The results of a statistical analysis of the Uranium-series Comparison Project in China (USCP) haveshown that a good agreement among the participating laboratories has been achieved and that the analyt-ical techniques applied to dating of carbonate samples are correct. In regard to their consistency, theresults of the USCP in China are none the worse than those of the USIP-Ⅱ and Ⅲ. 采用差示扫描量热和x射线衍射技术研究Ni-Fe-Ga磁致形状记忆合金的马氏体相变行为.结 果发现,在多晶Ni56556.5Fe19019.0Ga2452 4.5和Ni56356.3Fe17017.0 Ga26726.7合金中除马氏体相变外,还观察到一次完整的、正相变和逆相 变对应出现、单 纯由温度诱发的中间马氏体相变.该中间马氏体相变与马氏体相变均为热弹性相变.

以石英基片为衬底,采用真空热蒸发法,通过调控衬底温度制备出了具有微柱结构、柱径在μm量级、厚度约17 μm的γ-CuI超快闪烁转换屏。在X射线激发下,所制备的γ-CuI超快转换屏具有峰位在430 nm的快成分发射峰和峰位在700 nm的慢成分发射带,其中快成分发射峰占总发光的主要部分;随着衬底温度由170 ℃升高至210 ℃,转换屏430 nm发射峰的强度会逐渐减弱,而700 nm发射带的强度则逐渐增强,这可能是由于较高的衬底温度会造成碘流失从而引起转换屏中碘空位增加、铜空位减少所致(Cu/I增大),碘流失的假设得到了卢瑟福背散射实验的验证。γ-CuI超快转换屏的晶体结构呈(111)晶面择优取向,且不随衬底温度而变化,当衬底温度升高至210 ℃时,由于CuI分子获得的动能增加,转换屏还会出现微弱的(220)和(420)晶面的取向。当衬底温度由170℃增至190 ℃时,转换屏的微柱结构会随之优化,微柱结构明显,但当衬底温度进一步增至210 ℃时,由于表面扩散和体扩散效应加剧,微柱结构会随之退化。最后,采用刃边法测量了所制备γ-CuI转换屏的空间分辨率,结果显示170,190和210 ℃衬底温度条件下所制备的转换屏,其空间分辨率分别为:4.5,7.2和5.6 lp·mm-1,微柱结构有助于提高转换屏的空间分辨率。 相似文献

通过分析规则熔体的热力学模型,计算了典型金属玻璃的熔体混合焓ΔHmix和混合熵ΔSmix.结合临界冷却速率,归纳出典型金属玻璃形成液体的热力学特性,并提出基于原子尺寸、元素组成以及元素之间混合焓等参数的形成大块金属玻璃的成分判定方法.结果表明,当ΔHmix<-15 kJ·mol-1且ΔSmix>0.6 J·K-1mol-1时,合金易于形成大块金属玻璃.金属玻璃的临界冷却速率Rc具有明显的尺寸效应,其值与熔体的ΔSmix值呈指数关系,可以用Rc=42.24×104exp(-13.91ΔSmix)+19.66粗略判断.运用该方法成功设计并制备出远离原有Zr基大块金属玻璃形成区域(55at%—65at%Zr)的Zr40Al10Ni15Cu35和四元Fe-B基Fe53Co5Nd12B30大块金属玻璃.

Sedimentation rate of sediments on the continental slope of the South China Sea has been determined by the Th_(ex)~(230) method. Results show that in the upper part of the core from the surface layer down to 48 cm there might have occurred a downslope, reflecting a discontinuous depositional process and palaeoclimate becoming warmer; in the middle section of the core the activities of Th_(ex)~(230) show an exponential decrease with increasing depths and depoaitional rate is 1.6mm/1000 years, and sediments might have been formed in a cold and deep-water environment: in the core from 90cm downward there might have been an active sedimentary environment with a warmer palaeoclimate.Based on the contents of U and Th, U/Th ratios and their relationships with Fe, Mn, Corg and P in all layers of the core, it is inferred that materials of the studied waters are mainly of terrestrial phase with a portion of authigenous constituents. 相似文献
