The palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of vinyl heteroaromatic compounds with aryl bromides and heteroaryl bromides is described using air and moisture stable N,N′,N″,O-tetrafunctional Pd catalyst under phosphine-free conditions. As a result a variety of trans-1,2-disubstituted vinyl heterocycles were obtained in high to good yields. 相似文献
The phase diagram of binary LiBr–CaBr2 system was investigated using differential thermal analysis (DTA) between room temperature and 800 °C. From the DTA results obtained over the entire range of composition from pure LiBr to pure CaBr2 in steps of ~5 mol%, the phase diagram was constructed and is reported here. The results indicated the possible existence of a compound at 50 mol% LiBr, namely, LiCaBr3. The compound undergoes peritectic decomposition at 552 °C. The system shows a eutectic reaction at 532 °C between this compound and LiBr phase, and the eutectic composition is close to 80 mol% LiBr. The compound LiCaBr3 decomposes into CaBr2 and LiBr phases below 272 °C. Co-existing phases in different phase fields are characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. 相似文献

Brinzolamide (BZA) is a topical ophthalmic drug which is generally used to lower the intraocular pressure during glaucoma. It was subjected to forced degradation studies under hydrolytic (acidic, basic), oxidative, photolytic and thermal stress conditions; the drug degraded significantly in hydrolytic and oxidative conditions, leading to the formation of seven degradation products in total. It was stable on exposure to light and dry heat in the solid state. An ultra-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) method was developed on a Waters CSH phenyl hexyl column (100 × 2.1 mm, 1.7 µm), using gradient elution of 0.1 % formic acid and methanol as mobile phase. The method was extended to quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (Q-TOF–MS) for the structural characterisation. All degradation products were comprehensively characterised by UHPLC–ESI/MS/MS experiments. The most probable mechanisms for the formation of degradation products were also proposed. In silico toxicity of the drug and its degradation products was determined using TOPKAT toxicity prediction software.

A polycrystalline, double-layered, colossal magnetoresistive manganite La1.2Sr1.8Mn2O7 is synthesized by sol-gel process and its magnetic and ultrasonic properties were investigated in the temperature range 80–300 K. The sample has Curie temperature at 124 K, where the sample exhibits a transition from paramagnetic insulator to ferromagnetic metallic state. The longitudinal sound velocity measurements show a significant hardening of sound velocity below TC, which may be attributed to the coupling between ferromagnetic spins and longitudinal acoustic phonons. The magnetization and ultrasonic studies reveal the presence of secondary transition at ≈ 260 K in this sample. The present sound velocity measurement results confirm the reliability of ultrasonic investigations as an independent tool to probe magnetic transitions in manganites. 相似文献
The Pr3+, Sm3+, and Gd3+ triple-doped ceria Ce0.76Pr0.08Sm0.08Gd0.08O2-δ material as solid electrolyte for IT-SOFC has been successfully synthesized by sol–gel auto-combustion route. The effect of microwave sintering (1300 °C for 15, 30, and 60 min, named as PSG-MS15, PSG-MS30, and PSG-MS60, respectively) on structural, electrical, and thermal properties of prepared electrolyte material has been studied. Powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive spectroscopy, and Raman analysis revealed the single phase, microstructure, elemental confirmation, and structural oxygen vacancy formation of all the samples. Impedance spectroscopy analysis revealed the highest total ionic conductivity, i.e., 3.47 × 10?2 S cm?1 at 600 °C with minimum activation energy of 0.69 eV, in PSG-MS30 sample when compared to PSG-MS15 and PSG-MS60. The thermal expansion measurements have been carried out for PSG-MS30 specimen. The highest total ionic conductivity with minimum activation energy and moderate thermal expansion coefficient of PSG-MS30 sample makes the possibility of its use as solid electrolyte in IT-SOFC applications. 相似文献
