We propose a new algorithm for wavefront sensing based on binary intensity modulation. The algorithm is based on the fact that a wavefront can be expended with a series of orthogonal and binary functions, the Walsh series. We use a spatial light modulator(SLM) to produce different binary-intensity-modulation patterns which are the simple linear transformation of the Walsh series. The optical fields under different binary-intensity-modulation patterns are detected with a photodiode.The relationships between the incident wavefront modulated with the patterns and their optical fields are built to determinate the coefficients of the Walsh series. More detailed and strict relationship equations are established with the algorithm by adding new modulation patterns according to the properties of the Walsh functions. An exact value can be acquired by solving the equations. Finally, with the help of phase unwrapping and smoothing, the wavefront can be reconstructed. The advantage of the algorithm is providing an analytical solution for the coefficients of the Walsh series to reconstruct the wavefront. The simulation experiments are presented and the effectiveness of the algorithm is demonstrated.  相似文献

We propose a scheme to realize quantum cloning of an unknown M-qudit equatorial-like entangled state. The first stage of the protocol requires teleportation. After the teleportation is accomplished, the receiver can reestablish the original state. In the second stage of the protocol, with the assistance (through a single-particle projective measurement) of the preparer, the perfect copy of an original state can be produced at the site of the sender. Our scheme requires a single maximally entangled qudit pair as the quantum channel and three dits classical communication. The scheme is feasible at the expense of consuming local resources which include M - 1 ancillary qudits introduced by the receiver and additional bi-qudit operations. Moreover, we construct a sort of unitary transformations which ensure ancillary qudits are not necessarily introduced by the sender. Comparing to the previous protocols, the proposed protocol is economical due to that the cost of both quantum nonlocal resources and classical communication is lowest.  相似文献

We propose a slope-based decoupling algorithm to simultaneously control the dual deformable mirrors(DMs) in a woofer–tweeter adaptive optics system. This algorithm can directly use the woofer's response matrix measured from a Shack–Hartmann wave-front sensor to construct a slope-based orthogonal basis, and then selectively distribute the largeamplitude low-order aberration to woofer DM and the remaining aberration to tweeter DM through the slope-based orthogonal basis. At the same moment, in order to avoid the two DMs generating opposite compensation, a constraint matrix used to reset tweeter control vector is convenient to be calculated with the slope-based orthogonal basis. Numeral simulation demonstrates that this algorithm has a good performance to control the adaptive optics system with dual DMs simultaneously. Compared with the typical decoupling algorithm, this algorithm can take full use of the compensation ability of woofer DM and release the stroke of tweeter DM to compensate high-order aberration. More importantly, it does not need to measure the accurate shape of tweeter's influence function and keeps better performance of restraining the coupling error with the continuous-dynamic aberration.  相似文献

应用微透析/液相色谱-质谱联用法筛选黄芩中α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂,并对筛选出的具有酶抑制活性的化合物进行结构鉴定。实验采用迪马C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以0.5%醋酸水-乙腈溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速0.5 mL/min,柱温30℃,以正离子电喷雾质谱模式采集数据,从黄芩中筛选出10种潜在的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂,10种化合物与α-葡萄糖苷酶的结合率为36.18%~52.71%。该方法可快速、有效地筛选黄芩中的α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制剂,同时可为从其他中药中筛选酶抑制剂提供方法学借鉴。  相似文献

介绍了一种利用压缩调制模式提高探测频率的波前重构方法。该方法选取与待测光场实部线性相关度较高的Walsh函数项进行系数求解,实现对光场实部的重构;同时,基于空间光强分布对光场虚部进行重构,以避免对Walsh函数乘法定理的依赖和额外调制模式的使用。该方法充分压缩了波前重构过程中所需的调制模式数量,提升了波前采样频率。数值仿真结果表明,该方法能够将波前采样时间缩短为原来的1/12。  相似文献

