Characterization of iron surface modified by 2-mercaptobenzothiazole self-assembled monolayers 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
A self-assembled monolayer of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole (MBT) adsorbed on the iron surface was prepared. The films were characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Fourier transform infrared reflection spectroscopy (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Besides, the microcalorimetry method was utilized to study the self-assembled process on iron surface and the adsorption mechanism was discussed from the power-time curve. The results indicated that MBT was able to form a film spontaneously on iron surface and the presence of it could protect iron from corrosion effectively. However, the assembling time and the concentration influence the protection efficiency. Quantum chemical calculations, according to which adsorption mechanism was discussed, could explain the experimental results to some extent. 相似文献

The hydrolytic polymerization of Cr3+ at relatively high concentrations was studied by microcalorimetry. The thermal curves were determined with a 2277 thermal activity monitor. In the work described here, a biosensor was developed for the determination of sulfite in food. Malva vulgaris tissue homogenate containing sulfite oxidase enzyme was used as the biological material. M. vulgaris tissue homogenate was crosslinked with gelatin using glutaraldehyde and fixed on a pretreated Teflon membrane. Sulfite was enzymatically converted to sulfate in the presence of the dissolved oxygen, which was monitored amperometrically. Sulfite determination was carried out by standard curves, which were obtained by the measurement of consumed oxygen level related to sulfite concentration. Several operational parameters had been investigated: the amounts of plant tissue homogenate and gelatin, percentage of glutaraldehyde, optimum pH and temperature. Also, some characterization studies were done. There was linearity in the range between 0.2 and 1.8 mM at 35 °C and pH 7.5. The results of real sample analysis obtained with the biosensor agreed well with the enzymatic reference method using spectrophotometric detection. 相似文献

分别用量子化学MNDO和DV-X_α方法计算了二聚铝酸离子[Al_2O(OH)_6]~(2-)和Al(OH)_4~-。结果表明前者旋转势垒很低, 只有10.08 kJ·mol~(-1), 最稳定平衡构型为C_s。用X_α过渡态理论计算获得这两个离子紫外吸收峰的理论值分别为266.6 nm和234.4 nm, 与实验值270.0 nm和230.0 nm相当接近。因此可以认为, 紫外吸收峰270.0 nm和230.0 nm分别为[Al_2O(OH)_6]~(2-)和Al(OH)_4~-离子的最高占有轨道电子向最低空轨道跃迁时产生的吸收峰。计算结果支持铝酸钠溶液中存在二聚铝酸离子的观点。 相似文献

Both (±)-17α-hydroxytacamonine (3) and its 17β-isomer (4) were synthesized in two steps (one-pot) from aldehyde mixture 5/6 via the cyanohydrin reaction. NMR spectral characterization of isomer 3 revealed it to be unidentical with natural 17-hydroxytacamonine, whereas spectral data of isomer 4 were in agreement with those published for the natural isomer.
