Dielectric spectroscopy(DS) was utilized to investigate the toxicity of the Cu2+ solution to Microcystis aeruginosa.It was found that 0.04 mM Cu2+ had no effect on dielectric increment,whereas the Cu2+ concentrations above 0.1 mM decreased the value of Δε/Δε intact.The toxic effect of Cu2+ on M.aeruginosa cells was time-dependent and concentration-dependent.There was a threshold concentration between 0.04 mM and 0.1 mM,which affected the cell membrane,suggesting that Cu2+ at the concentrations higher than 0...  相似文献

The temperature dependence of BGO coupled with photomultiplier tube R5610A-01 was studied in the range of-30–30℃. The temperature coefficient of the BGO and R5610 A as a whole was tested to be-1.82%/℃. And the temperature coefficient of the gain of the R5610 A is-0.44%/℃ which was tested in the same situation using a blue LED. Thus the temperature coefficient of BGO's light yield can be evaluated as-1.38%/℃.  相似文献

采用原位XRD、激光Raman光谱和TPR(程序升温还原)技术研究了CuO(w,%)/CeO2-Al2O3催化剂中CuO物种的存在形式及其CuO物种的迁移. 低温焙烧(300 ℃)催化剂, CuO以高分散和晶相两种形式存在于CeO2-Al2O3载体表层. 随着焙烧温度的升高, CuO开始从表层向CeO2内层迁移. 处于内层的CuO部分以晶相形式存在, 部分与Al2O3载体反应生成CuAl2O4. 高温有利于表层CuO向CeO2内层迁移, 同时促进CuAl2O4生成. 结果表明结合原位XRD、激光Raman光谱和TPR技术可以有效地观察催化剂中CuO物种的存在形式和分布.  相似文献

Structural analysis of known drugs or drug-like compounds provides important information for drug design. The 142553 drug molecules in the MDL Drug Data Report database were analyzed, and then the common structural features were extracted. According to the common structural features, drug molecules were segmented into 32017 fragments, including 13642 ring fragments, 10076 linker fragments, and 8299 side chain fragments. These fragments were further used to establish three types of virtual combinatorial fragment libraries: a basic framework library containing 13574 rings; a linker library of 8051 linkers and a pharmacophore library of 34244 fragments combined by rings and side chains. After energy minimization, all fragments in the above three libraries maintain reasonable geometrical features and spatial conformations, and would be useful for building a virtual combinatorial database and de novo drug design.  相似文献

A dicarboxylate ligand,5-carboxyl-1-carboxymethyl-2-oxidopyridinium (H2L),was utilized to form four complexes with the general formula [M(HL)2(H2O)]·2H2O,M = CuII (1),ZnII (2),MnII (3),CdII (4).The crystals were isomorphous,belonging to the monoclinic C2/c space group.They were constructed from 1D chains and further linked by hydrogen bonds into a novel binodal (6,8)-connected 3D supramolecular network with twofold self-penetration.Photoluminescence studies revealed that complexes 2-4 displayed intense structure-related fluorescent emission bands.  相似文献

The 1.3 GHz superconducting radio-frequency (SRF) technology is one of the key technologies for the ILC and future XFEL and ERL projects in China. With the aim to develop 1.3 GHz SRF technology, IHEP has started a program to build an SRF Accelerating Unit. This unit contains a 9-cell 1.3 GHz superconducting cavity, a short cryomodule, a high power input coupler, a tuner and a low level RF system. This program also includes the SRF laboratory upgrade, which will permit the unit to be built and tested at IHEP. The unit will be used for the 1.3 GHz SRF system integration study, high power horizontal test and possible beam test in the future. In this paper, we report the recent R&D status of this program. The first large grain low-loss shape 9-cell superconducting RF cavity made by IHEP reached 20 MV/m in the first vertical test in July, 2010. The prototype tuner and low level RF (LLRF) system are under test. The high power input coupler and cryomodule are under fabrication. Several key SRF facilities for 9-cell cavity surface treatment and pre-tuning were successfully commissioned and are in operation.  相似文献

焦磷酸测序是目前基因多态性检测的主要方法之一,但是其前期的样本制备工作较为繁琐,限制了其在临床检测中的应用。为了简化焦磷酸测序的流程,本研究根据不对称PCR原理,改进了线性指数聚合酶链式反应(LATE-PCR)的引物设计方法,增加过量引物的长度和浓度,并结合全血直接扩增技术,建立了基于普通r Taq聚合酶和高p H缓冲液(Hp H Buffer)的全血改进LATE-PCR(Improved LATE-PCR,im LATE-PCR)方法。考察了方法的最优扩增体系、血液抗凝剂对其影响以及全血模板量。采用单管、一步法直接扩增出单链测序模板,成功地对24例临床血样的乙醇脱氢酶基因多态性进行了检测,检测结果可用于指导临床个体化用药。24例样本的基因型分别为ADH1B位点AA纯合6例、AG杂合14例、GG纯合4例;ADH1C位点GG纯合20例、AG杂合4例、AA纯合0例。  相似文献
