STUDIES ON MECHANISM OF ENTRY OF EB VIRUS INTO NON-B LYMPHOCYTES——ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EB VIRUS-PRODUCING HUMAN-TUPAIA HYBRID CELL LINE TuH_(18)

With the use of the EB virus-producing lymphoblastoid cell line H_(18), an attempt wasmade to infect the monolayer cell culture of nasopharyngeal tissue from the normal tupaia,and an EB virus-producing, human-tupaia hybrid cell line was established. The mechanism of entry of EB virus into cells other than B lymphocytes is discussedin this paper.     

EB病毒进入非B淋巴细胞的机理研究——一株可产生EB病毒的人和树鼩的杂交细胞株的建立

本文用可产生EB病毒的类淋巴母细胞株H_(18)与正常树(鼠句)鼻咽部组织培养单层细胞共同培养,建立了一株能产生EB病毒的人和树(鼠句)的杂交细胞株——TuH_(18),讨论了EB病毒进入非B淋巴细胞的机理,研究了TuH_(18)病毒的生物学和生物化学特性。
