A metal-free, acid-free, direct and eco-friendly nitration methodology has been developed. A tert-butyl nitrite efficiently promotes the direct CH nitration of electron-rich arenes with good to excellent yields and regioselectivities. The practical utility of this protocol has been demonstrated in gram-scale nitration of crown ether and mono nitration of Sesamin. Increased paraoxon detection by acetylcholinesterase inactivation with ionic liquid additives 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
This is the first study using ionic liquids (ILs) as additive in the aqueous solvent medium for detection of paraoxon by acetylcholinesterase inhibition method. A systematic comparison of various ILs with organic solvents has been made. The aqueous buffer solution containing ionic liquid ethylpyridinium hexafluorophosphate [EtPy]+[PF6]− has been found to give the best results. The inhibition kinetic follows the first order model. Ionic liquids modified aqueous solutions show the potential to provide a promising and effective medium in detection of paraoxon with acetylcholinesterase. 相似文献

After the Higgs discovery, precise measurements of the Higgs properties and the electroweak observables become vital for the experimental particle physics. A powerful Higgs/Z factory, the Circular Electron Positron Collider (CEPC) is proposed. The Particle Flow oriented detector design is proposed to the CEPC and a Particle Flow algorithm, Arbor is optimized accordingly. We summarize the physics object reconstruction performance of the Particle Flow oriented detector design with Arbor algorithm and conclude that this combination fulfills the physics requirement of CEPC. 相似文献

目的探讨不同肋间胸腔闭式引流治疗胸腔积液的疗效。方法收集信丰县人民医院2015年1月—2016年1月86例胸腔积液患者,按照入院顺序分成观察组与对照组,观察组经第5肋间实施胸腔闭式引流术,对照组经第6、7肋间实施胸腔闭式引流术,对比两组患者术后疼痛评分、临床疗效、胸水完全吸收时间、引流管留置时间、住院时间及并发症情况。结果观察组术后疼痛评分均低于对照组(P0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P0.05);两组胸水完全吸收时间、胸腔引流管留置时间、住院时间对比无显著差异(P0.05);两组并发症发生率对比无显著差异(P0.05)。结论第5肋间的胸腔闭式引流术在胸腔积液的临床治疗中具有更好的效果,可缓解术后疼痛,值得临床应用。 相似文献

In contrast to the plethora of publications on the separation of fatty acids, analogous studies involving fatty amines are scarce. A recently introduced ionic‐liquid‐based capillary column for GC was used to separate trifluoroacetylated fatty amines focusing on the analysis of a commercial sample. Using the ionic liquid column (isothermal mode at 200°C) it was possible to separate linear primary fatty amines from C12 to C22 chain length in less 25 min with MS identification. The log of the amine retention factors are linearly related to the alkyl chain length with a methylene selectivity of 0.117 kcal/mol for the saturated amines and 0.128 kcal/mol for the mono‐unsaturated amines. The sp2 selectivity for unsaturated fatty amines also could be calculated as 0.107 kcal/mol for the ionic liquid column. The commercial sample was quantified by GC with flame ionization detection (FID). An LC method also was developed with a reversed phase gradient separation using acetonitrile/formate buffer mobile phases and ESI‐MS detection. Native amines could be detected and identified by their single ion monitoring chromatograms even when partial coelution was observed. The analysis of the commercial sample returned results coherent with those obtained by GC–FID and with the manufacturer's data. 相似文献

We investigated the effect of isothermal annealing on the degree of crystallinity and mechanical properties of a random copolymer‐poly(l‐lactide‐co ‐glycolide) (PLLGA)‐with monomer molar ratios of 85/15 (PLLGA85/15) by performing polarizing optical microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, and X‐ray diffraction, and studying the tensile properties. Isothermal annealing of PLLGA at 130 °C was conducted to improve the degree of crystallinity of the copolymer; the maximum degree of crystallinity (44.5%) was achieved after 60 min of annealing. The crystal size/perfection was observed to increase with annealing time. The highest tensile strength of 65.8 MPa was achieved after 80 min of annealing.