以溴代十六烷、丙炔醇为原料通过取代反应、还原重排反应制备了十六烷氧基联烯,然后以氯化(三环己基膦)镍作为催化剂,通过控制加料顺序一锅制备了聚3-己基噻吩-b-聚十六烷氧基联烯的嵌段聚合物。通过核磁共振氢谱和体积排除色谱对产物进行了表征和确证。对聚3-己基噻吩-b-聚十六烷氧基联烯嵌段聚合物的热学性能、光学性能及电学性能进行了研究。差示扫描量热法和热重分析结果表明,嵌段共聚物具有两个玻璃化转变温度及两个热分解温度,说明其具有明显相分离。以嵌段共聚物为半导体活性材料,制备了场效应晶体管器件。使用热退火对器件进行热处理,发现迁移率随退火温度的上升而提高。器件在200℃退火温度下的平均迁移率为7.03×10~(-4)cm~2·V~(-1)·s~(-1),最大迁移率为1.3×10~(-3)cm~2·V~(-1)·s~(-1),阈值电压为5.44 V。  相似文献

采用基于液相色谱-质谱联用的方法对慢性心力衰竭(Chronic heart failure, CHF)患者和正常对照(Control)人群的尿液进行分析, 筛选慢性心力衰竭患者尿液中的差异代谢物, 研究其发病机制, 并为临床治疗提供科学依据.选择15个慢性心力衰竭患者(年龄(62.27±3.14)岁)及15个正常人(年龄(65.41±4.63)岁), 采用高分辨度快速液相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间串联质谱(RRLC-QTOF/MS)技术对尿液代谢物进行分析, 采用主成分分析(PCA)对两组代谢物进行分类, 并筛选潜在生物标记物;运用偏最小二乘判别分析法(PLS-DA)建模, 考察生物标记物对疾病筛选的预测能力.研究结果表明, CHF组和Control组尿液代谢物谱能得到很好的区分, 发现并鉴定了2种潜在生物标记物尿苷及丙氨酰色氨酸, 提示嘧啶代谢和色氨酸代谢可能在心力衰竭发生发展中有重要作用.  相似文献

兴隆庄煤显微组份热解失重及热解反应动力学的研究   总被引:2,自引:3,他引:2  
通过测定兴隆庄煤显微组份富集物WF、JF、BJF、SF的热解失重,研究了各显微组份热解失重特性。各显微组份富集物的失重曲线具有相似的形式,失重速率随温度的变化近似地呈高斯分布状,主要分解范围在380—540℃之间。由SF→BJF→JF→WF,热解总失重量和最大失重速率增高,微分曲线峰半宽增大。提高升温速度,热分解范围增宽,脱除挥发份产率增大。升温速度对不同显微组份富集物的影响程度不同,对SF影响最大,JF次之,WF最小。应用失重结果,借助解线性方程组的方法,计算出纯显微组份的失重数据,从而探讨了各显微组份的热解动力学,首次得到了兴隆庄煤各显微组份的热解活化能:镜质组为151.40kJ/mol,半镜质组为120.72kJ/mol,丝质组为116.45kJ/mol,稳定组为141.16kJ/mol。  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶与负压负载法结合,以硝酸锌为前驱物,无水乙醇为溶剂,聚乙二醇为分散剂,硅藻土为载体,制备硅藻土/纳米氧化锌,并与Hummers法制得的氧化石墨烯进行复合,得到硅藻土/纳米氧化锌/氧化石墨烯复合光催化材料,通过SEM、XRD、BET、IR对样品进行了表征分析,研究了硅藻土/纳米氧化锌/氧化石墨烯复合光催化材料的结构、形貌、孔径分布情况,氧化石墨烯的引入对光催化性能的影响.结果表明:硅藻土对纳米氧化锌的负载,采用负压负载方法优于普通负载方法,氧化石墨烯的质量分数为5;时,硅藻土/纳米氧化锌/氧化石墨烯复合光催化材料的2 h的光降解率达到最大值88.7;,比同时间的纯纳米氧化锌高出63;,比硅藻土高出83.3;.  相似文献
