Qualitative properties of stationary measures for three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations

The paper is devoted to studying the distribution of stationary solutions for 3D Navier-Stokes equations perturbed by a random force. Under a non-degeneracy assumption, we show that the support of such a distribution coincides with the entire phase space, and its finite-dimensional projections are minorised by a measure possessing an almost surely positive smooth density with respect to the Lebesgue measure. Similar assertions are true for weak solutions of the Cauchy problem with a regular initial function. The results of this paper were announced in the short note [A. Law of large numbers and central limit theorem for randomly forced PDE's

We consider a class of dissipative PDE's perturbed by an external random force. Under the condition that the distribution of perturbation is sufficiently non-degenerate, a strong law of large numbers (SLLN) and a central limit theorem (CLT) for solutions are established and the corresponding rates of convergence are estimated. It is also shown that the estimates obtained are close to being optimal. The proofs are based on the property of exponential mixing for the problem in question and some abstract SLLN and CLT for mixing-type Markov processes.     

Comparative asymptotic analysis of coupled and uncoupled thermoelasticity

The asymptotic solution of the three-dimensional dynamic of coupled thermoelasticity problem (with the mutual influence of the strain and temperature fields taken into account) for an isotropic rectangular plate is used to perform a comparative analysis of the results obtained according to this theory and the theory of temperature stresses. The parameters whose values affect the applicability of these theories and of the applied theory used to solve quasistatic problems of thermoelasticity are obtained.

Polymer chelates of fe,co, and ni based on 5-ethynyl-2H-tetrazole

Electrochemical preparation of chelates based on 5-ethynyl-2H-tetrazole on the surface of iron, cobalt, and nickel results in colored polymer film at low current density. At higher current density the polymer chelate is transferred into the solution. The composition and structure of the polymer chelates has been studied by infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and thermogravimetric analysis. The mechanism of the chelates formation in various solvents has been suggested.
