Diastereoselective Synthesis of Cyclopentanoids: Applications to the Construction of the ABCD Tetracyclic Core of Retigeranic Acid A

A concise and efficient approach for the construction of the tetracyclic carbon skeleton of retigeranic acid A is described. The key transformations include a novel Rh‐catalyzed [3+2] cycloaddition of enyol to afford cyclopentanoid E , bearing two contiguous quaternary stereocenters at the bridgehead positions, and an intramolecular Pauson–Khand reaction to construct the advanced tetracyclic core structure of retigeranic acid A.     

新旧人教版化学必修教材插图的比较研究*

对人教版2019年版与2007年版高中化学必修教材的插图数量、插图类型和插图功能进行了比较研究,发现新版教材的插图在总数、平均每章数量和平均每页数量上均有提升;不同类型插图的绝对数量均有增加,以科技前沿和知识归纳型的增加为首;在插图的功能方面减少了装饰型插图,增加了组织型与解释型插图。最后根据前文的统计数据对比和相关分析,对我国新教材的编制提出了注意插图类型、数量以及功能的适配,注意发挥其美育与德育价值的建议。     

浅埋的圆柱形孔洞对SH波的散射与地震动

研究了浅埋的圆柱形孔洞对以任意方向入射的平面SH波的散射与地震动问题。利用复变函数和多极坐标方法构造了问题的位移解。当入射波的波长与圆孔的半径相比较小时,地震动将受到较大的影响。影响地震动有三个主要参数:(1)SH波的入射角0;(2)入射波波数,即圆柱形孔洞的半径与入射波半波长之比;(3)h/R,即圆柱形孔洞至表面的距离与圆孔半径之比。当较大时,地震动幅值变化激烈,位移幅值可出现跳动和放大的现象。当h/R增大至10～12时,位移幅值变化恢复至半空间的情况,表明圆柱形孔洞的影响可被忽略。     

Synthesis,crystal structure,DNA/bovine serum albumin binding and antitumor activity of two transition metal complexes with 4‐acylpyrazolone derivative

Two new complexes, namely [Cu₆L₆] ( 1 ) and [Zn(HL)₂] ( 2 ) (H₂L = N‐(1‐phenyl‐3‐methyl‐4‐propenylidene‐5‐pyrazolone)‐2‐furancarboxylic acid hydrazide), have been synthesized and characterized. Single crystal X‐ray analysis indicates that complex 1 has a hexanuclear structure and complex 2 exhibits a mononuclear structure. The DNA/bovine serum albumin (BSA) binding properties of complexes 1 and 2 were investigated by absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence quenching. Both complexes could effectively intercalate to DNA with calculated quenching constants of 2.6 × 10⁵ and 1.25 × 10⁵ M^?1, respectively. The quenching mechanism of the intrinsic fluorescence of BSA by the complexes was found to be a static one. The cytotoxicities of 1 and 2 were investigated in two human tumor cell lines, human esophageal cancer cells (Eca‐109) and cervical cancer cells (HeLa). Complex 1 exhibits higher antitumor activity than 2 . Furthermore, 1 can inhibit HeLa cells by inducing apoptosis and G0/G1 phase cell cycle arrest. All results demonstrate that 1 and 2 both have DNA/BSA binding capacity and antitumor activity.     

Potassium bromide catalyzed NS bond formation via oxidative dehydrogenation

N-Substituted benzo[d]isothiazol-3(2H)-ones are a family of compounds with extremely important application. Recently, we have developed a new green pathway to synthesize these compounds via potassium bromide-catalyzed intramolecular oxidative dehydrogenative cyclization. This reaction has high functional group tolerance and affords excellent yield even in gram scale.

C?H Functionalization/Asymmetric Michael Addition Cascade Enabled by Relay Catalysis: Metal Carbenoid Used for C?C Bond Formation

A combination of either ruthenium(II) or rhodium(II) complexes and quinine‐derived squaramide enables 3‐diazooxindoles, indoles, and nitroalkenes to undergo highly efficient asymmetric three‐component reactions, thus affording optically active 3,3′‐bis(indole)s through a consecutive C C bond‐forming sequence, which turned out to be applicable to the facile total synthesis of (−)‐folicanthine.
