The alkyne, aldehyde, amine A(3)-coupling reaction, a traditional multicomponent reaction (MCR), has been investigated as a two-step flow process. The implicated aminoalkylation reaction of phenylacetylene with appropriate aldimine intermediates was catalyzed by gold nanoparticles impregnated on alumina. The aldimine formation was catalyzed by Montmorillonite K10 beforehand. The performance of the process has been investigated with respect to different reaction regimes. Usually, the A(3)-multicomponent reaction is performed as a "one-pot" process. Diversity-oriented syntheses using MCRs often have the shortcoming that only low selectivity and low yields are achieved. We have used a flow-chemistry approach to perform the A(3)-MCR in a sequential manner. In this way, the reaction performance was significantly enhanced in terms of shortened reaction time, and the desired propargylamines were obtained in high yields.  相似文献

Flow instabilities such as Rotating Stall and Surge limit the operating range of centrifugal compressors at low mass-flow rates. Employing compressible Large Eddy Simulations (LES), their generation mechanisms are exposed. Toward low mass-flow rate operating conditions, flow reversal over the blade tips (generated by the back pressure) causes an inflection point of the inlet flow profile. There, a shear-layer induces vortical structures circulating at the compressor inlet. Traces of these flow structures are observed until far downstream in the radial diffuser. The tip leakage flow exhibits angular momentum imparted by the impeller, which deteriorates the incidence angles at the blade tips through an over imposed swirling component to the incoming flow. We show that the impeller is incapable to maintain constant efficiency at surge operating conditions due to the extreme alteration of the incidence angle. This induces unsteady flow momentum transfer downstream, which is reflected as compression wave at the compressor outlet traveling toward the impeller. There, the pressure oscillations govern the tip leakage flow and hence, the incidence angles at the impeller. When these individual self-exited processes occurs in-phase, a surge limit-cycle establishes.  相似文献

An investigation of the solid-state X-ray structure of the new organic–inorganic compound [C5H14N2]2PbCl6·3H2O shows a layered organization of the (PbCl6)4– anions, with (R2NH2)+ groups and water molecules developed in the [001 A. Hu, H.L. Ngo, W. Lin. J. Am. Chem. Soc., 125, 11490 (2003).[Crossref], [PubMed], [Web of Science ®] [Google Scholar]] plane at x = (2n?+?1)/4. The crystal structure is stabilized by N???H···Cl, N???H···O, O???H···Cl, O???H···O, and C???H···Cl hydrogen bonds. The powder X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic (XPS) analyses confirm the phase purity of the crystal sample. The intermolecular contacts are quantified using the Hirshfeld surfaces computational method. The major inter-contacts contributing to the Hirshfeld surfaces are H…Cl, H…H, and O…H. The vibrational modes were identified and assigned by IR and Raman spectroscopies. The optical properties were investigated by UV–visible and photoluminescence spectroscopic studies. The compound was characterized by thermal analysis to determine its thermal behavior with respect to the temperature. Finally, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis is reported for analyzing the surface chemistry of [C5H14N2]2PbCl6·3H2O.  相似文献

This Note introduces an application of the meshless method to the case of machining simulation in small deformations, which is still subjected to numerical limitations. The treatment of the contact problem at the tool/chip interface is presented, and highlights the interest of the coupling of the contact law with friction. Elastography is an imaging technique based on strain estimation in soft tissues under quasi-static compression. The stress is usually created by a compression plate, and the target is imaged by an ultrasonic linear array. This configuration is used for breast elastography, and has been investigated both theoretically and experimentally. Phenomena such as strain decay with tissue depth and strain concentrations have been reported. However in some in vivo situations, like prostate or blood vessels imaging, this set-up cannot be used. We propose a device to acquire in vivo elastograms of the prostate. The compression is applied by inflating a balloon that covers a transrectal sector probe. The 1D algorithm used to calculate the radial strain fails if the center of the imaging probe does not correspond to the center of the compressor. Therefore, experimental elastograms are calculated with a 2D algorithm that accounts for tangential displacements of the tissue. In this article, in order to gain a better understanding of the image formation process, the use of ultrasonic sector scans to image the radial compression of a target is investigated. Elastograms of homogeneous phantoms are presented, and compared with simulated images. Both show a strain decay with tissue depth. Then experimental and simulated elastograms of a phantom that contains a hard inclusion are presented, showing that strain concentrations occur as well. A method to compensate for strain decay and therefore to increase the contrast of the strain elastograms is proposed. It is expected that such information will help to interpret and possibly improve the elastograms obtained via radial compression.  相似文献

The purpose of this work is the numerical resolution, in the case of anisotropic elasticity, of the problem of a misfit dislocation located between an infinite substrate and two-layer composite. This case is obtained where the period of a network of misfit dislocations is taken as much greater than the thickness of the two foils. As a result, in the vicinity of the dislocation, the limiting boundary conditions will be close to those of Volterra translation dislocation. The elastic fields of displacement and stress are calculated for various orientations of the burger's vector, by inversion of a 30 x 30 computed matrix. Before this calculation, we tested the precision of the results of the program by comparing the interfacial relative displacement obtained from it with the results of the analytical expression describing this same displacement. The composite NiSi2/Si/(001)GaAs the subject of several investigations, is treated as an example.  相似文献
