Europium (Eu+) ions were confined in a Paul trap and detected by non-destructive method. Storage time of Eu+ ions achieved in vacuum was improved by orders of magnitude employing buffer gas cooling. The experimentally detected signal was fitted to the ion response signal and the total number of ions trapped was estimated. It is found that the peak signal amplitude as well as the product of FWHM and the peak signal amplitude is proportional to the total number of trapped ions. The trapped ion secular frequency was swept at different rates and its effect on the absorption line profile was studied both experimentally and theoretically.  相似文献

Organosulfonyloxy derivatives of 1,2-benziodoxol-3(1H)-one (3a-c) and 3,3-bis(trifluoromethyl)-3(1H)-1,2-benziodoxole (5a-c) can be prepared in high yield by the reaction of 1-hydroxybenziodoxoles 1 or 4 and the corresponding sulfonic acids or Me(3)SiOTf in the form of stable, but moderately hygroscopic, microcrystalline solids. Reaction of the triflate derivatives 3a and 5a with alkynyltrimethylsilanes affords either alkynyliodonium triflates 6, or (E)-beta-(trifluoromethanesulfonyloxy)alkenyliodonium triflates 7, while the same reaction in the presence of pyridine selectively gives the respective 1-alkynylbenziodoxoles 8 and 9 in 82-90% yield.  相似文献

Selective oxidative cleavage-cyclization of adamantane through the bridge carbon was developed in trifluoroperacetic acid (TFPAA). The methyl group in the bridge position was found to be the substituent that directs consecutive oxygen insertion into the cage structure during the course of a Criegee rearrangement. The formation of stable 5-methyl-4,6-dioxabishomoadamant-5-yl cation at -25 degrees C was observed. Stable carboxonium ion formation allows control of the selectivity of further transformations. Hydrolysis leads to the stereospecific formation of endo,endo-3-hydroxy-7-acetoxybicyclo[3.3. 1]nonane. Its single-crystal X-ray structure was obtained. An increase in temperature results in deprotonation of the 5-methyl-4, 6-dioxabishomoadamant-5-yl cation to endo-3-trifluoroacetoxybicyclo[3.3.1]non-6-ene, which undergoes further epoxidation with TFPAA and acidic transannular cyclization in trifluoroacetic acid (TFAA). The described reactions can be used as a convenient method for the synthesis of bicyclo[3.3.1]nonane and oxaadamantane derivatives. The proposed mechanism for each transformation, as well as supporting ab initio theoretical calculations of the strain energy and the stabilization energy of the relevant oxacage structures, are discussed.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The concecutive Criegee rearrangement reactions were studied for tert-butyl trifluoroacetate, triarylcarbinols, and benzophenone ketales with trifluoroperacetic acid (TFPAA) in trifluoroacetic acid (TFA). The formation of methyl acetate and methyl trifluoroacetate indicates that the consecutive double-O-insertion process has taken place for tert-butyl trifluoroacetate. The intermediate dimethoxymethylcarbonium ion was detected below 5 degrees C. A consecutive triple-O-insertion process has been observed for triarylmethanols and benzophenone ketals. A new high yield method of corresponding diaryl carbonates synthesis was developed.  相似文献

Azidoiodinanes 2,4,6 can be prepared from benziodoxols 1,3 and trimethylsilyl azide in the form of stable, crystalline compounds. These compounds are potentially useful reagents for electrophilic azidonation of organic substrates. For example, reaction of azide 6 with cyclohexene affords 2-azidocyclohexanone 7 in moderate yield.  相似文献
