We have investigated the effects of temperature (during film growth and post-deposition thermal annealing) and H2-plasma treatment on the electronic and structural properties of p-type microcrystalline silicon films (p-μc-Si:H) for solar cell applications. The highest dark conductivity is obtained in the thermally annealed p-μc-Si:H prepared at low substrate temperature of 50 °C. This dark conductivity is decreased by two orders of magnitude when the film is exposed to H2-plasma, being completely restored after thermal annealing. Namely, reversible dual-conductivity cycle is observed between thermally annealed state and H2-plasma-treated state in p-μc-Si:H. The dual-conductivity cycle is accompanied with the reversible change in the infrared-absorption spectrum at around 1845 cm? 1 assigned as SiHB complex in p-μc-Si:H network structure. Taking into account of the reversible structural change by H2-plasma-exposure and thermal-annealing cycles, necessary process-procedure condition has been proposed for obtaining high photovoltaic performance in thin-film-Si solar cells with high quality p-μc-Si:H.  相似文献

A simple flow injection colourimetric procedure for determining andrographolide was proposed. It is based on the reaction between andrographolide with 3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid, resulting in an intense purplish red complex with a suitable absorption at 536 nm. A standard or sample solution was injected into the 3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid stream (flow rate of 1.0 ml min−1) which was then merged with potassium hydroxide stream with the same flow rate. Optimum conditions for determining andrographolide were investigated by univariate method. Under the optimum conditions, a linear calibration graph was obtained over the range 5.0-150.0 μg ml−1 and the detection limit was 1.50 μg ml−1 (3σ). The relatives standard deviation of the proposed method calculated from 10 replicate injections of 10.0 and 80.0 μg ml−1 andrographolide were 0.66% and 1.64%, respectively. The sample throughput was 50 h−1. The proposed method has been satisfactorily applied to the determination of andrographolide in herb plant samples.  相似文献

1,6‐bis‐(N‐phenothiazinyl)‐2,4‐hexadiyne (I) was synthesized in high yield by oxidative coupling of N‐propargyl phenothiazine. Grown from methylene chloride‐hexane solution, I is a monoclinic crystal, space group C2/c a=14.9500(18) Å; b=13.5512(15) Å; c=12.0116(10) Å; β=102.628(9)° Å; V=2374.6(4) Å3. The intermolecular distances and arrangement of I in the unit cell preclude the usual diacetylene reactivity. Nevertheless, heating of I at 145°C results in decomposition of I to phenothiazine and a dark brown solid. In addition, cation‐radicals of I were prepared by oxidation with nitrosonium tetrafluoroborate and iodine to give stable ion‐radical salts.  相似文献

A novel type of substrate named “Ag–SP substrate”, in which silver nanoparticles are incorporated, is introduced and utilized as a back reflector for hydrogenated microcrystalline-silicon solar cell in a substrate-type (n-i-p) configuration. Optical and morphological analyses of Ag–SP substrates fabricated with various sizes of silver nanoparticles are systematically performed. It is shown that silver nanoparticles in Ag–SP substrate structure can lead to significant scattering of light when their diameter increases up to 300 nm. Furthermore, the photocurrent of the solar cell fabricated on an Ag–SP substrate with RMS roughness as small as 16.5 nm and a proper lateral diameter (approximately 300 nm) of silver nanoparticles is improved as compared to that of the solar cell prepared on reference textured substrate with RMS roughness of 25.3 nm, owing to strong scattering of light by silver nanoparticles in the red-infrared region.  相似文献

Alpha hydroxy acids, malic acid, citric acid, tartaric acid, glycolic acid and lactic acid, were analyzed simultaneously using capillary electrophoresis with direct UV detection at 200 nm. The separation was carried out with uncoated fused-silica (50 cm x 50 microns i.d.), pressure injection at 15 psi s and operated at -15 kV potential. The separation buffers were prepared with 180 mM Na2HPO4, 1 mM cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and 15% (v/v) methanol and adjusted to pH 7.2 by phosphoric acid. Validation was performed for citric acid and malic acid. The obtained parameters were adequate and the limits of detection were 2.5 and 5 micrograms ml-1 for citric acid and malic acid, respectively. AHAs from natural fruit juices (orange and grape) were determined and measured with this method.  相似文献

