Stable crystalline phosphorus ylides were obtained in excellent yields from the 1:1:1 addition reaction between triphenylphosphine and dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, in the presence of strong NH-acids, such as imidazole, 2-methylimidazole, 4-methylimidazole, 2-ethylimidazole, benzimidazole, and 5,6-dimethylbezimidazole. These stable ylides exist in solution as a mixture of two geometrical isomers as a result of restricted rotation around the carbon–carbon partial double bond resulting from the conjugation of the ylide moiety with the adjacent carbonyl group.  相似文献

We study the effects of recombination and generation process on the operation of bipolar junction transistor based on two-dimensional materials, and in particular, graphone. Here, we use Shockley–Read–Hall model to study these process. First, we investigate the current–voltage characteristics of a graphone pn junction considering generation and recombination process. Then, we calculate the estimated changes in current gain, cutoff frequency, and output characteristics of a graphone bipolar junction transistor designed in a recent study.  相似文献

This paper presents a fuzzy-based controller chip to control the level of a tank. A motor valve controls the tank level. The significant aim of this paper is to present a controller for minimizing the movement of the motor valve, at the same time, setting the level of the tank at defined points. The advantages of this type of control are to reduce both motor and input valve amortization and to increase their useful lifetime. On the other hand, simple and inexpensive elements are used in order to measure tank level and output flow. This is another advantage of the method. High-density polyethylene/organoclay nanocomposites were prepared via melt intercalation in an internal mixer using both a direct mixing and master batching method. Two types of maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene, high-density polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride, and linear low-density polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride, (HDPE-g-MA, LLDPE-g-MA) were used as compatibilizers to enhance the dispersibility of nanoclay in HDPE. Dispersion of organoclay in the nanocomposites was characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and rheological mechanical spectroscopy (RMS). Effects of clay content and degree of clay dispersion on the rheological and tensile properties were also investigated. Furthermore, the effect of order of mixing on the dispersion and distribution of the clay layers was studied. The obtained results showed that organoclay in the nanocomposites were dispersed homogeneously and exfoliated better when HDPE-g-MA and the direct mixing route were used. Although in the master batching method clay intercalated better, clay layers chiefly remain in compatibilizer rich areas. On the other hand, direct mixing was observed to lead to clay particles being dispersed in the HDPE matrix or at the interface of the matrix and compatibilizer and, consequently, better improvement in the tensile modulus was achieved. It was determined that the compatibilizer with the higher miscibility with the matrix was the key factor for achieving better exfoliation of clay sheets.  相似文献

The superprism effects of higher bands, i.e., for normal frequencies of higher than one, in two-dimensional (2D) polymer photonic crystals (PCs) are investigated. It is shown that in a polymer PC of triangular symmetry with filling factor of about 31%, the gradual transition of the hexagonal into triangular equi-frequency dispersion contours leads to a strong superprism in the 6th band at a normal frequency of 1.2. This dispersion is more prominent than those observed in the lower bands in 2D PCs. Also, this requires a lattice constant longer than the concerned wavelength. Furthermore, in a 2D polymer PC with a filling factor of about 83% a strong discontinuous superprism effect occurs at normal frequencies higher than one, which is due to an abrupt transition between two modes with the refraction angles of opposite signs. The effect can be exploited for switching applications as demonstrated in the paper.  相似文献

A waterborne-polyurethane (WPU) dye, based on the fluorescent dye 4-diamino propane-N-allyl-1,8- naphthalimide (WPU-DAN), was synthesized by attaching 4-diamino propane-N-allyl-1,8- naphthalimide (DAN) onto both ends of the polyurethane (PU) chains according to a prepolymer?ionomer process. The synthetic process was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and UV-visible absorption. The glass transition temperature, molecular weight and average particle sizes were measured. The glass transition temperatures of WPU and WPU-DAN were 46.6 and 49.8°C, respectively. In addition, the particle size distributions of WPU-DAN and WPU were 140 and 134 nm, respectively. The thermal behaviour of WPU-DAN showed improvement compared to WPU. The fluorescence intensity of WPU-DAN was enhanced more than DAN due to the naphthalimide groups attached to the chains, and the fluorescence intensity of WPU-DAN and DAN were increased by increasing temperature. Moreover, the fluorescence intensity of WPU-DAN emulsion was stable during 30 days and no loss of fluorescence intensity occurred for these days.  相似文献

