A flow injection (FI) in-valve-mini-column packed with Chelex-100 resin is proposed for on-line sample pretreatment for some metal ions, namely, Cd(II), Pb(II) and Zn(II), prior to simultaneous determination using ion chromatography (IC). A solution containing a mixture of the cations was first passed through the in-valve-mini-column, followed by on-line elution. The eluate was then flowed further to an injection valve and was injected into an ion chromatograph. Conditions of the system were optimized. A single standard calibration was possible. The recoveries of cations were found to be in the range of 95–105%. The developed method was applied to the accurate analysis of zinc ore samples.  相似文献

Five new 14-membered macrolides, hamigeromycins C-G, together with the previously described compounds, hamigeromycin A and 89-250904-F1 (radicicol analog A), were isolated from the fungus Hamigera avellanea BCC 17816. Hamigeromycins A, C, D, and E are stereoisomers differing from one another in the absolute configurations of the 4′,5′-diol moiety. Hamigeromycins F and G are unusual 5′-keto-analogs, and they are 6′-epimers to each other. The structures and the stereochemistry of the new compounds were deduced by analyses of the NMR spectroscopic and mass spectrometry data in combination with chemical means.  相似文献

The phytochemical investigation of the leaf extract of Uvaria cherrevensis (Annonaceae) yielded three new cyclohexene (9Z)-octadec-9-enyl ethers, cherrevenols M-O (13), and a known fatty ester derivative (4). The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic and computer-aided molecular modelling methods. Ozone Induced Dissociation (OzID) mass spectrometry was employed to determine the C-9 position of the side chain olefinic double bonds, while 13C NMR spectroscopy indicated their (Z)-configurations. All isolated compounds were evaluated for their antimalarial and cytotoxic activities; all were inactive.  相似文献

Hypocrellutins A–C (13), 2- and 4-pyridone alkaloids, were isolated from cultures of the scale-insect pathogenic fungus Hypocrella discoidea BCC 71382. The structures were elucidated on the basis of NMR spectroscopic and mass spectrometry data. The absolute configuration of hypocrellutin B (2) was determined by ECD calculation. Their plausibly biosynthetic pathways are proposed. All isolated compounds were inactive in the antifungal, antimalarial, antitubercular, and cytotoxic activity assays.  相似文献

A new seco‐tremulane, 11,12‐epoxy‐5,6‐secotremula‐1,6(13)‐dien‐5,12‐olide ( 1 ), was isolated together with the known compounds, conocenolides A ( 2 ) and B ( 3 ), tremulenediol A ( 4 ), tremulenolide A ( 5 ), and two lanostane triterpenoids, trametenolic acid B ( 6 ), and pinicolic acid A ( 7 ), from cultures of the basidiomycete Flavodon flavus BCC 17421. Interconversion of conocenolides A/B was demonstrated. Compound 1 exhibited weak cytotoxic activities, whereas tremulenediol A showed antiplasmodial activity (IC50 8.6 μg/ml). Pinicolic acid A exhibited activity against herpes simplex virus type‐1 (IC50 15 μg/ml) as well as cytotoxic activities.  相似文献

Design and development of a dynamic interfacial pressure detector (DIPD) is reported. The DIPD measures the differential pressure as a function of time across the liquid-liquid interface of organic liquid drops (i.e., n-hexane) that repeatedly grow in water at the end of a capillary tip. Using a calibration technique based on the Young-Laplace equation, the differential pressure signal is converted, in real-time, to a relative interfacial pressure. This allows the DIPD to monitor the interfacial tension of surface active species at liquid-liquid interfaces in flow-based analytical techniques, such as flow injection analysis (FIA), sequential injection analysis (SIA) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The DIPD is similar in principle to the dynamic surface tension detector (DSTD), which monitors the surface tension at the air-liquid interface. In this report, the interfacial pressure at the hexane-water interface was monitored as analytes in the hexane phase diffused to and arranged at the hexane-water interface. The DIPD was combined with FIA to analytically measure the interfacial properties of cholesterol and Brij®30 at the hexane-water interface. Results show that both cholesterol and Brij®30 exhibit a dynamic interfacial pressure signal during hexane drop growth. A calibration curve demonstrates that the relative interfacial pressure of cholesterol in hexane increases as the cholesterol concentration increases from 100 to 10,000 μg ml−1. An example of the utility of the DIPD as a selective detector for a chromatographic separation of interface-active species is also presented in the analysis of cholesterol in egg yolk by normal-phase HPLC-DIPD.  相似文献

