微悬臂器件被广泛应用于力学显微镜和光力学研究中,实现微悬臂之间的耦合在高精密测量和量子声子网络构建方面具有重要的应用前景。不同于通过电、磁相互作用实现微纳共振器之间耦合的方法,设计并制备了通过结构应力实现耦合的微悬臂阵列。模拟和实验结果表明,这种结构应力耦合微悬臂阵列不仅可以获得较大的耦合强度和较高的力学性能,同时悬臂之间的耦合强度也容易控制。对于其它形式的微纳共振器,同样可以利用结构应力耦合这种方法来实现共振器之间耦合的阵列。  相似文献

Moir patterns on HOPG were studied with scanning tunneling microscopy (STM). The results reveal that the observed Moiré patterms originate from the defects locating several layers below the surface ,which presents the first experimental evidence supporting the prediction that in HOPG the nanoscale electronic waves can propagate through several layers without obvious decay.  相似文献

The coverage and temperature-dependent nucleation behaviors of the Gd@C82 metallofullerenes on Cu(111) have been studied by low-temperature scanning tunneling microscopy (LT-STM) in detail. Upon molecular deposition at low temperature, Gd@C82 molecules preferentially decorate the steps and nucleate into single layer islands with increasing coverage. Further annealing treatment leads some of the Gd@C82 molecules to assemble into bright and dim patches, which are correlated to the adsorption induced substrate reconstruction. Upon sufficient thermal activation, Gd@C82 molecules sink into the Cu(111) surface one-copper-layer-deep, forming hexagonal close-packed molecular islands with intra-molecular details observed as striped patterns. By considering the commensurability between the Gd@C82 nearest-neighbor distance and the lattice of the underlying Cu(111), we clearly identified two kinds of in-plane molecular arrangements as (19(1/2)×19(1/2))R23.4°and (19(1/2)×19(1/2))R36.6°with respect to Cu(111). Within the assembled Gd@C82 molecular, island molecules with dim-bright contrast are spatially distributed, which may be modulated by the preexisted species on Cu(111).  相似文献

The relationship between the photothermal cooling efficiency of a micro-cantilever's mechanical mode and the en- vironmental temperature is studied. The micro-cantilever and a polished fiber end form a low finesse Fabry-Perot (FP) cavity. Experimental results in a temperature range from 77 K to 298 K show that temperature has an obvious influence on photothermal cooling efficiency. The photothermal cooling efficiency, ηph, at 100 K is 10 times that at 298 K. This accords well with the theoretical analysis that the high photothermal cooling efficiency can be achieved when photothermal response time, τph, and mechanical resonant frequency, ω0, are close to the optimal photothermal cooling condition ω0τph = 1. Our study provides an important approach for high effective photothermal cooling and high-sensitivity measurement for force microscopy.  相似文献

用化学气相沉积法合成了具有不同晶体结构的二氧化钛薄膜,研究了二氧化钛薄膜的结构和光催化活性的关系.用XRD、AFM研究了薄膜的晶体组成和形貌,用亚硝酸根研究了薄膜的光催化活性.结果表明在制备温度低于573 K或高于773 K时,薄膜的结构分别为锐钛矿型或金红石型.而在上述温度之间生成的薄膜具有混合的晶型结构,特别是在623 K附近,制备的薄膜具有最高的光催化活性.进一步研究表明,当金红石与锐钛矿微晶体的比例在0.5?0.7时,催化剂薄膜具有高活性.  相似文献

Sliver nanoplates were prepared through a visible light induced reduction process by a reaction between sodium citrate and silver nitrate in an aqueous solvent at room temperature. UV-Vis spectra were employed to monitor the growth of the silver nanoplates. The resulting spectra indicated that, at an early stage,the products were spherical particles with planar nanoparticles appearing and growing subsequently. In the last stages of the process, some spherical particles were consumed by the growth of the nanoparticles,through an Ostwald ripening mechanism. Furthermore, it was found that the addition of either Poly(Vinyl Pyrrolidone) (PVP) or excessive citrate could stabilize the colloidal system effectively, and that rigorous stirring was necessary for the anticipant products. Introduction of a large quantities of sodium hydroxide can dramatically accelerate the reactive rate of the photoreduction process.  相似文献

以Cr(Ⅵ)离子、敌敌畏农药作为污染物的代表,研究了H2O2、金属离子等对Cr(Ⅵ)离子光催化还原及对敌敌畏农药光催化氧化的影响.结果表明,加入少量的H2O2对Cr(Ⅵ)离子的光催化还原起阻碍作用,对敌敌畏农药的光催化氧化起促进作用;加入少量的Cu2+对Cr(Ⅵ)离子光催化还原及对敌敌畏农药的光催化氧化均起促进作用;加入Zn2+、Na+对Cr(Ⅵ)离子及敌敌畏农药的光催化降解均无明显的影响;加入甲醇、甲苯对Cr(Ⅵ)离子的光催化还原起促进作用,对敌敌畏农药的光催化氧化起阻碍作用.探讨了H2O2、金属离子等对Cr(Ⅵ)离子光催化还原及对敌敌畏农药光催化氧化影响的机理.  相似文献

The adsorption and electronic properties of isolated cobalt phthalocyanine(Co Pc) molecule on an ultrathin layer of NaCl have been investigated. High-resolution STM images give a detailed picture of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO) of an isolated CoPc. It is shown that the Na Cl ultrathin layer efficiently decouples the interaction of the molecules from the underneath metal substrate, which makes it an ideal substrate for studying the properties of single molecules. Moreover, strong dependence of the appearance of the molecules on the sample bias in the region of relatively high bias( 3.1 V) is ascribed to the image potential states(IPSs) of NaCl/Cu(100), which may provide us with a possible method to fabricate quantum storage devices.  相似文献