We present a detailed calculation of the linear and nonlinear optical response of four types of monolayer twodimensional (2D) transition-metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs), having the formula MX2 with M=Mo, W and X=S, Se. The calculations are based on 6-band tight-binding model of TMDCs, and then performing a semi-classical perturbation analysis of response functions. We numerically calculate the linear χμν(1) (-ω;ω) and nonlinear surface susceptibility tensors χμνζη(3)(-ωΣ; ωr; ωs; ωt) with ωΣrst. Both non-degenerate and degenerate cases are studied for thirdharmonic generation and nonlinear refractive index, respectively. Computational results obtained with no external fitting parameters are discussed regarding two recent reported experiments on MoS2, and thus we can confirm the extraordinarily strong optical nonlinearity of TMDCs. As a possible application, we demonstrate generation of a π/4-rotated squeezed state by means of nonlinear response of TMDCs, in a silica micro-disk resonator covered with the 2D material. Our proposed method will enable accurate calculations of nonlinear optical response, such as four-wave mixing and highharmonic generation in 2D materials and their heterostructures, thus enabling study of novel functionalities of 2D photonic integrated circuits.  相似文献

A novel optimized chelating hydrogel was synthesized via graft copolymerization of acrylamide and 2‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate (as two‐dentate chelating co‐monomer) onto salep (a multicomponent polysaccharide obtained from dried tubers of certain natural terrestrial orchids) using N,N′‐methylenebisacrylamide as a crosslinker and ammonium persulfate as an initiator. Reaction parameters (N,N′‐methylenebisacrylamide and ammonium persulfate amounts as well as acrylamide/2‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate weight ratio) affecting the water absorption of the chelating hydrogel were optimized using a systematic method to achieve a hydrogel with high swelling capacity as possible. Heavy metal ion adsorption capacity of the optimized hydrogel for metal ions [Cu (II), Pb (II), Cd (II), and Cr (III)] were investigated in aqueous media containing different concentrations of these ions (5–50 ppm). The results showed that the hydrogel have great potential for heavy metal removal from aqueous solutions. The hydrogel formation was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and surface morphology study of the hydrogel was performed by scanning electron microscope. This study was aimed to prepare biodegradable and porous nanocomposite scaffolds with microtubular orientation structure as a model for nerve tissue engineering by thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) method using dioxane as the solvent, crystalline poly (L‐lactic acid) (PLLA) and multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs). In order to overcome dispersion of MWCNTs in the PLLA matrix, heparinization of MWCNTs was performed. Solvent crystallization, oriented structure, the mean pore diameter and porosity percentage of the scaffolds were controlled by fundamental system parameters including temperature‐gradient of the system, polymer solution concentration and carbon nanotube content. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), ImageJ, software and dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA) were used to investigate the structural and mechanical properties. TEM observation was carried out for characterization of nanotube dispersion in PLLA. It was found that the scaffolds containing heparinized multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (HMWCNTs) exhibited higher storage modulus, better carbon nanotube (CNT) dispersion and tubular orientation structure than those with non heparinized MWCNTs. In‐vitro studies were also conducted by using murine P19 cell line as a suitable model system to analyze neuronal differentiation over a 2‐week period. Immunofluorescence and DAPI staining were used to confirm the cells' attachment and differentiation on the PLLA/HMWCNT nanocomposite scaffolds. Based on the results, we can conclude that the PLLA/HMWCNT scaffolds enhanced the nerve cell differentiation and proliferation, and therefore, acted as a positive cue to support neurite outgrowth.