A novel Raman sensor using a liquid-core optical waveguide is reported, implementing a Teflon-AF 2400 tube filled with water. An aqueous analyte mixture of benzene, toluene and p-xylene was introduced using a 1000 μl sample loop to the liquid-core waveguide (LCW) sensor and the analytes were preconcentrated on the inside surface of the waveguide tubing. The analytes were then eluted from the waveguide using an acetonitrile-water solvent mixture injected via a 30 μl eluting solvent loop. The preconcentration factor was experimentally determined to be 14-fold, in reasonable agreement with the theoretical preconcentration factor of 33 based upon the sample volume to elution volume ratio. Raman spectra of benzene, toluene and p-xylene were obtained during elution. It was found that analytically useful Raman signals for benzene, toluene and p-xylene were obtained at 992, 1004 and 1206 cm−1, respectively. The relative standard deviation of the method was 3% for three replicate measurements. The limit of detection (LOD) was determined to be 730 ppb (parts per billion by volume) for benzene, exceptional for a system that does not resort to surface enhancement or resonance Raman approaches. The Raman spectra of these test analytes were evaluated for qualitative and quantitative analysis utility.  相似文献

The rapid emergence of drug resistance to the current antimalarial agents has led to the urgent need for the discovery of new and effective compounds. In this work, a series of 5-phenoxy primaquine analogs with 8-aminoquinoline core (7a–7h) was synthesized and investigated for their antimalarial activity against Plasmodium falciparum. Most analogs showed improved blood antimalarial activity compared to the original primaquine. To further explore a drug hybrid strategy, a conjugate compound between tetraoxane and the representative 5-phenoxy-primaquine analog 7a was synthesized. In our work, the hybrid compound 12 exhibited almost a 30-fold increase in the blood antimalarial activity (IC50 = 0.38 ± 0.11 μM) compared to that of primaquine, with relatively low toxicity against mammalian cells (SI = 45.61). Furthermore, we found that these 5-phenoxy primaquine analogs and the hybrid exhibit significant heme polymerization inhibition, an activity similar to that of chloroquine, which could contribute to their improved antimalarial activity. The 5-phenoxy primaquine analogs and the tetraoxane hybrid could serve as promising candidates for the further development of antimalarial agents.  相似文献

Abstract

A new 2-arylbenzofuran, spathobenzofuran (1), together with ten known compounds including a 2-arylbenzofuran, three pterocarpans and six isoflavones were isolated from the acetone crude extract of the stems of Spatholobus parviflorus. All compounds were characterised by spectroscopic methods. Compound 4 was active (MIC 8?µg/mL) against Gram-negative Pseudomonas aeruginosa TISTR 781 while compound 2 had modest activity against Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus TISTR 1466 with a MIC value of 16?µg/mL. All isolated compounds showed no cytotoxicity against Vero and KB cells.  相似文献

Two novel cyclopropyl diketones, hamavellone A (1) and B (2), and two new 14-membered nonaketide macrolactones, hamigeromycin A (3) and B (4), together with six known compounds, 89-250904-F1 (radicicol analogue A, 5), pseurotin A (6), emodin (7), ω-hydroxyemodin (8), and emodin bianthrones (9 and 10) were isolated from the soil fungus Hamigera avellanea BCC 17816. The structures of the new compounds were defined by analysis of NMR and MS data. The absolute stereochemistry of 3 was addressed by chemical correlation to 5. Hamavellone B (2) exhibited antimalarial activity with an IC50 of 5.2 μg/mL, whereas it also showed comparable cytotoxicity.  相似文献
