Summary The formation constants of 1-phenyl-3-thiazole-2-ylthiourea complexes with some bivalent metal ions (CuII, NiII, ZnII and MnII) have been determined in 75% EtOH–H2O. Complexes of CuII, NiII, ZnII, HgII and PdII have been isolated and characterized by conductance, i.r., electronic spectra and magnetic measurements. The ligand forms ML complexes with CuII and HgII and ML2 with NiII, ZnII and PdII, where L is the uninegatively charged bidentate ligand and binds through the ring nitrogen and thiocarbonyl sulphur atoms. 相似文献

A hydralazine ion-selective PVC membrane electrode based on hydralazinium tetraphenylborate has been prepared with dioctyl phthalate as plasticizer. The electrode showed linear response with a slope factor of 57.5 mV/concentration decade at 20 degrees over the concentration range from 4 x 10(-4) to 10(-1)M hydralazine. The effects, on the electrode performance, of membrane composition, pH of the test solution and the time of soaking were studied. The electrode exhibited good selectivity for hydralazine with respect to a large number of inorganic cations and organic substances of biological importance. The standard-addition method and potentiometric titrations were used to determine hydralazine concentrations in pure solutions and in a pharmaceutical preparation, with satisfactory results. 相似文献

Summary The formation and equilibria of the binary and ternary palladium(II) complexes of diethylenetriamine (dien) with other selected amines have been investigated. The results of pH titration measurements allowed the calculation of equilibrium constants, characteristic for the binary and ternary complexes formed. The ionization of six compounds of bis-phenolic amides was studied spectrophotochemically in DMF-water mixture. The compounds showed two pKa values in the range of 5.97-7.32 for pKa1 and 7.61-8.44 for pKa2. The obtained values of Ka were normalized using the distribution diagrams of the different species and found to be in the range of 5.81-7.42 for pKa1 and 7.48-8.27 for pKa2. 相似文献

Ion-association complexes of antazoline HCl [I], hydralazine HCl [II], amiloride HCl [III] and quinine sulphate [IV] with [Co(SCN)4]2– and [Co(NO2)6]3– were precipitated and the excess unreacted cobalt complex was determined. A new method using atomic emission and atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of the above drugs in pure solutions and pharmaceutical preparations is given. The drugs can be determined in the ranges 0.3–3.0, 0.19–1.96, 0.3–3.0, and 0.78–7.82 mg/25 ml solutions of I, II, III, and IV, respectively, with mean relative standard deviations of 0.65–2.03 % and recovery values of 95.76–101.2% indicating high precision and accuracy. 相似文献
