The design of DNA-based logic circuits has become an active research field in DNA nanotechnology and holds great potential in intelligent bioanalysis. To date, although many DNA-based logic systems have been realized, the implementation of advanced logic functions is still challenging, especially with simple and homogeneous compositions. Herein, by integrating two DNA tetraplex structures (G-quadruplex and i-motif), a completely label-free logic platform with high scalability was established, with which a series of advanced functions were realized, including arithmetic (adders and subtractors) and nonarithmetic ones (majority and dual-transfer gates). Furthermore, the platform was also applied as an intelligent biosensor to coanalyze two cancer-related micro-RNAs with high sensitivities and specificities. Considering the excellent versatility, expandability, and biocompatibility, the platform may promote the development of DNA computing and hold great potential in multiparameter sensing and medical diagnosis. 相似文献

本文利用Lagnrange方程建立了卫星太阳电池翼伸展运动的数学模型.这是一个包含摩擦阻尼、结构阻尼和空气阻尼参数的非线性微分方程组.在用气垫消除了重力影响但存在空气阻尼的地面环境中,对实尺太阳电池翼模型进行了伸展运动的模拟试验并用频闪摄影技术记录了运动的时间历程.再利用最小p乘优化方法识别出该系统的各个阻尼参数.通过对系统运动方程进行数值积分求得的太阳电池翼的伸展运动历程与实测值相当吻合.取空气阻尼等于零,得出了太阳电池翼在无空气阻尼的太空中的伸展运动规律. 相似文献

Wine has become a commodity of significant commercial value, and the demand for high quality wine by consumers has been increasing. Suitable analytical techniques are needed for its quality control. Ultraviolet, Visible, Near-infrared and infrared spectroscopy is by far one of the most important techniques for determining the wine quality, including its components and characterization. This review will overview the available most recent applications of spectroscopic techniques in the past decade for wine quality prediction and discrimination both quantitatively and qualitatively. The fundamental principles of these techniques will be introduced briefly, and some innovative setups/instrumentations will also be illustrated. 评价了一种碳水化合物衍生的具有较大立体位阻及较三苯基膦更富电子的膦配体(甲基3-脱氧-3-二苯膦基-4,6-氧-苯次甲基-α-D-吡喃阿卓糖苷,3-MBPA)在Pd催化的Heck反应中的性能.发现在N,N-二甲基乙酰胺溶刺中K2CO3是该催化体系较适合的碱;在该配体的支持下催化剂中钯的用量可低至0.5 mo1%;可催化苯乙烯与带给电子基团的溴代芳烃及带吸电子基团的氯代芳烃发生反应,高产率地生成相应的偶联产物;反应区域选择性表明,Pd(OAc)2/3-MBPA体系在催化苯乙烯与卤代芳烃的Heck反心中并存阳离子催化途径,说明3-MBPA中的氧原了可能也参与配位;同时发现,加入助配体四丁基溴化胺(TBAB)后,可能是Br-参与配位有利于增加中性催化途径的机会而提高了反应区域选择性. 相似文献

利用物理掺杂的方法,制备了铜掺杂聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯(PMP)低密度泡沫材料,采用高分辨扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜,分析了泡沫材料的微观结构、成分及微区成分分布。结果表明:与PMP泡沫相比,铜掺杂PMP泡沫的孔洞直径和网络骨架尺寸变大;铜颗粒镶嵌在PMP泡沫的有机骨架上且有团聚现象;泡沫材料中除碳、铜外,还残留有杂质元素氧;铜颗粒被PMP泡沫包裹,与碳网络骨架之间接触紧密。 相似文献

The effects of an 11.5 T high magnetic field on the growth behavior of compounds layers during reactive diffusion in solid
Al/solid Mg diffusion couples have been investigated. After annealing with and without a magnetic field, the interfacial zone
was still composed of two layers of stable compounds β (Mg2Al3) and γ (Mg17Al12), but the thicknesses of the layers were increased by the magnetic field. Data analysis of the thicknesses of compound layers
showed that the growth of the γ layer was controlled by grain boundary diffusion as well as volume diffusion at B=0 T, but only controlled by volume diffusion when an 11.5 T high magnetic field was applied. The interdiffusion coefficients
for the samples annealed at 643–693 K were calculated from the parabolic relationship between the migration of the interface
and the annealing time. The results show that the diffusion constant increased due to the high magnetic field, increasing
the chemical potential gradient, and in turn it caused the interdiffusion coefficient to increase. 相似文献

A transmission line model for subwavelength metallic grating with single cut is presented. The model is based on analogy between the subwavelength metallic structure and the microwave transmission line theory. The analytical expression for the transmission is derived by the transfer matrix method. To confirm our model, the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method simulations are carried out. The influences of the position of the cuts on the higher modes of slit are presented. It is found that the transmission line model gives analytical prediction about the evolution of the transmission spectra. 相似文献
