A highly selective, sensitive and accurate HPLC method has been developed and validated for the estimation of four proton‐pump inhibitors (PPI), lansoprazole (LPZ), omeprazole (OPZ), pantoprazole (PPZ) and rabeprazole (RPZ), with 500 µL human plasma using zonisamide as an internal standard (IS). The sample preparation involved simple liquid–liquid extraction of LPZ, OPZ, PPZ and RPZ and IS from human plasma with ethyl acetate. The baseline separation of all the peaks was achieved with 0.1% triethylamine (pH 6.0):acetonitrile (72:28, v/v) at a flow rate of 1 mL/min on a Zorbax C8 column. The total chromatographic run time was 11.0 min and the simultaneous elution of IS, OPZ, RPZ, PPZ and LPZ occurred at approximately 2.42, 4.45, 5.02 and 9.37 min, respectively. The method was proved to be accurate and precise at linearity range of 20.61–1999.79 ng/mL with a correlation coefficient (r) of ≥0.999. The limit of quantitation for each of the PPI studied was 20.61 ng/mL. The intra‐ and inter‐day precision and accuracy values were found to be within the assay variability limits as per the FDA guidelines. The convective heat transfer of hybrid nanoliquids within a concentric annulus has wide engineering applications such as chemical industries, solar collectors, gas turbines, heat exchangers, nuclear reactors, and electronic component cooling due to their high heat transport rate. Hence, in this study, the characteristics of the heat transport mechanism in an annulus filled with the Ag-MgO/H_2O hybrid nanoliquid under the influence of quadratic thermal radiation and quadratic convection are analyzed. The nonuniform heat source/sink and induced magnetic field mechanisms are used to govern the basic equations concerning the transport of the composite nanoliquid. The dependency of the Nusselt number on the effective parameters(thermal radiation, nonlinear convection,and temperature-dependent heat source/sink parameter) is examined through sensitivity analyses based on the response surface methodology(RSM) and the face-centered central composite design(CCD). The heat transport of the composite nanoliquid for the spacerelated heat source/sink is observed to be higher than that for the temperature-related heat source/sink. The mechanisms of quadratic convection and quadratic thermal radiation are favorable for the momentum of the nanoliquid. The heat transport rate is more sensitive towards quadratic thermal radiation.  相似文献

The dicarboximide fungicide procymidone was studied systematically by using direct current polarography, cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse polarography (DPP), controlled potential electrolysis, and millicoulometry in the universal buffer medium with dimethylformamide as the solvent. Procymidone exhibited a single well-defined polarographic wave in the pH range 2.0-6.0, leading to the formation of the hydroxy compound. The overall reduction process was diffusion-controlled and adsorption-free. The variation of half-wave potential with pH, the concentration of the analyte, and other experimental conditions are described. The reduction mechanism proposed is an overall 4-electron process, in which the dicarboximide group is reduced. DPP was used to determine procymidone in agricultural formulations and wine at the optimum conditions found; a detection limit of 2.4 x 10(-9) M was estimated. The results obtained by the proposed method were also compared with those obtained by other methods.  相似文献

A novel series of (4‐fluorophenyl)(4‐(naphthalen‐2‐yl)‐6‐aryl‐2‐thioxo‐2,3‐dihydropyrimidin‐1(6H)‐yl)methanone derivatives were synthesized from reaction of 6‐(naphthalen‐2‐yl)‐4‐aryl‐3,4‐dihydropyrimidine‐2(1H)‐thiones with 4‐fluorobenzoylchloride in dichloromethane in the presence of triethylamine. The synthesized compounds were screened for antibacterial activity against Gram positive bacteria, namely, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC25923 and Listeria monocytogenes MTCC657, and Gram negative bacteria, namely, Escherichia coli ATCC25922 and Klebsiella pneumoniae ATCC700603, respectively. Some of the tested compounds showed significant antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

The study was undertaken to investigate the antioxidant, genotoxic, and cytotoxic potentialities of phyto-fabricated zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO-NPs) from Ipomoea obscura (L.) Ker Gawl. aqueous leaf extract. The UV-visible spectral analysis of the ZnO-NPs showed an absorption peak at 304 nm with a bandgap energy of 3.54 eV, which are characteristics of zinc nanoparticles. Moreover, the particles were of nano-size (~24.26 nm) with 88.11% purity and were agglomerated as observed through Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The phyto-fabricated ZnO-NPs offered radical scavenging activity (RSA) in a dose-dependent manner with an IC50 of 0.45 mg mL−1. In addition, the genotoxicity studies of ZnO-NPs carried out on onion root tips revealed that the particles were able to significantly inhibit the cell division at the mitotic stage with a mitotic index of 39.49%. Further, the cytotoxic studies on HT-29 cells showed that the phyto-fabricated ZnO-NPs could arrest the cell division as early as in the G0/G1 phase (with 92.14%) with 73.14% cells showing early apoptotic symptoms after 24 h of incubation. The results of the study affirm the ability of phyto-fabricated ZnO-NPs from aqueous leaf extract of I. obscura is beneficial in the cytotoxic application.  相似文献
