳定性及磁性。 相似文献

以LaNiO_3纳米颗粒为基质,在水热法制备CdS的过程中引入Mn~(2+)离子,原位合成直接Z型LaNiO_3/Mn_(0.2)Cd_(0.8)S异质结光催化剂。分别采用场发射扫描电镜、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱、紫外可见漫反射光谱、氮气吸附-脱附测试以及电化学测试等分析方法对制备的催化剂进行表征。在光解水产氢测试中,LaNiO_3/Mn_(0.2)Cd_(0.8)S异质结光催化剂在5 h的H_2产量达到1 190.3μmol,相较于CdS和Mn_(0.2)Cd_(0.8)S,其H_2产量分别提高了 25倍和10倍。荧光和电化学实验证实,Mn~(2+)的引入能够有效地促进光生载流子的分离,同时LaNiO_3/Mn_(0.2)Cd_(0.8)S之间异质结的构筑能有效地促进光生载流子在界面间的迁移、分离,从而促进其光解水产氢效率和稳定性的提高。结合一系列表征和活性测试结果提出直接Z型光解水反应机理,很好地阐述了其光解水产氢活性和稳定性的增强。 相似文献

A pillar[5]arene decaamine has been synthesized and revealed to encapsulate linear diacids in neutral, alkaline, and acidic conditions, driven by the hydrophobic and electrostatic interactions, to give rise to pseudo[2]rotaxanes. 提高有机电致发光器件(OLED)的稳定性和寿命是其市场化应用中需要解决的关键问题.本文从提高发光材料自身的稳定性出发,以Mg(CF3COO)2-x(CH3COO)x溶胶为前驱体,将其与8-羟基喹啉铝(Alq3)混合浓缩成糊状后, 300 ℃真空烧结,经过MgF2的生成和Alq3的相变后,形成了一系列Mg含量不同的具有超结构ε相的纳米复合材料Alq3-MgF2.研究结果表明,相比于纯Alq3, Alq3-MgF2纳米复合材料制备的OLED可以很好地保持Alq3的发光特性,同时,其抗老化性能得到显著提高.特别是, Mg(CH3COO)2投料量为Alq3的5% (摩尔分数)时,所得Alq3-MgF2纳米复合材料制备的器件抗老化性能最优,在空气中老化72 h,最大发光亮度仍保持在起始值的93.5%;而Alq3制备的OLED在空气中老化24 h后基本失活. 相似文献

We examine the oscillation and collapse of a relativistic star, e.g., a proto-neutron star, with an equation of state (EOS) which is Mowly changing as driven by, e.g., losing of thermal energy through radiations. We find that the frequency of the fundamental mode of oscillation (radial) will gradually increase then abruptly drop to zero when the star gets close to the point of instability. We also find that for a wide range of configurations on the unstable branch of equilibrium configurations, the collapse is dominated by one unstable mode. 相似文献

A phytochemical investigation on the flowers of Inula britannica has led to the isolation of four novel sesquiterpenoids, britanlins A-D. Britanlins A-C feature the rare presilphiperfolane-type frameworks, which play an important role in biogenesis of triquinane sesquiterpenoids. Britanlin D possessed a rearranged pseudoguaiane skeleton, which was first isolated from nature. The structures of britanlins A to D were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic methods. The structures of britanlins A and D were further confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction. 相似文献
