Present study developed a new method for the sensitive determination of pyrethroid insecticides with solid phase extraction in combination with high performance liquid chromatography and UV detector. SiO2 microspheres, a new SiO2 based material, was investigated for the enrichment ability and applicability as the solid phase extraction sorbent. Four pyrethroid pesticides such as fenpropathrin, cyhalothrin, fenvalevate and biphenthrin were used as the target analytes. Parameters that maybe influence the extraction efficiency such as the eluent type and its volume, sample flow rate, sample pH, and the sample volume were optimized in detail, and the optimal conditions were as followed: sample volume, 100 mL; concentration of methanol, 30%; acetone volume, 5 mL; sample flow rate, 4.2 mL min−1; sample pH, 7. The experimental results indicated that there was good linearity in the concentration range of 0.1–50 μg L−1 except biphenthrin in the range of 0.05–25 μg L−1. The detection limits for fenpropathrin, cyhalothrin, fenvalevate and biphenthrin were in the range of 0.02–0.08 μg L−1. The intra-day and day to day precisions (RSDs, n = 6) were in the ranges of 2.6–4.4% and 5.3–7.2%, respectively. The method was validated with five real environmental water samples, and all these results proved that proposed method could be used as a good alternative for the routine analysis for such pollutants in environmental samples. 相似文献

The feasibility of applying active noise control techniques to attenuate low frequency noise transmission through a natural ventilation window into a room is investigated analytically and experimentally. The window system is constructed by staggering the opening sashes of a spaced double glazing window to allow ventilation and natural light. An analytical model based on the modal expansion method is developed to calculate the low frequency sound field inside the window and the room and to be used in the active noise control simulations. The effectiveness of the proposed analytical model is validated by using the finite element method. The performance of the active control system for a window with different source and receiver configurations are compared, and it is found that the numerical and experimental results are in good agreement and the best result is achieved when the secondary sources are placed in the center at the bottom of the staggered window. The extra attenuation at the observation points in the optimized window system is almost equivalent to the noise reduction at the error sensor and the frequency range of effective control is up to 390 Hz in the case of a single channel active noise control system. 相似文献

This article demonstrates a facile and efficient method to combine olefin coordination polymerization with atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) for the synthesis of isotactic polypropylene (i‐PP)‐based functional diblock copolymers. The chemistry involves a styryl‐capped i‐PP precursor prepared through the controlled consecutive chain transfer reaction, first to 1,2‐bis(4‐vinylphenyl)ethane and then to hydrogen in propylene polymerization mediated by an isospecific metallocene catalyst. The i‐PP precursor can be quantitatively transformed into i‐PP terminated with a 1‐chloroethylbezene group (i‐PP‐t‐Cl) by a straightforward hydrochlorination process using hydrogen chloride. With the resultant i‐PP‐t‐Cl as a macroinitiator of ATRP, methyl methacrylate (MMA) polymerization was exemplified in the presence of CuBr/pentamethyldiethylenetriamine, preparing i‐PP‐b‐PMMA copolymers of different PMMA contents. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Spermiogenesis in mammals is an exclusive process during which haploid round spermatids mature into spermatozoa in the testis. Any abnormality in the process of spermiogenesis may result in male infertility. The aim of the present study was to characterize the differentially expressed proteins between round and elongated spermatids in mice using label-free quantitative mass spectrometry. Of the 2411 proteins identified in this study, 333 were differentially expressed with a ≥10-fold change, including 208 upregulated proteins and 125 downregulated proteins in round spermatids relative to elongated spermatids. Gene Ontology analysis showed that these differentially expressed proteins were categorized into 10 types of subcellular localizations, 9 molecular functions, and were involved in 9 biological processes. All the identified proteins participated in 268 different pathways. In addition, ubiquitin-mediated proteolysis and the proteasome pathway, autophagy, lysosome, and apoptosis pathways were involved in the mechanism of spermiogenesis. Our data may provide valuable information for a better understanding of spermiogenesis and help improve the diagnosis and treatment of male factor infertility. 相似文献

In this paper, chitooligosaccharides in different salt forms, such as chitooligosaccharide lactate, citrate, adipate, etc., were prepared by the microwave method. They were characterized by SEM, FTIR, NMR, etc., and the nitric oxide (NO) expression was determined in RAW 264.7 cells. The results showed that pure chitooligosaccharide was an irregular spherical shape with rough surface, and its different salt type products are amorphous solid with different honeycomb sizes. In addition to the characteristic absorption peaks of chitooligosaccharides, in FTIR, the characteristic absorption of carboxyl group, methylene group, and aromatic group in corresponding acid appeared. The characteristic absorption peaks of carbon in carboxyl group, hydrogen and carbon in methyl, methylene group, and aromatic group in corresponding acid also appeared in NMR. Therefore, the sugar ring structure and linking mode of chitooligosaccharides did not change after salt formation of chitooligosaccharides. Different salt chitooligosaccharides are completely different in promoting NO secretion by macrophages, and pure chitooligosaccharides are the best. 相似文献

A series of unsymmetrical complexes of 2,3-bis(2-phenylphenyl)-butanediimine nickel(II) dibromide (complex 1), 1,4-bis(2-isopropyl-6-methylphenyl)-acenaphthenediimine nickel(II) dibromide (complex 2) and meso- and rac-1,4-bis (2,4-di-tert-butyl-6-methylphenyl)-acenaphthenediimine nickel(II) dibromide (meso-3 and rac-3) were synthesized and activated by methylaluminoxane (MAO) for ethylene polymerization. By 13C NMR characterization, meso- and rac-stereo-isomers were detected in the condensation products resulting from the reaction of unsym-substituted anilines with diketones. It was notable that meso- and rac-isomers in ligand 1 or ligand 2 could not be separated owing to their interconversion, however, meso- and rac-isomers in ligand 3 could be isolated and identified by X-ray diffraction and NMR analysis. At low polymerization temperatures, complex 1/MAO afforded polyethylene with bimodal molecular weight distribution, while complex 2/MAO prepared polyethylene with single-modal distribution. Moreover, by raising polymerization temperature or extending time of catalyst aging, bimodal molecular weight distribution polyethylene was also produced by complex 2/MAO. The hypothesis of bimodal molecular weight distribution polyethylene synthesized by unsymmetrical α-diimine nickel(II) complexes was supported that the molecular weight of polyethylene produced by rac-3/MAO was significantly higher than that produced by meso-3/MAO under identical polymerization conditions. The micro/nanostructures of metal-organic complex Ag-TCNQ were successfully synthesized by the reaction between Ag film and TCNQ dissolved in acetonitrile via two solution routes, i.e. immerging and dipping reaction. X-ray diffraction confirmed that the obtained Ag-TCNQ micro/nanostructures were crystalline. The morphology of the as-grown structures varied from straight nanowires and microtubes to complex fractals and dendrites.
