The reaction between allylbromide and piperidine has been studied in different protic and aprotic solvents. The reaction is first order with respect to [allylbromide] and [piperidine]. A correlation analysis of the rate data with solvent properties shows that polarity (Y), polarizability (P), and electrophilicity (E) of the solvent simultaneously influence the rate of reaction. From the regression analysis, information regarding the relative solvation of the reactants and the activated complex is obtained and a solvation model is proposed. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. We prove that a connected topological space with endpoints has exactly two non-cut points and every cut point is a strong cut point; it follows that such a space is a COTS and the only two non-cut points turn out to be endpoints (in each of the two orders) of the COTS. A non-indiscrete connected topological space with exactly two non-cut points and having only finitely many closed points is proved homeomorphic to a finite subspace of the Khalimsky line. Further, it is shown, without assuming any separation axiom, that in a connected and locally connected topological space X, for a, b in X, S[a,b] is compact whenever it is closed. Using this result we show that an H(i) connected and locally connected topological space with exactly two non-cut points is a compact COTS with end points.  相似文献

A sensitive and selective high-performance liquid chromatography-positive ion electrospray tandem mass spectrometry method was developed and validated for the quantification of amisulpride in 100 microL of human plasma. Following liquid-liquid extraction, the analytes were separated using an isocratic mobile phase on a reverse-phase column and analyzed by MS/MS in the multiple reaction monitoring mode using the respective (M + H)(+) ions, m/z 370-242 for amisulpride and m/z 341-112 for the internal standard. The assay exhibited a linear dynamic range with a lower range of 0.1-100 ng/mL and a higher range of 1-500 ng/mL of amisulpride in human plasma. The lower limit of quantification was 0.1 ng/mL with a relative standard deviation of less than 10%. Acceptable precision and accuracy were obtained for both linearity ranges. A run time of 2.0 min for each sample made it possible to analyze more than 275 human plasma samples per day. The validated method has been successfully used to analyze plasma samples for application in pharmacokinetic studies.  相似文献

We prove that every H(i) subset H of a connected space X such that there is no proper connected subset of X containing H, contains at least two non-cut points of X. This is used to prove that a connected space X is a COTS with endpoints if and only if X has at most two non-cut points and has an H(i) subset H such that there is no proper connected subset of X containing H. A rapid, reliable HPLC method with UV detection (240 nm) was developed and validated for quantitation of saquinavir in mice brain and testis. Saquinavir and the internal standard were isolated from homogenized tissue matrices using liquid-liquid extraction procedure and were then analyzed using an isocratic mobile phase by reversed-phase liquid chromatography. The lower limit of quantification was 50 ng/g for both brain and testis. A linear dynamic range of 50-5000 ng/g for both brain and testis was established. This HPLC method was validated with between-batch precision of 0.5-4.4 and 1.5-5.5% for brain and testis, respectively. The between-batch accuracy was 94.7-105.9% and 97.5-105.0% for brain and testis, respectively. The present method was applied for tissue distribution studies of the novel drug delivery systems of saquinavir in mice.  相似文献

Let v be a Krull valuation of a field with valuation ring Rv. Let θ be a root of an irreducible trinomial F(x)=xn+axm+b belonging to Rv[x]. In this paper, we give necessary and sufficient conditions involving only a,b,m,n for Rv[θ] to be integrally closed. In the particular case when v is the p-adic valuation of the field Q of rational numbers, F(x)Z[x] and K=Q(θ), then it is shown that these conditions lead to the characterization of primes which divide the index of the subgroup Z[θ] in AK, where AK is the ring of algebraic integers of K. As an application, it is deduced that for any algebraic number field K and any quadratic field L not contained in K, we have AKL=AKAL if and only if the discriminants of K and L are coprime.  相似文献
