CoFe2O4@SiO2‐CPTES‐Guanidine‐Cu(II) magnetic nanoparticles were synthesized and used as a new, inexpensive and efficient heterogeneous catalyst for the synthesis of polyhydroquinolines and 2,3‐dihydroquinazoline‐4(1H)‐ones and for the oxidation of sulfides. The structure of this nanocatalyst was characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, vibrating sample magnetometry, thermogravimetric analysis, X‐ray diffraction and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry. Simple preparation, high catalytic activity, simple operation, high yields, use of green solvents, easy magnetic separation and reusability of the catalyst are some of the advantages of this protocol.  相似文献

In this study, a novel Cu-immobilized ionic liquid (IL)was designed, characterized, and employed as both promoter and solvent in the synthesis of some dihydropyrano[2,3-c]pyrazoles. The synthesized ionic liquid was characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FTIR, ICP and EDX analysis and showed high catalytic activity to proceed the synthesis of bioactive dihydropyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole derivatives. This method has the advantage of using the IL as a green medium for the synthesize of the products in high to excellent yields within short reaction times.  相似文献

Infrared systems are widely used for target detection, designation and tracking. For example, an Infrared Search and Track (IRST) system, as a typical airborne or shipboard detecting device, is widely equipped for the remote target detection and tracking. In recent years, the problem of target motion analysis (TMA) and tracking has been studied increasingly extensively. In an airborne infrared system, the problem becomes more difficult due to absence of range information. In this paper, the infrared model and motion model of typical aerial targets are described. An airborne dual-waveband IRST system, which is quite familiar nowadays, is choosed for implementation of target motion analysis. Based on the above, a novel and more practical algorithm of target tracking via bearings-only measurements is formed and the major parameters are defined according to a typical airborne dual-waveband IRST system. Finally, data simulation is implemented, and the results demonstrate the new algorithm has a better performance than before for bearings-only target tracking.  相似文献

A composite consisting of carbon nanotubes (CNT) and copper nanoparticles (CuNPs) was prepared by a chemical reduction method, and its structure characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy energy dispersive spectroscopy and FT-IR spectrometry. The hybrid composite was deposited on the surface of a disposable gold electrode that was manufactured from a commercial digital versatile gold disc by a drop casting method. The electrochemical properties of the modified electrode were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. The sensor showed an excellent electrocatalytic activity towards oxidation of paracetamol (PA). The calibration plot (with current typically measured at 0.41 V vs. Ag/AgCl) is linear in the 0.5 to 80 μM concentration range, and the detection limit is as low as 10 nM. The sensor was successfully applied to the determination of PA in spiked water and tablet samples where it gave recoveries ranging between 95.25 and 100.5 %.

Discontinuous molecular dynamics simulations, together with the protein intermediate resolution model, an intermediate-resolution model of proteins, are used to carry out several microsecond-long simulations and study folding transition and stability of alpha-de novo-designed proteins in slit nanopores. Both attractive and repulsive interaction potentials between the proteins and the pore walls are considered. Near the folding temperature T(f) and in the presence of the attractive potential, the proteins undergo a repeating sequence of folding/partially folding/unfolding transitions, with T(f) decreasing with decreasing pore sizes. The unfolded states may even be completely adsorbed on the pore's walls with a negative potential energy. In such pores the energetic effects dominate the entropic effects. As a result, the unfolded state is stabilized, with a folding temperature T(f) which is lower than its value in the bulk and that, compared with the bulk, the folding rate decreases. The opposite is true in the presence of a repulsive interaction potential between the proteins and the walls. Moreover, for short proteins in very tight pores with attractive walls, there exists an unfolded state with only one alpha-helical hydrogen bond and an energy nearly equal to that of the folded state. The proteins have, however, high entropies, implying that they cannot fold onto their native structure, whereas in the presence of repulsive walls the proteins do attain their native structure. There is a pronounced asymmetry between the two termini of the protein with respect to their interaction with the pore walls. The effect of a variety of factors, including the pore size and the proteins' length, as well as the temperature, is studied in detail.  相似文献
