A versatile class of 2-aminopyrroles containing various electron-withdrawing substituents at the 3-position have been N-arylated on the amine using a palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction. Using this methodology, a pyrimidone-based tricyclic system has been prepared in just one step from a starting 2-aminopyrrole.

A series of 4,9‐dihydropyrrolo[2,1‐b]quinazolines containing electron withdrawing groups at the 3‐position have been prepared by the palladium‐catalyzed intramolecular N‐arylation of some 2‐aminopyrroles having a 2‐bromobenzyl group at the N‐1 position. Important for success of the reaction is the use of X‐phos, a biphenyl mono‐phosphine ligand, instead of xantphos, a more standard diphosphine ligand, and the use of t‐BuOH as reaction solvent. J. Borondipyrromethenes(BODIPY) are a class of fluorescent dyes whose fluorescence quantum yields are generally high and independent of the solvent. In this paper,we report the synthesis of a new type of BODIPY compound that carries an azido group on the 3-position of the pyrrole core. The azido group quenches the fluorescence of the dye due to its weak electron-donating effect. The fluorescence of the BODIPY dye can be switched on after reacting with alkynes via a Cu(Ⅰ) catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition(CuAAC) reaction. We further demonstrate that this azido-BODIPY compound can be used in the cell imaging applications. 相似文献

Polymer-virus core-shell structures prepared via co-assembly and template synthesis methods 下载免费PDF全文
Bionanoparticles(BNPs),consisting of virus and virus-like assemblies, have attracted much attention in the biomedical field for their applications such as imaging and targeted drug delivery, owing to their well-defined structures and well-controlled chemistries.BNPs-based core-shell structures provide a unique system for the investigation of biological interactions such as protein-protein and protein-carbohydrate interactions. However,it is still a challenge to prepare the BNPs-based core-shell structures.Here... 相似文献
