All kinds of high-permeability GO are manufactured using AlN as the main inhibitor. From a purely metallurgical viewpoint, three types of inhibitor preparation for high-permeability GO have been shown. They include a complete solution without nitriding, a complete precipitation with nitriding and a partial precipitation with nitriding. In this study, another possibility, i.e., a complete solution method with nitriding, was investigated to avoid the extra high-temperature slab reheating and to examine the effect of nitriding on GO bearing Al. This method can also provide the sharp Goss texture, and nitriding is shown to be very useful for changing the inhibitor intensity, depending on the primary grain size.  相似文献

IR spectroscopic and volumetric study under reaction conditions of the mechanism of photocatalytic hydrogen production from gaseous methanol and water revealed that CO2 and H2 were produced by reaction between adsorbed CH3O(ad) and H2O. Another reaction path for H2 production, CH3 OH(ad) → H2 + HCHO, was suggested which is dominant in the absence of water.  相似文献

A porphyrin-DNA complex in which helical porphyrin assemblies were stacked as π-stacked aggregates on a DNA scaffold was found. The complex indicates the inversions of optical rotation by only the control of ionic equilibrium without any structural changes of DNA scaffold.  相似文献

Reactions of 4-ethoxycarbonylamino-1H-1,5-benzodiazepine-3-carbonitrile (2) with aliphatic primary amines gave 1-substituted 4-(2-aminoanilino)pyrimidin-2(1H)-one-5-carbonitriles 3. Analogous reactions of 2 with aromatic primary amines afforded 2-(2′-anilino-1′-cyanovinyl)benzimidazoles 5 and 6. Upon treatment with triethylamine, 3 underwent intramolecular cyclization to give 3-substituted 5-aminopyrimidino[4,5-b]-[1,5]benzodiazepin-2(3H,11H)-ones 8 . Heating of 3 with p-toluenesulfonic acid in ethanol gave 2-substituted pyrimidino[1,6-a]benzimidazol-1(2H)one-4-carbonitriles 9 . Reactions of 2 with hydrazines were also described. Mechanistic pathways are proposed to account for the products.  相似文献

La0.7Ce0.3MnO3 epitaxial films were successfully fabricated via a pulsed laser deposition method by controlling the experimental conditions. A series of experiments with varying the oxygen pressure and the substrate temperature demonstrated that the use of appropriate conditions is crucial for fabricating the epitaxial thin films. The existence of such suitable conditions was thermodynamically interpreted in terms of the stability of Mn2+ ion. Both XRD and EPMA measurements indicated that La0.7Ce0.3MnO3 thin films fabricated herein form single phases, although it was difficult to present the direct experimental evidence to prove that Ce ion can really exist within the perovskite structure. The resultant films with oxygen annealing showed a metal-insulator transition and ferromagnetic property with Curie temperature of 275 K.  相似文献

Conformations of two dodecameric porphyrin wheels adsorbed on a Cu(1 0 0) were probed by using scanning tunneling microscopy (STM). Whereas a wheel consisting of six meso-meso linked diporphyrins was detected as uniform ring structure, several different images with three discrete molecular heights were detected for a wheel consisting of six meso-meso, β-β,β-β triply-linked planar diporphyrins. These results indicate that the former has a conformation similar to that in a free space, while the latter has various conformations with respect to orientation of planar diporphyrin units toward the metal surface. Several discrete STM images of the latter have been interpreted in terms of possible eight conformations, which vary as to relative orientation of neighboring diporphyrin units.  相似文献

The symmetry of a molecule junction has been shown to play a significant role in determining the conductance of the molecule, but the details of how conductance changes with symmetry have heretofore been unknown. Herein, we investigate a naphthalenedithiol single-molecule system in which sulfur atoms from the molecule are anchored to two facing gold electrodes. In the studied system, the highest single-molecule conductance, for a molecule junction of 1,4-symmetry, is 110 times larger than the lowest single-molecule conductance, for a molecule junction of 2,7-symmetry. We demonstrate clearly that the measured dependence of molecule junction symmetry for single-molecule junctions agrees with theoretical predictions.  相似文献

The kinetic behaviour of sulphur segregation was studied during heat treatment of a molybdenum ribbon between 750°C and 1350°C by using an Auger electron spectroscopic technique. When the specimen is heated to high temperatures, the sulphur present as an impurity in the polycrystalline molybdenum diffuses on to the surface along grain boundaries. The intensity changes of Auger electron signals of sulphur and molybdenum showed that the rate of the diffusion remained constant until the surface was covered with a first sulphide layer in the temperature range studied. The activation energy in the initial stage of the diffusion was 26kcal/mol. High resolution Auger spectra of the sulphur were measured and explained from the density of states of MoS2.  相似文献

A time-resolved transient photocurrent in the nanosecond region when illuminating the MoSe2 — I? semiconductorliquid junction with a pulsed laser, consists of a rapid one which immediately follows the incident light pulse and of another one with a slower decay. From the dependence of the photocurrent on light intensity, bias voltage and the effective concentration of the electrolyte, the two observed components in the spectrum were explained to originate from charge-carrier generation in the solid and electron transfer across the electrode interface, respectively.  相似文献
