Detection of bleomycin based on N and S co-doped graphene quantum dots as a fluorescence probeEI北大核心CSCD

N and S co-doped graphene quantum dotsNS-GQDswith excellent fluorescence properties were synthesized by hydrothermal method using citrate and thiourea as ingredientsand were characterized. The fluorescence signal was notably reduced in the presence of single stranded DNAssDNAsince ssDNA can adsorb on the surface of NS-GQDs through p-p stacking interaction. Whereas a significantly restored fluorescence signal was observed in the presence of bleomycinowing to the irreversible cleavage of ssDNA by bleomycin with Fe2+ as cofactor. Thusa fluorescence sensor for bleomycin detection was developed. The linear range was from 1.8 to 1200 nmol/L and the detection limit was 0.25 nmol/L. MODELING CONTACTS OF IONIC POLYMER METAL COMPOSITES BASED TACTILE SENSORS

We report the first attempt to model the contacts of an ionic polymer metal composite（IPMC） based tactile sensor. The tactile sensor comprises an IPMC actuator, an IPMC sensor and the target to be detected. The system makes use of multiple contacts to work： the actuator comes into contact with the sensor and pushes the movement of sensor; the contact between the sensor and the object detects the existence and the stiffness of the target. We integrate modeling of various physical processes involved in IPMC devices to form a simulation scheme. An iteration and optimization strategy is also described to correlate the experimental and simulation results of an IPMC bending actuator to identify the two key parameters used in electromechanical transduction. Modeling the multiple contacts will aid the design and optimization of such IPMC based soft robotics.

采用空心莲子草对印染废水进行修复,研究净化效果,并利用在线监测技术对植物修复前后的印染废水中氨氮、COD、TOC指标进行测定。结果表明：在线监测技术成熟,植物修复印染废水可行。     

Structure Design and Performance of LiNixCoyMn1‐x‐yO2 Cathode Materials for Lithium‐ion Batteries: A Review

Lithium‐ion batteries are now considered to be the technology of choice for future hybrid electric and full electric vehicles to address global warming. One of the challenges for improving the performance of lithium ion batteries to meet increasingly demanding requirements for energy storage is the development of suitable cathode materials. The recent advancement of lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxides are investigated as advanced positive cathode materials for lithium‐ion batteries. This review aims at providing the reader with an understanding of the critical scientific challenges facing the development of LiNi_xCo_yMn_1‐x‐yO₂ materials, the latest developments in crystal structure, synthesis methods, and structure designs to unravel the mechanisms of charge and mass transport processes associated with battery performance, and the outlook for future‐generation batteries that exploit gradient structures materials for significantly improved performance to meet the ever‐increasing demands of emerging technologies.     

Improved Polysaccharide Production in Submerged Culture of Ganoderma lucidum by the Addition of Coixenolide

Polysaccharides from Ganoderma lucidum have various bioactivities and have been widely used as nutraceuticals and functional foods. Coixenolide was added into the media to enhance the production of mycelia biomass and polysaccharides in the submerged culture of G. lucidum in this work. The results showed that when a level of 0.2 % coixenolide was added at day 1, the biomass, exopolysaccharide, and intracellular polysaccharide reached 5.224, 0.222, and 0.399 g l^?1, respectively, which were 1.39-fold, 2.58-fold, and 2.24-fold compared to that of control. Analysis of the fermentation kinetics of G. lucidum suggested that glucose concentration in the coixenolide-added group decreased more quickly as compared to the control group from days 3 to 9 of the fermentation process, and the polysaccharides biosynthesis were promoted at the same culture period. However, the culture pH profile was not affected by the addition of coixenolide. Enzyme activities analysis indicated that coixenolide affected the synthesis level of phosphoglucose isomerase and α-phosphoglucomutase.     

顶空气相色谱法测定杏脯中二氧化硫

建立顶空气相色谱测定杏脯中二氧化硫残留的方法,探讨了气液体积比、加酸量、平衡温度和平衡时间对检测结果的影响。向450 mL顶空瓶内加入5 g样品、10 g石蜡、200 mL水及25 mL盐酸溶液,于75℃平衡20 min后放至室温,抽取0.5 mL顶空气体进行定性定量分析检测。该方法标准工作曲线线性相关系数r~2为0.992,检出限和定量限分别为0.1,1.0 mg/kg,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.9%~3.2%(n=6),样品加标回收率为89.4%~94.3%。该法操作简便、快捷,灵敏度高,人为误差小,满足杏脯中二氧化硫残留的批量检测要求。     

A Mixed-Transfer-Matrix Method for Simulating Normal Conductor/Perfect Insulator/Perfect Conductor Random Networks

We develop a mixed-transfer-matrix approach for computing the macroscopic conductivity of a three-constituent normal conductor/perfect insulator/perfect conductor random network. This is applied to two-dimensional and three-dimensional samples at a percolation threshold. Such networks are simulated in order to test whether a diluted percolating network of normal conducting bonds remains in the same universality class of critical behavior when a finite fraction of those bonds have been replaced by perfectly conducting bonds. Also tested by such simulations is whether a percolating mixture of normal and perfectly conducting bonds remains in the same universality class of critical behavior when a finite fraction of the normal bonds are replaced by perfectly insulating bonds. These questions are crucial for some recently published exact results which connect the macroscopic electrical and elastic responses of percolating networks.     

Complexation amplified pH oscillation in metal involved systems

A novel mechanism of amplifying pH oscillations by pH-dependent EDTA-metal ion complexation is proposed. If there is a metal ion involved in the H(+) consuming reactions in the pH oscillator and the metal's complex formation constant is big enough, the nonlinear coupling of the original oscillator with the complexation induced metal ion oscillation can finally amplify the pH oscillation. This effect is demonstrated in H(2)O(2)-S(2)O(3)(2-)-Cu(2+) system and further discussed in three other systems. Since pH oscillation is widely used in many areas as a spontaneous periodical driving force at the molecular level, this work may help to broaden the driving range of pH oscillators.     

Theoretical elucidation on the regio-, diastereo-, and enantio-selectivities of chiral primary-tertiary diamine catalyst for asymmetric direct aldol reactions of aliphatic ketones

The asymmetric direct aldol reactions of aliphatic ketones (acetone, butanone, and cyclohexanone) with 4-nitrobenzaldehyde catalyzed by a chiral primary-tertiary diamine catalyst (trans-N,N-dimethyl diaminocyclohexane) have been investigated by performing density functional theory calculations to rationalize the experimentally observed stereoselectivities. Focused on the crucial C-C bond-forming steps, we located several low-lying transition states and predicted their relative stabilities. The calculated results demonstrate that the catalytic direct aldol reactions of acetone favors the (S)-enantiomer and that butanone prefers the branched syn-selective product, while cyclohexanone yields predominantly the opposite anti-selective product. The theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental findings and provide a reasonable explanation for the high enantioselectivity and diastereoselectivity, as well as regioselectivity, of the aldol reactions under consideration.
