In this work a suspension of Nano-crystalline of ZnO particle is prepared by wet chemical at different temperature and concentration. From FTIR spectral exhibit present of Zn–O bond which indicate to formation ZnO particles. While all suspension and nano films exhibit a high transmittance in visible region about 90% which falls sharply in the UV region. The particle size is measured by using effective mass approximation (EMA), which was approximation (1.7–1.96 nm), and the band gap changes from 3.95 to 4.52eV for nanoparticles in suspension, and change from 3.76 to 3.94 eV for nanoparticles in ZnO film, which is change as function of concentration, temperature and aging time. Hall Effect measurements for ZnO films exhibit n-type conductivity for films deposited with activation energy 0.742eV at high temperature and 0.178eV at low temperature which is different as prepared sample conditions. Also the nanoparticle suspension and nanoparticle film could be implemented as a filter with variable cut off (8.9 × 1014–1.28 × 1015) HZ.  相似文献

Cu2O thin films with (111) preferred orientation have been grown on glass and Cu substrates by rapid thermal oxidation of Cu at 500℃ for 45s. The optical band gap energy was determined by spectral data of transmittance and absorbance to be 2.04eV. The electrical conductivity of grown films was measured around (1:1 × 10^-5Ω^-1cm^-1) at 300K. Thermoelectric power measurements of the film were carried out. Furthermore, the properties of these films are compared with properties of Cu2O obtained by other methods.  相似文献

Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) is a common, inherited, incurable, fatal muscle wasting disease caused by deletions that disrupt the reading frame of the DMD gene such that no functional dystrophin protein is produced. Antisense oligonucleotide (AO)-directed exon skipping restores the reading frame of the DMD gene, and truncated, yet functional dystrophin protein is expressed. The aim of this study was to assess the efficiency of two novel rigid, cationic carotenoid lipids, C30-20 and C20-20, in the delivery of a phosphorodiamidate morpholino (PMO) AO, specifically designed for the targeted skipping of exon 45 of DMD mRNA in normal human skeletal muscle primary cells (hSkMCs). The cationic carotenoid lipid/PMO-AO lipoplexes yielded significant exon 45 skipping relative to a known commercial lipid, 1,2-dimyristoyl-sn-glycero-3-ethylphosphocholine (EPC).  相似文献

The syntheses of new bis[octakis(hexylthio)phthalocyaninato] rare-earth metal(III) double-decker complexes [(C6S)8-Pc]2M (M = Gd(III), Dy(III), and Sm(III)) (2-4, respectively) are described. These compounds are very soluble in most common organic solvents. They have been fully characterized using elemental analysis, infrared, UV-vis spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry. The crystal structures of compounds 2-4 have been determined by X-ray diffraction on a single crystal. They are isostructural and crystallize in the monoclinic space group (space group C2/c). Their lattice constants have been determined in the following order: (2) a = 31.629(4) Angstroms, b = 32.861(4) Angstroms, c = 20.482(2) Angstroms, beta = 126.922(2) degrees, V = 17019(3) Angstroms(3); (3) a = 31.595(2) Angstroms, b = 32.816(2) Angstroms, c = 20.481(1) Angstroms, beta = 127.005(1) degrees, V = 16958(2) Angstroms(3); (4) a = 31.563(2) Angstroms, b = 32.796(2) Angstroms, c = 20.481(1) Angstroms, beta = 127.032 degrees, V = 16924(2) Angstroms(3). The magnetic properties of compounds 2-4 were studied, and it was revealed that the lanthanide ions and the radical delocalized on the two phthalocyanine rings are weakly interacting. The mesogenic properties of these new materials were studied by differential scanning calorimetry and optical microscopy. These phthalocyanine derivatives form columnar-hexagonal (Col(h)) mesophases. Thin films of bis[octakis(hexylthio)phthalocyaninato] rare-earth metal(III) double-decker complexes (2-4) were prepared by a spin-coating technique. Thermally induced molecular reorganization within films of bis[octakis(hexylthio)phthalocyaninato] rare-earth metal(III) double-decker complexes (2-4) was studied by the methods of ellipsometry, UV-vis absorption spectroscopy, and atomic force microscopy. Heat treatment produces molecular ordering, which is believed to be due to stacking interaction between neighboring phthalocyanine moieties.  相似文献

The current review summarizes the data of saturated vapor pressure and thermodynamic parameters of the sublimation process of different phthalocyanines as reported in the literature as well as in our work. The volatility of phthalocyanines is analyzed from the standpoint of their molecular and crystal structure. The differences in the saturated vapor pressure value of the investigated phthalocyanines may reach some orders of magnitude and are determined by the Van der Waals and electrostatic interaction of the peripheral atoms of adjacent molecules, as well as to a specific interaction, the type and number of which depend on the type of molecules packing in the crystal.  相似文献

We introduce a continuous data assimilation (downscaling) algorithm for the two-dimensional Navier–Stokes equations employing coarse mesh measurements of only one component of the velocity field. This algorithm can be implemented with a variety of finitely many observables: low Fourier modes, nodal values, finite volume averages, or finite elements. We provide conditions on the spatial resolution of the observed data, under the assumption that the observed data is free of noise, which are sufficient to show that the solution of the algorithm approaches, at an exponential rate asymptotically in time, to the unique exact unknown reference solution, of the 2D Navier–Stokes equations, associated with the observed (finite dimensional projection of) velocity.  相似文献

The syntheses of new octakis (alkylthio)-substituted phthalocyanines of Pb(II) (1a and 2a) are described. These compounds are very soluble in most common organic solvents. They have been fully characterized using elemental analysis, NMR, infrared and UV–Vis spectroscopy. The mesogenic properties of these new materials were studied by differential scanning calorimetry and optical microscopy. These phthalocyanine derivatives are liquid at room temperature and form columnar-hexagonal (Colh) mesophases below −10 °C. It has been indicated that the addition of methylene bridges to the phthalocyanine (Pc) core increases the clearing point temperatures. Also, the coordination of Pb2+ with the phthalocyanine core decreases the clearing point temperatures and the liquid crystal phase transition temperatures. Thin films of octakis(alkylthio)-substituted Pb(II) phthalocyanines 1a and 2a were prepared by the method of spin-coating. To obtain films with an ordered structure the film of 1a was slowly cooled from room temperature down to −10 °C. Sandwich structures of the form Au/PbPc(1a)/Au were prepared for the investigation of their electrical properties. It was shown that a slowly cooled Au/PbPc(1a)/Au structure demonstrates repeatable and stable electrical switching behaviour for applied bias voltages between −1 V and +1 V.  相似文献
