The 15-acetoxyazomethine derivative of atisine was prepared from atisine base. Its structure was confirmed by converting it to atisine 15-hydroxyazomethine and proved by an XSA. Atisine 15-acetoxyazomethine exhibited antiarrhythmic activity in rat cardiac arrhythmia models induced by CaCl2 and aconitine. Atisine 15-acetoxyazomethine, in contrast with atisine 15-hydroxyazomethine, exhibited local anesthetic activity.  相似文献

The interaction of representatives of three classes of phytohormones, abscisic acid (ABA), the synthetic auxin 1-NAA, and the synthetic cytokinin 6-BAP, with ABA-binding cotton protein was studied. Binding of ABA with its protein was shown to be specific and receptor-like. Competitive protein binding showed that 1-NAA (15±3%), 6-BAP (82±3%), and ABA (95±3%) replace3H-ABA from the protein complex. The composition of lipids from the aerial parts of two species of halophytes from the family Chenopodiaceae, Halostachys caspica C. A. Mey. and Halocharis hispida Bge. was determined. Neutral lipids (NL, 62.1 and 54.2%, respectively) dominated the total lipids (TL) of these plants. More than a third of the NL were esters of aliphatic alcohols and phytosterols (FAE). Fatty acids 16:0, 18:1, and 18:2 dominated the acids of FAE; 16:0, 18:1, and 18:3, the phospholipids. The principal fatty acids of glycolipids were unsaturated acids (68.3 and 75.1%) with linolenic acid dominating (44.9 and 43.5%). It has been established by electrophoresis in PAAG that in all the organs and tissues of the cotton plantGossypium hirsutum L.3H-ABA binds with a protein having MM 19–20 kDa. Scatchardt analysis has shown that the binding is specific and receptor-like, with Kd=5×10−10M.