We sought to investigate the early biological effects of chlorpyrifos among 53 Thai fruit farm workers by measuring the plasma cholinesterase (PChE) and red blood cell cholinesterase (AChE) activities, a biomarker of organophosphate (OPs) pesticide during one fruit crop. The ChE activity (V(m)/K(m)) was spectrophotometrically analyzed before and after exposing to chlorpyrifos. The V(m)/K(m) values of both non-spraying and spraying seasons are found as normal distribution pattern. The median PChE and AChE activities among farm workers in the non-spraying season were 2.3 x 10(-3) s(-1) and 7.26 x 10(-5) s(-1), respectively. The median PChE and AChE activities of the farm workers in the spraying season were 2.02 x 10(-3) s(-1) and 5.95 x 10(-5) s(-1), respectively. The mean V(m)/K(m) values of PChE shifted left (t-test, p=0.013), indicating a decrease in PChE activity in the farm workers exposed to chlorpyrifos. However, the V(m)/K(m) values of AChE in nonspraying season and in the spraying season were not different (t-test, p=0.246). We propose that PChE activity can be used as a biomarker for monitoring early toxicity induced by chlorpyrifos insecticide.  相似文献

A convenient, practical and highly efficient one-pot method has been developed for the synthesis of triaryl- and triheteroarylmethane derivatives by Bi(OTf)3-catalyzed Friedel-Crafts alkylation of trialkyl orthoformates in combination with a wide variety of arenes/heteroarenes at room temperature under solvent-free conditions and in an air atmosphere. The methodology offers an operational simplicity, high atom economy and environmentally benign procedure. Furthermore, selected compound 3k showed promising anti-inflammatory activity with inhibition nitric oxide and did not exhibit significant cytotoxic effects on macrophage cells.  相似文献

A sensitive optode consisting of highly lead-selective ionophore (Lead IV), proton-selective chromoionophore (ETH 5294) and lipophilic anionic sites (KTpClPB) in plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) membrane was fabricated. The optode membranes were used for determination of Pb2+ by absorption spectrophotometry in batch and flow-through systems. The influence parameters such as pH, type of buffer solution, response time and concentration of regenerating solution were optimized. The membrane responded to Pb2+ by changing its color from blue to pinkish purple in Tris buffer containing different concentration of Pb2+ at pH 7.0. The optode provided the response range of 3.16 × 10−8 to 5.00 × 10−5 mol L−1 Pb2+ with the detection limit of 2.49 × 10−8 mol L−1 in the batch system within the response time of 30 min. The dynamic range of 1.26 × 10−8 to 3.16 × 10−5 mol L−1 Pb2+ with detection limit of 8.97 × 10−9 mol L−1 were obtained in the flow-through system within the response time of 15 min. Moreover, the proposed optode sensors showed good selectivity towards Pb2+ over Na+, K+, Mg2+, Cd2+, Hg2+ and Ag+. It was successfully applied to determine Pb2+ in real water samples and the results were compared with well-established inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). No significant different value (tcritical = 4.30 > texp = 1.00-3.42, n = 3 at 95% of confidence level) was found.  相似文献

The crude ethanol extract of the whole plant of Alternanthera philoxeroides (Mart.) Griseb was investigated for its potential as antidementia, induced by estrogen deprivation, based on in vitro antioxidant activity, β-amyloid aggregation inhibition and cholinesterase inhibitory activity, as well as in vivo Morris water maze task (MWMT), novel object recognition task (NORT), and Y-maze task. To better understand the effect of the extract, oxidative stress-induced brain membrane damage through lipid peroxidation in the whole brain was also investigated. Additionally, expressions of neuroinflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α) and estrogen receptor-mediated facilitation genes such as PI3K and AKT mRNA in the hippocampus and frontal cortex were also evaluated. These effects were confirmed by the determination of its serum metabolites by NMR metabolomic analysis. Both the crude extract of A. philoxeroides and its flavone constituents were found to inhibit β-amyloid (Aβ) aggregation.  相似文献

A new flavonoid, atalantraflavone (1) as well as eight known compounds including atalantoflavone (2), racemoflavone (3), 5,4′-dihydroxy-(3″,4″-dihydro-3″,4″-dihydroxy)-2″,2″-dimethylpyrano-(5″,6″:7,8)-flavone (4), lupalbigenin (5), anabellamide (6), citrusinine I (7), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (8), and frideline (9), were isolated from the leaves of Atalantia monophylla (L.) DC. Focusing on Alzheimer’s disease, acetylcholine esterase (AChE) inhibition and antioxidant activity were evaluated using the modified Ellman’s method and the ABTS scavenging assay, respectively. It was found that isoflavonoid 5, lupalbigenin, showed 79% inhibition to AChE and was 1.4-fold stronger than the tacrine standard. In addition, acridone 7, citrusinine I, displayed 90.68% antioxidant activity.  相似文献
