报道了离子型单体e-四氟硼酸盐-L-赖氨酸-N-羧酸酐(NH3BF4-Lys NCA)的合成,其化学结构和纯度采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、碳谱(13C-NMR)、氟谱(19F-NMR)和飞行时间质谱(TOF-MS)进行了确认.在大于20oC时,单体中的胺基氟硼酸盐动态解离出e-胺基,原位转化为AB*型引发单体(inimer-NCA),一锅法生成了超支化聚赖氨酸氟硼酸盐.产物经脱盐处理,得到了支化度为0.34~0.53的超支化聚赖氨酸.在25~55oC聚合温度内,离子单体的开环聚合符合一级动力学,表观速率常数kp,obs从25oC的0.01 h~(-1)逐渐增大到55oC的0.11 h~(-1).采用异核单量子相干谱(1H-13C HSQC)、傅里叶变换离子回旋共振质谱(FTICR-MS)和FTIR对超支化聚合物的结构和聚合机理进行了解析.  相似文献

 Dendritic poly(amidoamine)-b-poly(L-glutamate) (PAMAM-b-PLG) biohybrids were synthesized by the ring-opening polymerization of γ-benzyl-L-glutamate N-carboxyanhydride monomer, followed by the deprotection of benzyl groups on poly(benzyl-L-glutamate), and were characterized by 1H-NMR, FT-IR and gel permeation chromatography. The self-assembly behavior of the PAMAM-b-PLG biohybrid was investigated by means of UV-Vis, dynamic light scattering (DLS), transmission electronic microscopy (TEM) and 1H-NMR. UV-Vis analysis demonstrated that the critical aggregation concentration of PAMAM-b-PLG was dependent on the pH value of aqueous solutios. DLS results further evidenced that the PAMAM-b-PLG biohybrid exhibited a pH-sensitive self-assembly behavior, and the average size of the self-assembled nanoparticles decreased gradually with the increasing pH value of the PAMAM-b-PLG solution. The self-assembled nanoparticles gave a nearly spherical morphology, and the pH-induced self-assembly had no obvious effect on the morphology of nanoparticles.  相似文献

聚己内酯-聚赖氨酸嵌段共聚物(PCL-b-PLys)在水中自组装形成了聚赖氨酸为壳和聚己内酯为核的球形胶束.以胶束为模板,利用聚赖氨酸的胺基与金的配位作用,引导金在胶束壳层上生长,形成了胶束-金壳纳米结构(micelle@gold nanoshell).用紫外可见光谱、X射线光电子能谱、广角X射线衍射、透射电镜、动态光散射、热重分析、光热转化实验、以及体外光热杀死癌细胞实验等对金壳结构进行了结构确认和性能表征.胶束-金壳结构比原胶束增大约30%~40%,金约占总重量2/3.而且,其具有很强的近红外吸收性能和高达63%的近红外光-热转化效率.近红外激光照射10 min,可杀死约60%的宫颈癌细胞,且自身的细胞毒性低.  相似文献

采用非均相酰化法制备了四个系列的长链脂肪酸魔芋葡甘聚糖酯(KGME).DTA图显示了葡甘聚糖酯的晶态结构变化,X 射线衍射分析表明了不同长度的酰链对葡甘聚糖酯晶态结构的影响.初步研究了葡甘聚糖酯在芳香烃及环烷烃两种水包油(O/W)乳液体系中其取代度与乳化力的关系.实验证明在水包油乳液体系中,取代度在某一范围的葡甘聚糖酯显示出较好的乳化能力,且在高盐浓度和酸性情况下,仍给出好的乳化作用.丁香油 水(O/W)乳液体系在室温下静置四个星期未发现破乳分离现象  相似文献

Both four-ann star-shaped poly(ε-caprolactone) (4sPCL) and two-ann linear PCL (2LPCL) were synthesized and their inclusion complexation with α-cyclodextrin (α-CD) were studied. The inclusion complexes (ICs) formed between the PCL polymers and α-CD were characterized by ^1H-NMR, DSC, TGA, WAXD, and FT-1R, respectively. Both branch ann number and molecular weight of the PCL polymers have apparent effect on the stoichiometry (CL:CD, mol:mol) of these ICs. All these analytical results indicate that the branch arms of the PCL polymers are incorporated into the hydrophobic α-CD cavities and their original crystalline properties are completely suppressed. Moreover, the inclusion complexation between two-ann linear or four-ann star-shaped PCL polymers and α-CD not only enhances the thermal stability of the guest PCL polymers but also improves that of α-CD.  相似文献
