Laser array beam propagating through mouse liver tissue is investigated. The turbulence power spectrum of the liver tissue is employed in the extended Huygens–Fresnel method to obtain an optical intensity profile and beam broadening at the observation point in biological liver tissue. Variations of the beam profile and the beam broadening are simulated based on the number of beamlets, source size, wavelength and the ring radius of the array. A biological tissue, illuminated by the laser array beam, exhibits different beam profiles and beam spot radius variations when the number of beamlets, source size, wavelength and the ring radius of the laser array beam are varied. Examining these variations observed in the propagated optical beam and comparing them with the test cases, abnormalities such as cancer and tumor in a biological liver tissue can be diagnosed.  相似文献

Recently the connection between oxidative stress and various diseases, including cancer and Alzheimer's, attracts notice as a pathway suitable for diagnostic purposes. 8‐Oxo‐deoxyguanosine and 8‐oxo‐deoxyadenosine produced from the interaction of reactive oxygen species with DNA become prominent as biomarkers. Several methods have been developed for their determination in biofluids, including solid‐phase extraction and enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assays. However, still, there is a need for reliable and fast analytical methods. In this context, solid‐phase microextraction offers many advantages such as flexibility in geometry and applicable sample volume, as well as high adaptability to high‐throughput sampling. In this study, a solid‐phase microextraction method was developed for the determination of 8‐oxo‐deoxyguanosine and 8‐oxo‐deoxyadenosine in biofluids. The extractive phase of solid‐phase microextraction consisted of hydrophilic–lipophilic balanced polymeric particles. In order to develop a solid‐phase microextraction method suitable for the determination of the analytes in saliva and urine, several parameters, including desorption solvent, desorption time, sample pH, and ionic strength, were scrutinized. Analytical figures of merit indicated that the developed method provides reasonable interday and intraday precisions (<15% in both biofluids) with acceptable accuracy. The method provides a limit of quantification for both biomarkers at 5.0 and 10.0 ng/mL levels in saliva and urine matrices, respectively.  相似文献

A novel carboxymethylcellulose (CMC)–hydroxyethylcellulose (HEC)-based hydrogel with sensitivity to environmental changes, pH and salts was synthesized by using fumaric acid and malic acid at various concentrations. Water uptake capacity of hydrogels was investigated in distilled water, various salt and pH solutions. From pH-dependent studies, it was found that greater water uptake values were observed at greater pH values (7.4), and reversible pH responsiveness of CMC–HEC based hydrogels was obtained. Decreasing the water uptake capacity with increasing of the charge of the metal cation (Al3+ < Ca2+ < Na+) demonstrated metal ion responsiveness of CMC–HEC-based hydrogels. From tensile tests of the hydrogels, a greater crosslinker concentration led to greater tensile strength values. Thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscopy images were used to determine the thermal stability and to observe morphological properties of the samples, respectively.  相似文献

Financial systems are known to have irregular and erratic fluctuations due to diverse influences and often result in economic crisis and huge financial losses. Recent models of financial systems show that they behave chaotically and have long range memory dependence. Mitigating these undesirable chaotic natures of financial systems by appropriate control policies is important in order to reduce investment risks and improve economic performance. In this paper, a fractional order fuzzy control policy is employed to suppress the chaotic dynamics of a representative chaotic fractional order financial system. An intelligent Regrouping Particle Swarm Optimization (Reg-PSO) is used to design the numeric weights of the control policy and the methodology is demonstrated by credible simulations. The designed fractional fuzzy control policies are shown to work well with respect to conventional fuzzy control policies in the presence of persistent and anti-persistent noise, which can be due to additional extraneous influences on the system.  相似文献

A series of thiazolo[3,2-a]pyridines have been prepared using a multicomponent reaction between aromatic aldehydes, 2-nitromethylenethiazolidine and nitriles containing an active methylene group (malononitrile, ethyl 2-cyanoacetate and 2-phenylsulfonylacetonitrile) in the presence of Et3N under mild conditions with high yields. One of the compounds shows promising anticancer activity across a range of cancer cell lines.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of 5-amino-7-aryl-3-oxo-8-(phenylsulfonyl)-thiazolo[3,2-a]pyridine-6-carbonitriles was conducted utilizing multicomponent condensation reaction of malononitrile, aromatic aldehydes and 2-phenylsulfonylmethylenethiazolidin-4-one in one pot. Depending on the equivalence of the aldehyde, two different products were obtained from moderate to excellent yields. Thirteen novel structures were characterized by physical and spectroscopic methods (m.p., Rf, IR, NMR and mass analysis).  相似文献
