The K-shell X-ray fluorescence cross sections are determined experimentally for 10 elements such as Pb, Hg, Ir, W, Lu, Tm, Dy, Tb, Gd and Nd at excitation energy of 661.6 keV associated with γ-rays of 137Cs radioisotope. The technique employed involves the measurement of total intensity of fluorescent K X-rays that follow the photoeffect absorption of a known flux of γ-rays using a well type Nal(Tl) detector. The obtained results are compared with the available theoretical values and other measured values.  相似文献

In our continuous search for alpha-glucosidase inhibitors from plants, four new depsidones named brevipsidones A-D (1-4) were isolated from stem bark of Garcinia brevipedicellata together with known damnacanthal, scopoletin and a mixture of stigmasterol and beta-sitosterol. Structural elucidations were made by spectroscopic analyses including 2D-NMR data.  相似文献

Seven known secondary metabolites were isolated from the methanol extract of the branches of Piper umbellatum. The identification of these compounds was mainly achieved by 2D NMR spectroscopic techniques and FAB-MS. Among them, the known cepharadiones A and B can be considered aschemotaxonomic markers of the genus Piper.  相似文献

The four new acylated triterpene saponins 1 – 4 , isolated as two pairs of isomers and named libericosides A1/A2 and B1/B2, one pair of isomers 5 / 6 , the (Z)‐isomer libericoside C2 ( 5 ) being new, one new sucrose ester, atroximoside ( 7 ), and eight known compounds were isolated from the roots of Atroxima liberica by repeated MPLC and VLC on normal and reversed‐phase silica gel. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR studies (1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, DEPT, COSY, TOCSY, NOESY, HSQC, and HMBC) and mass spectrometry as 3‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranosylpresenegenin 28‐{Oα‐L ‐arabinopyranosyl‐(1→3)‐Oβ‐D ‐xylopyranosyl‐(1→4)‐Oα‐L ‐rhamnopyranosyl‐(1→2)‐4‐O‐[(E)‐3,4‐dimethoxycinnamoyl]‐β‐D ‐fucopyranosyl} ester ( 1 ) and its (Z)‐isomer 2 , 3‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranosylpresenegenin 28‐{Oα‐L ‐arabinopyranosyl‐(1→4)‐Oβ‐D ‐xylopyranosyl‐(1→4)‐Oα‐L ‐rhamnopyranosyl‐(1→2)‐O‐[O‐β‐D ‐xylopyranosyl‐(1→3)‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→3)]‐4‐O‐[(E)‐3,4‐dimethoxycinnamoyl]‐β‐D ‐fucopyranosyl} ester ( 3 ) and its (Z)‐isomer 4 , 3‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranosylpresenegenin 28‐{Oβ‐D ‐xylopyranosyl‐(1→4)‐Oα‐L ‐rhamnopyranosyl‐(1→2)‐O‐[6‐O‐acetyl‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→3)]‐4‐O‐[(Z)‐3,4‐dimethoxycinnamoyl]‐β‐D ‐fucopyranosyl} ester ( 5 ), and 3‐O‐[(Z)‐feruloyl]‐β‐D ‐fructofuranosyl α‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 7 ). Compounds 1 – 6 and the known saponins 8 / 9 were evaluated against the human colon cancer cells HCT 116 and HT‐29 and showed moderate to weak cytotoxicity.  相似文献

Fractionation of stem barks of Terminalia superba yielded two new ellagic acid derivatives, 3,4'-di-O-methylellagic acid 3'-O-beta-D-xylopyranoside (1) and 4'-O-galloy-3,3'-di-O-methylellagic acid 4-O-beta-D-xylopyranoside (2) together with known 3,3'-di-O-methylellagic acid, ellagic acid and 3,3'-di-O-methylellagic acid 4'-O-beta-D-xylopyranoside. Compounds (1) and (2) showed significant alpha-glucosidase inhibition activity and possessed significant immunoinhibitory activities with no cytotoxic effects.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the roots of Albizia chevalieri led to the isolation of two new 5‐deoxyflavan‐3,4‐diol glucosides from roots of A. chevalieri, Chevalieriflavanosides A and B. Their structures were established by 2D NMR techniques, UV, IR, CD, and mass spectrometry. Cytotoxicity of the two compounds was evaluated against acute promyelocytic leukemia HL60 cells. The antibacterial activities of 1 and 2 also were evaluated against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus using the agar diffusion test. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In vitro produced bovine embryos were frozen by pellet freezing or vitrification method. In the pellet freezing method, the embryos were cooled on the dry ice and then frozen as pellets. At warming, the pellets were immersed directly into 0.5 M sucrose. The survival rates of blastocysts frozen by the pellet freezing method were higher (P<0.01) in 40% ethylene glycol (EG) than those in the lower concentrations (20 and 30% EG). Higher survival rates of blastocysts frozen by the pellet freezing method were obtained but the development rates did not differ, as compared with those by the vitrification method. There were no significant differences between the pellet freezing and vitrification method in the frequencies of post-thaw survival of hatched blastocysts. These results demonstrate that the pellet freezing method using dry ice can be used successfully for the cryopreservation of blastocysts.  相似文献

Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR experiments (1H, 13C, DEPT, COSY, TOCSY, NOESY, HSQC, and HMBC) and mass spectrometry as 3‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranosylmedicagenic acid 28‐[Oβ‐D ‐galactopyranosyl‐(1→4)‐Oβ‐D ‐xylopyranosyl‐(1→4)‐Oα‐L ‐rhamnopyranosyl‐(1→2)‐β‐D ‐fucopyranosyl] ester ( 1 ), 3‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranosylmedicagenic acid 28‐[O‐6‐O‐acetyl‐β‐D ‐galactopyranosyl‐(1→4)‐Oβ‐D ‐xylopyranosyl‐(1→4)‐Oα‐L ‐rhamnopyranosyl‐(1→2)‐β‐D ‐fucopyranosyl] ester ( 2 ), and 3‐O‐{Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→3)‐O‐[β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→6)]‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl}medicagenic acid 28‐{Oβ‐D ‐apiofuranosyl‐(1→3)‐Oβ‐D ‐xylopyranosyl‐(1→4)‐O‐[β‐D ‐apiofuranosyl‐(1→3)]‐Oα‐L ‐rhamnopyranosyl‐(1→2)‐β‐D ‐fucopyranosyl} ester ( 3 ). Compounds 1 – 3 were evaluated against HCT 116 and HT‐29 human colon cancer cells, but they did not show any cytotoxicity.  相似文献

Three new sesquiterpene lactones, (4betaH)-5alpha-hydroxy-8alpha-(2-methylbut-2-enoyloxy)-2-oxo-1(10),11(13)-guaiadien-12,6alpha-olide (1), (4betaH)-8alpha-(2-methylbut-2-enoyloxy)-2-oxo-1(5),10(14),11(13)-guaiatrien-12,6alpha-olide (2) and 2,5-epoxy-2beta-hydroxy-4alpha-methoxy-8alpha-(2-methylbut-2-enoyloxy)-4(15),10(14),11(13)-germacratrien-12,6alpha-olide (3), have been isolated from roots and stems of Elephantopus mollis together with two known sesquiterpene lactones (4, 5). The identification of the isolates was accomplished by spectroscopic methods. Compounds (1-5) exhibited significant cytotoxic activities against mouse neuroblastoma B104 cells.  相似文献
