制备了甘氨酸-壳聚糖复合膜修饰玻碳电极(Gly-CTS/GCE),研究了抗坏血酸(AA)和尿酸(UA)在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明在pH=5.59的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,AA、UA在Gly-CTS/GCE上均产生灵敏的不可逆氧化峰,其峰电流与浓度在一定范围内呈良好的线性关系。对AA和UA混合溶液平行测定7次,相对标准偏差分别为4.6%、2.9%,表明该电极重现性和稳定性良好。AA、UA在Gly-CTS/GCE电极上的氧化峰峰电位相差340mV,据此可实现对二者的同时检测,并可应用于实际样品测定。  相似文献

The operational characteristics of a magnetically stabilized glow discharge are investigated for several different experimental electrode configurations. In this parametric study, successive geometries were designed to accommodate and/or control specific aspects of the plasma glow process. In this manner, an electrode structure which optimizes discharge stability and promotes glow uniformity over an extended active volume, was ultimately achieved. The study teaches a promising new technique for significantly increasing the power density of high power gas lasers.Experimental data is in excellent correlation with predictions provided by a previous numerical study of this magnetic stabilization process.  相似文献

The output characteristics of several large-area multichannel unstable resonators are presented. The conventional unstable resonator and a novel toric unstable resonator, in both confocal and nonconfocal configurations, have been studied. Output beam profiles, optical energy extraction, beam focusability, resonator alignment properties and polarization states of the various resonators have been analysed in depth.  相似文献

A plasma electrode potentially suitable for dc discharge pumped lasers has been developed based on the repetitive creation of a spark channel. The high-density plasma is a source of charge carriers for the dc discharge, thereby largely eliminating the cathode and anode falls. Potential reduction improves with increasing spark repetition frequency until about 9 kHz, at which point the falls are virtually eliminated. Fortuitously, the most beneficial regime of plasma electrode operation also appears to coincide with the optimum E/N range for CO2 laser vibrational excitation.  相似文献

用INDO方法研究C70H2四种异构体的稳定性, 表明其最稳定异构体为1, 9-C70H2和7, 8-C70H2, 两者能量差为16.3KJ.mol^-^1, 与实验值及ab initio计算值接近; 光谱计算表明, 其特征吸收峰与实验值一致。在此基础上预测C70F2和C70Cl2的稳定性和电子光谱, 表明C70F2四种异构体的稳定性顺序与C70H2一致, 而C70Cl2则以21, 42-异构体最为稳定。二者的电子光谱与C70H2极其相似只是在500nm以上有细微差别。  相似文献

本文用对势方法研究了氢原子在Ni(510)台阶面上的吸附和振动, 计算结果与实验符合得很好。并考察了氢原子在Ni(997)台阶面上的吸附和扩散, 结果表明,台阶对下台面上扩散的氢原子开成捕获势阱, 对上台面扩散的氢原子形成反射势,这也很好地支持了实验结果。  相似文献

The finite difference method has been used to simultaneously solve in two dimensions Maxwell's equations and the heat transfer equation in forms which are appropriate to modelling low frequency electrical heating of solid materials. The nonlinear coupling of these modelling equations, which is due to temperature dependent electrical conductivities, necessitates the use of an explicit-sequential solution method and the limiting of the timestep size to ensure stability. The finite difference equations were modified to account for sharp electrical conductivity differences between different media in the body being heated.The simulation code was tested by comparison of the simulator predictions with the measured results of a physical scale model experiment. The simulation code was able to accurately predict the resistance between the electrodes used for heating, the energy deposition and the temperature rise in the bulk of the physical model.  相似文献

The nonlinear evolution of the thermal Weibel instability is studied by using three-dimensional particle-in-cell simulations. After a fast saturation due to a reduction in the temperature anisotropy, the instability evolves to a quasistationary state which includes a single mode long wavelength helical magnetic field and a finite degree of temperature anisotropy. The nonlinear stability of this state is explained by periodic variations of the temperature anisotropy axis. At long time scales the magnetic field, wave number, and temperature anisotropy slowly evolve to the decreasing magnitudes.  相似文献
