Summary A simple method is described which allows the quantification of 1-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone (NVP) in human serum. NVP is extracted from serum with diethylether and determined with HPLC/UV-detection. 1-Cyclohexyl-2-pyrrolidone serves as an internal standard. The detection limit is 0.1 mg/l. The method has shown that NVP can enter the organisms of workers occupationally exposed to this substance.  相似文献

Trap centers in the Si-SiO2 interface region of MOS structures doped by ion implantation of gold have been investigated using constant capacitance deep level transient spectroscopy (CC-DLTS). Gold doses of 1012–3 × 1013 cm–2 were implanted into the back surface of the wafers and were then redistributed during a diffusion anneal for 30 min at 1100° or 900° C. Three Au-related trap levels have been observed in the interface region, which were attributed to the Au-donor (E v +0.35 eV), the Au-acceptor (E v +0.53 eV), and the Au-Fe complex (E v +0.45 eV). The trap concentration profiles show that the Si-SiO2 interface affects the Au concentration in a depth range of 1 m from the interface and that gettering of Au occurs at the interface. The interface state density is independent of the Au concentration at the interface even for concentrations of 1015 cm–3.  相似文献

Nine different artificial neural networks were trained with the spherically encoded chemical environments of more than 500000 carbon atoms to predict their 13C NMR chemical shifts. Based on these results the PC-program "C_shift" was developed which allows the calculation of the 13C NMR spectra of any proposed molecular structure consisting of the covalently bonded elements C, H, N, O, P, S and the halogens. Results were obtained with a mean deviation as low as 1.8 ppm; this accuracy is equivalent to a determination on the basis of a large database but, in a time as short as known from increment calculations, was demonstrated exemplary using the natural agent epothilone A. The artificial neural networks allow simultaneously a precise and fast prediction of a large number of 13C NMR spectra, as needed for high throughput NMR and screening of a substance or spectra libraries.  相似文献

The mass spectra of three bicyclic γ-lactones have been studied, and the fragmentation pathways have been proposed with the aid of accurate mass measurements and metastable transitions. An unusually low [M ? CH3] ion and the presence of an abundant [M ? C5H9] ion in the mass spectrum of dihydroactinidiolide were interpreted as a possible rearrangement involving a methyl migration. The eliminations of methyl radical, carbon monoxide and ketene are important processes in many cases.  相似文献

Abstract— Exposure of variously pigmented strains of Ustilago violacea to high intensity incandescent radiation resulted in the generation of three types of survival curves. High carotene, low cytochrome c containing strains of U. violacea were generally characterized by linear type I survival curves with slopes approximately equal to zero. Strains which lacked carotenes were characterized by exponential decay type II survival curves. A third survival curve, type III was observed with carotene accumulating strains which also contained large amounts of cytochrome c. The type III curves are characterized by an initial loss of viability, similar to the type II curves, followed by a recovery period, with eventual stability in survival. The survival curve type appears to be dependent on the relative mg quantities of cytochrome c and carotenes in the cells. Strains with carotene/cytochromec ratios of0–1 × 10-1,3–15× 10-1 and l6 × 10-1 and above had type II, type III and type I survival curves, respectively.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Bei der Reaktion von BaCO3 mit NiO bildet sich unter bestimmten Bedingungen ein kristallines Pulver der Zusammensetzung 9 BaNiO2 · 2 BaCO3. Die Verbindung zeigt scharfe Röntgeninterferenzen, die sich kubisch indizieren lassen. Es wurden elektronenmikroskopische Aufnahmen gemacht sowie Elektronenstrahlfeinbereichsbeugungen durchgeführt. Das IR-Spektrum wurde aufgenommen und die magnetische Suszeptibilität bestimmt.
A new compound 9 BaNiO2·2 BaCO3
During the reaction of BaCO3 with NiO under special conditions a crystalline powder with the composition 9 BaNiO2 · 2 BaCO3 is formed. This compound shows clear X-ray patterns which can be indexed using a cubic cell. Electron microscopic investigations have been carried out and selected area diffraction patterns have been taken. The IR-spectrum and the magnetic susceptibility have been proved.

Abstract— The effect of high intensity incandescent radiation on survival and mitotic recombination in the phlph + diploid strain of Ustilago violacea was studied with and without atmospheric O2. In the presence of atmospheric O2, strain phlph+ was characterized by photokilling to approximately 50% survival, and induction of mitotic recombination to about 60% by 90 min of light exposure. No photokilling and little induction of mitotic recombination were observed when light exposure was carried out in an 02 depleted environment. Photokilling and photo-induced mitotic recombination in U. violacea may be due to DNA damage or repair in response to a photosensitized reaction, involving an endogeneous photosensitizer.  相似文献

The synthesis, electrochemistry, spectroscopy, and structural characterization of two high-valent phenyl sigma-bonded cobalt corroles containing a central cobalt ion in formal +IV and +V oxidation states is presented. The characterized compounds are represented as phenyl sigma-bonded cobalt corroles, (OEC)Co(C(6)H(5)) and [(OEC)Co(C(6)H(5))]ClO(4), where OEC is the trianion of 2,3,7,8,12,13,17,18-octaethylcorrole. The electronic distribution in both molecules is discussed in terms of their NMR and EPR spectroscopic data, magnetic susceptibility, and electrochemistry.  相似文献
