The detection of Allura red (AR) by electrochemical reduction using a different electrode from the conventional mercury electrode is presented. A carbon paste with cobalt (II, III) oxide composite electrode (CoOx/CPE) is reported for the first time for the detection of AR. Moreover, others dyes such as tartrazine (TZ), sunset yellow (SY), amaranth (AM), Ponceaut 4‐R (P‐4R), and Sudan (SD) as well as pharmaceutical agents such as paracetamol (PMC) that are present in samples that contained AR did not show a reduced signal between 0.0 and ?0.3 V, which is the potential range where AR reduction was observed. The surface electroactivity was studied using cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The presence of CoOX increased the cathodic peak current for AR by more than 50 % and 65 % via CV and square wave voltammetry (SWV), respectively, compared with an unmodified carbon paste electrode. Under the optimal parameters, (pH=3.0, accumulation time (tACC)=60 s and accumulation potential (EACC)=0.50 V), the detection limit for AR was 0.05 μmol L?1. The new sensor was sensitive and stable for the detection of AR. Moreover, it was easily manufactured and very convenient for food samples such as soft and isotonic drinks as well as chili sauce.  相似文献

A simple synthesis of 3-iodothiophenes was demonstrated using a wide range of (Z)-thioenynes. The key step in the iodocyclofunctionalization was the selective reduction of the triple bond in (Z)-thioenynes by the addition of iodine as an electrophilic agent. The 3-iodothiophenes were obtained in good to excellent yields of 61–92%. The 3-iodothiophenes were used as substrates in Sonogashira cross-coupling reactions to obtain thiophene acetylenes.  相似文献

In this paper we establish, using variational methods, the existence and multiplicity of weak solutions for a general class of quasilinear problems involving \(p(\cdot )\)-Laplace type operators, with Dirichlet boundary conditions involving variable exponents without Ambrosetti and Rabinowitz (A-R) type growth conditions, namely

By different types of versions of the Mountain Pass Theorem with Cerami condition, as well as, the Fountain and Dual Theorem with Cerami condition, we obtain some existence of weak solutions for the above problem under some considerations. Moreover, we show that the problem treated has at least one nontrivial solution for any parameter \(\lambda >0\) small enough, and also that the solution blows up, in the Sobolev norm, as \(\lambda \rightarrow 0^{+}.\) Finally, by imposing additional hypotheses on the nonlinearity \(f(x,\cdot ),\) we get the existence of infinitely many weak solutions by using the Genus Theory introduced by Krasnoselskii.

A new sensor was developed using a screen-printed carbon electrode modified with single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) and Prussian blue (PB) coated with chitosan. The modified electrode allowed the oxidation and reduction of rutin at 0.25 and 0.096 V, respectively, with a ΔE of 0.154 V. Furthermore, the peak currents increase nearly 100% compared with the electrode without modification. The process was more reversible compared with the electrode modified with only SWCNTs or PB. Cyclic voltammetry was used to characterize the modified electrode surface. The quantification of rutin was more sensitive with adsorptive stripping voltammetry than with anodic stripping voltammetry. Adsorption potential, adsorption time and pH were optimized based on the oxidation of rutin: Eads =–0.10 V, tads = 60 s, pH 3.0. The detection limit (3σ/b) was 0.01 μM and the relative standard derivation was 3%. The new sensor was used in the quantification of rutin in black tea, coffee and synthetic drink of tea with satisfactory results.  相似文献

A stereoselective synthetic route to the bicyclic keto ester 14 from octalin 4 is described. Ketoester 14 is converted to its azide 27 in several steps. Photolysis of 27 produced the lactam 2 whose transformation to lactam 3 is reported.  相似文献
